The first part of the Tournament continues. One dimension after another connects with another dimension causing a sh between the participants


    The geography varied which made the Tournament looks more exciting. The only thing they couldin about was that their mind and vision are limited


    There were literally thousands of contestants and the audience cannot watch every single one of them at the same time


    As such, most of the audiences only watched their favorite contestants or those that shows exemry performances


    The contestants with thergest number of audiences though were the ones that came from extraordinary forces


    Since Rezen hase here with Daydream’s chairman, he also earned a lot of attention. Especially after they saw him use one type of magic after another


    He is the mage that shows the most number of mystic gems. Most participants would only focus on one or two mystic gems as learning the mysteries of magic is extremely hard


    While a mage still hasn’t reached the 6th fusion rank, they seldom study more than two types of magic


    The 6th fusion rank mages wish to reach the 7th rank but not only was it hard but it was also extremely dangerous


    As such, most of them would choose to study another type of magic to increase their strength


    No one was like Rezen that used more than five mystic gems!


    He was slowly earning more attention than the other 5th fusion rank mages all because of people’s curiosity about the number of mystic gems he has


    Currently, the Rezen in question is riding on a sheet of ice. The new dimension that he entered was a dimension devoid of anynd or arge body of water


    All he could see around him were clouds. There is no ce to be used as a footing and one could only fly


    While riding on his sheet of ice, Rezen chased on apetitor who was yet another 4th fusion rank mages


    Not many 3rd fusion rank mages and below would join the Tournament since there was practically no way they could win


    As such, most of them would be at the 4th fusion rank with only the true few geniuses reaching the 5th fusion rank


    With the distance between Rezen’s power and hispetitor, he soon caught up to him


    With a wave of his hand, a beam of sunlight was sent. The sunlight pierced through the surrounding clouds swiftly


    It gave a bit of light to the cloudy dimension beforending on the mage. Thankfully for the mage, before the sunlight could kill him, space twisted and he was automatically teleported


    With thepetitor dealt with, Rezen uses his fire-type mystic gem. It resonated with the naturalws of the world as a red magic circle formed in front of his face


    “[Fire Breath!]”


    Rezen breathed out a stream of fire as if he was a human methrower. The clouds evaporated and soon turned into gold coins that automatically flew towards Rezen


    If it was anyone else, they would have been exhausted by now since mages can’t use an unlimited number of spells


    Fortunately, while Mystic Items that could break the bnce of the Tournament are not allowed, potions or pills that that could recover mana are allowed


    Of course, just having mana is not enough. Consuming resources that contain mana could recover a mage’s mana but the soul fatigue is not something that could be easily solved unless they have Rezen’s recovery pills


    As such, the contestants were still mindful of the number of spells they cast while Rezen has no such problem


    When Rezen was done with this cloudy dimension, the dimension was connected with another one and the Tournament goes on until there were only a hundred of the contestants that remained

    Hours passed and it was already nighttime when the first part of the Tournament ended


    Today’s trial was merely to cut down the participants’ numbers and after only a small portion of them remained, everyone was sent back to the main world


    The Space Monarch dismissed everyone after announcing that the second part would start tomorrow in a different venue


    As soon as the Space Monarch vanishes, the recruiters immediately tried to approach Rezen


    “Hello Young Master, may we know who you are?”


    “Are you interested to be a part of the military and be a glorious soldier?”


    “Our Spence Family is willing to sponsor a promising genius such as you are!”


    “Our Academy’s Head Master wishes to talk with you, Sir!”


    Rezen soon finds himself surrounded by people that wanted to recruit him and he can only internally sigh


    He felt like his decision ofing here with Kacy was a wise decision. If he was someone with no background, these recruiters might have acted more aggressively or even resort to threats


    However, since everyone thinks that he is Daydream’s seedling, they could only try to poach him with a gentler method


    Daydream is a peak force after all. If a seedling of theirs were threatened, they would surely bare their fangs without holding back


    This situation was a hassle to Rezen and fortunately, he was soon surrounded by guards from Daydream that pushed out the recruiters bugging him


    The guards guided Rezen back to the car amidst the disappointed gaze of these recruiters

    In the sky where the clouds roamed, Space Monarch’s figure came out. He has a dignified look on his face with his hands behind his back


    His eyes stared in a certain direction as if his eyes could pierce through countlessyers of space


    “Dark Saint… ude Preston… stop hiding. Show yourself” Space Monarch said calmly and soon, light distorted and ude’s figure was revealed


    Fortunately, they are high above the skies and the nearby clouds hid their figures. If not, the people down there would definitely mor after seeing ude


    “Greetings, Space Monarch” ude said while using a neutral voice causing the Space Monarch’s brows to raise


    “I have met you a few times before but I don’t seem to recall a time that you used that kind of tone towards me” Space Monarch replied, neither angry nor alright with ude’s tone


    “That was because, in the past, I have always adored and respected the Space Monarch. You are a 7th rank mage that cares about the people and helps them from time to time. I greatly respected you back then when I was still unaware of what it means to be a 7th rank mage”


    Towards the end, ude’s tone has be harsh as if he was deeply disgusted at all the 7th rank mages


    If it was any other 7th rank mage, they might have lost their patience already and killed ude on the spot for offending them


    However, Space Monarch was one of the few with an amiable attitude and he could only sigh in return


    “There is no choice, ude. Thews of the earth are broken. There is no way for the mages at the peak of the so-called mortal rank to transcend that rank”


    “Earth is unlike the countless realms in the universe. With its brokenws, an apprentice couldn’t be a formal mage. All we could do is to try and imitate an ascension”


    “I knew that one day when you learned the truth, with your personality you would act like this. I just didn’t expect that this day woulde this early”


    In the end, Space Monarch’s sigh deepened as if he doesn’t have any choice


    “Earth’sws could have recovered over time but you and people like you not only prevented the realm from recovering, you’re literally destroying it!”


    “Sure, the realm still has a lot of time. It could be thousands of years, tens of thousands of years, or even a hundred thousand years but one day, it would cease to exist and all life would die alongside it!”


    “Do you know how many people live in this realm and how many would die when the realm couldn’t support itself anymore after the plundering and destruction that you 7th rank mages do?!”


    ude became livid after thinking about the countless deaths that would happen sometime in the future


    The earth’s destruction definitely wouldn’t happen today, this year, or the next year. However, earth’s destruction is already set in stone as long as the 7th rank mages hold into their power


    No one from earth could live after its destruction. While today or tomorrow’s generation wouldn’t have to worry as they would turn into dust before the earth ceased to exist, the future generations definitely are not as lucky


    “One mage broke through in this unorthodox way and obtained massive power that could rule every living being in the realm. There is no choice for the others but to do the same and break through. I mean, you are clearly aware of thew of the jungle. If one side grows strong, the other side must also grow strong if they don’t want to be swallowed and be reduced into mere ves, weak and helpless”
