Chapter 127


    Jace’s First Game Night


    After a lot of begging and pouting, and of course the best blow job ever, I was able to convince Jace to


    go to game night with me this week since he doesn’t have to work. Since he picked up the show, Elias


    gave him tonight off, which works out perfectly. I make sure to grab the snacks and drinks that I bought


    for everybody before we head downstairs. We arrive before Deke and Collin do, so we just sit around


    chit chatting until the rest of the group shows up.


    As soon as she gets the chance, Reece pulls me to the side, “So, I haven’t had much time to be able to


    tell you, but I wanted to give you a heads up. Owen is back in town and he’sing tonight.”


    I gasp, “Oh, my God, are you two a thing now?” | ask excit edly.


    She shrugs, “I’m not sure what we are, but we have been talking a lot and he has vacation time, so


    he’sing back to spend it here. We will see how it goes and then decide.”


    “I am so happy for you, Reece!” I hug her tight.


    “What’s all the excitement about in here?” Jace asks as he grabs a hand of the popcorn from the bowl


    that I was in the process of bringing out to the living room.


    | nce at Reece, and she rolls her head before nodding, “Owen ising to see Reece and they may


    be a ‘thing’ if it all works out!”


    “Cool, Owen is good shit.” He smiles at my friend and then shoves the popcorn into his mouth.


    “By the way,” Reece lowers her voice, “apparently Gabe is seeing someone, and she’sing tonight


    as well.”


    “Oh yay, did he say who she is?” | ask. No way am I going to let her know that I knew he had been


    talking to someone. She would be totally hurt if she knew that I knew first.


    “No, he hasn’t said her name, but I never asked either.” My friend responds, “I feel bad that I didn’t


    show more interest in him telling me but, I was all excited from just learning that Owen wasing


    back,” She frowns.


    “Oh well, I guess we will find out soon.” | state and head over to the couch.


    Amotion at the door brings in the guys, Deke and Collin, arguing over who is the better driver.


    Obviously, they don’t care that others are in the room as they continue to m one another. Gabe


    finally whistles, getting his two friends to stop bickering.


    “Damn, you two sound like freaking women!” Gabe states.


    “Hey!” Reece and I both say it at the same time as we take offense to our friend’s statement.


    “Excluding the two who are present.” He winks at us.


    The doorbell rings and Reece goes running to answer it,ing back with a big ole smile on her face


    and my old bodyguard behind her, “I think everybody knows Owen.”


    Thurry over to him and hug him, “Oh, I miss you, big guy!”


    He chuckles as he hugs me back, “Me too, brat.”


    “Hey, good to see you again.” Jace and Owen fist bump over my head.


    “Likewise, Jace. I hope you’re keeping the little brat in line.” Owen winks at me.


    “You know I am, otherwise, I take her to the room.” That sentence alone wipes the smile off Owen’s


    face and turns it red.


    | p Jace is the chest yfully, “Stop messing with him, leave the poor shy guy alone.” | giggle.


    “Oh man, she’s runningte.” We all turn to Gabe and see that he’s looking at his phone, “My date,” he


    holds his phone up, “just texted me and said that she got held up and that she won’t be here for a bit


    yet.”


    “Oh, well at least she didn’t cancel all together.” | rub his arm in a friendly manner.


    “Yeah, I guess you’re right. We can get started, but no games with partners until she gets here!” Gabe


    points to both Deke and Collin.


    “So, what? Pictionary is out of the question?” Deke pouts.


    “That is the one I’m talking about! I knew you wanted to y it.” Gabeughs, “We can do Cards


    Against Humanity or even Scattergories.”


    ! “Ugh, fine then…” Deke pretends to be annoyed but then winks at the rest of us and grins, “So, Jace, I

    “Well, are you a member?” Jace asks.


    “No, a member for what?” Deke looks confused.


    “A club member, where you have ess to the dungeon downstairs. There is a monthly membership,


    but it’s costly.” Jace takes a swig of his soda.


    “Holy shit, there is a dungeon underneath the club? Like with prisoners?” Deke’s eyes are as round as


    saucers.


    Jace and I look at one another as if asking if he’s being se rious, and then we burst outughing, “No,


    Deke, it’s just what they call it. That’s where club members go to scene and watch others scene, or


    y, whatever it is you want to call it.” | try answering him the best I can, but the poor guy looks totally


    confused.


    “It’s where all the BDSM members go to y.” Jace just puts it out there, “I’m a dungeon master. It’s my


    job to make sure everyone is being safe, and everything is consensual.”


    “So, you like, watch people have sex?” Collin asks.


    Jace chuckles, “Yeah, something like that.”


    “Dude, I want your job!” Deke grins.

    Do you have a certificate stating that you are certified?”

    sex.” Deke rolls his eyes.


    I can feel Jace tense beside me, but he doesn’t say any thing, it’s Gabe that lectures his friend, “Deke,


    stop being a dick. Jace takes his job seriously and their lifestyle isn’t any thing to joke about. It’s

    really surprises me.


    “That’s a bit harsh, don’t you think?” Deke asks his friend.


    “No, not at all,” Gabe states, “If you’re going to act imma ture about it then you don’t need to be talking

    “Okay, fine!” Deke turns to Jace, “Sorry man, I didn’t mean to be disrespectful about it or to you. I didn’t


    realize how seri ous you all are about it.”


    “Thank you, Deke. I appreciate it.” Jace responds with a nod.


    “Awe, can we hug it all out?” Collin stretches his arms wide.


    Reece picks up a decorative pillow and throws it at his face, “Shut up, Collin!”


    “What? I was being totally serious!” He chuckles.


    “Just sit the fuck down so we can get started!” Gabe


    snickers and plops down next to Deke.


    “I’ll be your partner and we can leave Collin out, just so we can y Pictionary,” Deke grins at Gabe,


    “Just don’t ask me to stay the night and spoon you, otherwise, you should know that I will always be the


    big spoon.”


    “Oh, for the love of God! I will never ask you to spend the night with me, and don’t ever bring up


    spooning when talking about you and me!” Gabe scowls at his friend this time and moves over to the


    other side of the couch.


    “Ouch!”. Deke grabs his chest, “That really hurt, Gabe! | was willing to toss my long time spooner to the


    side just for you!” Deke nces at Collin, “Sorry buddy…”


    Collin rolls his eyes, “You’re such a dick!”


    The doorbell sounds again, and Gabe goes to answer it this time. Jace and I are talking with Reece


    and Owen until we hear Deke give a whistle, “How is a hottie like that with our Gabe?” We all turn


    toward the couple, and I gasp.
