    After chatting for a while, Roxanna said she had something else to do and ended the video call.


    She helplessly ced the phone down on the side table and felt conflicted while thinking about Nicole


    and Chloe''s worried expressions.

    Chloe had not hidden anything from her since they lived together. However, she could tell they were


    being secretive about something now, but it wasn''t about the research center.
