Chapter 1

 NORA.

 I am Nora Aderson, daughter of thete Alpha Alexander and the destined Alpha of the Firecold pack. My mother died during childbirth and my father had no other choice but to get married to my aunt who fell pregnant within a few months.

 My step–sister, Lara, hated me with every bone inside her. She saw me as a threat, apetition, and never stopped to condemn me, saying that I killed my mother. We grew up despising each other as my stepmom fueled the hatred in her daughter’s heart.

 One thing I am sure of is that Lara had the looks, she was a stunning blonde who captivated the eyes of men. I was nothing but a in brte but I was the smartest and strongest wolf in the pack, a pride of my father’s eye.

 I shook my head. “I don’t care about what anyone thinks, you are my mate and I will do anything to make you happy. But, you must promise to make me your Luna as soon as you are crowned Alpha.”

 Derrick held my hands and kissed them, “I vow to you Nora, you will be my Luna and I will love you for as long as I breathe.” He promised and I was star–struck in love.

 A few nightster, I watched Derrick crowned the Alpha of the Firecold pack, my pack.

 The night was already dead silent and I knew it was taboo for me to meet Derrick sote but I couldn’t decline his call when he sent for me.
