Whether it be the rich or the schr students they should still have both absorption andprehension talents that are above their peers
Neil is now a student of Rising Sage Academy but his talent was only at the level of ‘average’

“What did they do?” Rezen asks. Since Neil is his friend then depending on what happened, Rezen might pull some strings
