    (Five months prior to Harry being born.)


    Lillith Dursley, daughter to Petunia and Vernon, sister to Dudley. Something didn''t sit right with Petunia the day that Lillith was born. She didn''t look any different from other babies. She cried the same. She pooped and peed in her diaper like other babies. When Petunia''s sister Lily came over, Lily became particularly fond of the small babe. She took a long good look into Lillith''s eyes and saw something she never thought she''d see.


    "You''remagical."

    "No. Absolutely not. There''s no possible way." Petunia said leaning back against the wall, breaking into tears.


    "What is this nonsense?" Vernon chimed in after coming in.


    "Lillith is afreak!"she exclaimed sobbing loudly, startling Lilith making her cry.


    "NO!" Vernon howled in anger. "We will not be raising freaks under this roof!"


    "There''s no need to be that way!" Lily cried out. Taking Lilith out of her day crib, she left the room they were in and went to Lilith''s room.


    "I will take you to a place where you will be loved little one. I fear you will not have a good life, or a long one, if I leave you here." Lily pulled out her wand and started packing a small bag for Lilith.


    "Go ahead and take the freak. We don''t want her here."


    "You don''t mean that, surely you must love her a little? She looks like you..." Lily trailed off already knowing that there was no changing their minds.


    "I will come back with adoption papers."


    Petunia didn''t say anything. Lily held Lilith close and shut the door behind her.
