    Space Breaker also casts her signature spell which was the [Orbs of Annihtion]. This time, with the boost from her pill, their surroundings were literally filled with ck spatial orbs


    These two mages were at their peak currently but Rezen did something they didn’t expect he could do


    “[Combination Magic: Erupting Lava!]”


    “[Combination Magic: Tri-elemental Stream!]”


    “[Combination Magic: Fiery Winds!]”


    “[Combination Magic: Mud Flood!]”


    Rezen activated fourbination magic at the same time. For a moment, the elemental particles in the air were thoroughly consumed

    Rezen’s opponent stared with wide-open eyes. Whilebination magic is strong, it was also a burden


    Unless a mage was not given enough time and they are mindful of preserving their strength, they normally wouldn’t use such spells

    Even before Rezen finished his spells, he already threw up fresh blood. His insides were in a horrible state and even his soul was injured but that was only for a moment as his recovery pills brought him back to his peak


    The number on the gold coin on his chest immediately changes as an additional 1 million points were added


    He really could only receive a million from a fellow contestant even though he defeated two of them


    Despite gaining a million, Rezen didn’t rest. He continues to explore the ind


    This time, his only targets are the suppressed 6th rank Tentacle Spawns. Only they would give him significant points

    Rezen persevered in his search for the suppressed magic beast and after hours, he finally seeded


    From a distance, he could see a giant magic beast with a brain as the body and tentacles as the limbs


    This Tentacle Spawn wasrger than any of its kind. It was at least four meters tall and its tentacles were tens of meters long


    “Ahh!!”


    “What bad luck!”


    “I didn’t expect to meet the suppressed Tentacle Spawn here!”


    “Run or we would be disqualified!”


    Around the suppressed 6th rank Tentacle Spawn were several mages at the 4th fusion rank


    These mages took up arge chunk of the tournament’s contestants. Most of the contestants are at that rank with very few at the 5th fusion rank


    In every tournament, there would be more or less than ten 5th fusion rank mages that would participate


    When Rezen met two of such mages at the same time, it might have been only a fluke


    These mages could hardly run much less defeat a magic beast at the 5th rank. What more for one that is at the 6th rank?


    Despite the fact that the Tentacle Spawn was suppressed, it was still stronger than any magic beast at the 5th rank


    These 4th fusion rank mages have no chance of ever defeating it on their own even if they were working together


    While these mages were running away from the Tentacle Spawn. Rezen on the other hand was running towards it


    His actions attracted the attention of the others and they unconsciously slowed down to look at him


    “Isn’t that the mage from Daydream?”


    “I saw him on the news! He has more than ten mystic gems!”


    “I was surprised when I saw that news!”


    The mages unconsciously spoke out what was on their mind as they watch Rezen approach the Tentacle Spawn


    Earlier, they were running away but after seeing Rezen, they kind of wanted to watch how this fight would unfold


    They knew that the 5th fusion rank contestants would try to fight and defeat the suppressed Tentacle Spawns and they are kind of curious about how Rezen would fare against this opponent of his


    With the power of the sun flowing on his body, Rezen reached the magic beast. He lightly jumped until he was at the same level as the brain of the Tentacle Spawn


    When he was high enough, Rezen threw a merciless kick. Concrete and buildings would definitely instantly shatter from his kicks


    As a 6th rank magic beast albeit suppressed, the Tentacle Spawn has a quick reflexes


    It managed to move its tentacles to block Rezen’s kick


    Bang!


    Rezen felt as if he was hitting steel. The hardness of this magic beast’s tentacle was impable


    He managed to injure the tentacle with his kick but with the size of that tentacle, it wasn’t much


    After blocking him, the magic beast moved its other tail to catch Rezen while issuing inhuman sounds


    Rezen took advantage of his physical fitness as he dodged all the tentaclesing in his way when the Tentacle Spawn suddenly screeched loudly


    “Crwaaaakkk!!”


    That loud piercing screech covered a long distance and the 4th fusion rank mages instantly loses their consciousness


    They suffered from mind attack and their souls that are 2 ranks lower than the Tentacle Spawn was not able to offer much resistance


    Even Rezen was affected. It felt like the screech was prickling his soul. His face instantly paled as a horrible headache assaulted his head and that is when the Tentacle Spawn pped him with its tentacle


    “Ahhkk!!”


    Rezen flew like a broken arrow as he threw up a jet of blood from his mouth. He can feel his bones shattering from such a force as his back collided with at least ten trees before stopping


    A magic beast at the 6th rank even when suppressed still holds unbelievable power


    With Rezen as he is now, he could barely passively defend against 6th fusion rank mages by using arge number of spells while consuming recovery pills


    There is still a long way to have the power to defeat a 6th rank individual much less people that are at and above the 7th rank


    Weakness is a sin


    Rezen couldn’t be weak!


    As the Tentacle Spawn approached him, Rezen stood up while his flesh wounds and broken bones recovered


    He spat out blood before charging at the magic beast head-on


    Three tentacles were whipped against him but he managed to sessfully twist his body to dodge them as his hands turned into a ck w


    “[Crow’s Grip!]”


    Rezen’s w-transformed hand grabbed a tentacle and issued a strong gripping force. The tip of his w prated the tentacle’s flesh causing it to bleed


    He managed to sessfully rip one of the numerous tentacles that this magic beast has before the Tentacle Spawn parted its sharp teeth


    The monster releases a breath of fire. The world instantly shone with a crimson color as the surrounding temperature rose sharply


    Rezen hurriedly sent strength to his legs as he jumped high to dodge and the fire breath narrowly missed him while burning at least a hundred trees in the vicinity


    “[Sun Palm!]”


    After a magic circle formed on Rezen’s palm, his hand glowed with a yellow color along with the increase in temperature


    Rezen borrowed the power of gravity as he sent his palm down to the Tentacle Spawn


    However, the Spawn has numerous tentacles that it uses to intercept Rezen


    He managed to burn a few tentacles when the spawn releases another breath of fire


    “[Warp!]”


    Rezen instantly vanishes from his previous position as he appeared below the brain-body of this monster


    “[Thunder Streak]”


    Rezen raised his hand above him as an electric blue magic circle formed. The magic circle only sent a single streak of lightning but it packed a devastating power


    Evenrge boulders would shatter as if it was made from paper upon contact


    Puchi! Krash!”


    The [Thunder Streak] sted a chunk of the spawn’s brain, charring it as a result


    Blood flowed down as the spawn issued a pained and enraged cry but Rezen didn’t rest


    He was about to cast another spell when the spawn moved its brain body to bite him


    Rezen tried to dodge but even then, his right hand was bitten by the spawn. Its sharp teeth weren’t there as just decorations


    That set of sharp teeth easily bit Rezen’s right arm to the point that it was cut in half


    Fresh blood spurted out of the severed arm and Rezen used [Warp] again to teleport himself away from the Tentacle Spawn
