Chapter 1747 Her Warning
Upon entering the Imperial Soul Testing Array, Rocky saw numerous participants waiting in line for the
test.
The testing area could amodate twenty candidates at a time, so, simr to the Myriad Illusionary
Array, it would be easy to separate the strong from the weak. Both arrays were quite different from
each other. But in this test, the candidates wouldn''t be separated into different groups. This meant that
all the Spiritual Emperors ranging from the low-grade to the middle-grade and even the high-grade

As he spoke, Ca and Eunice appeared. The duo immediately caught the attention of the entire
audience and soon found many admiring eyes locked on them.
They were the newest Spiritual Emperors in the Ethereal Region. Their superior talent paired with their

Ca gave Rocky a slight nod of her head.

Momentster, Rocky walked up to Ca and said, "Nice to see you again, Miss Yu."
"Nice to see you too," she replied with a rare, charming smile.
This caught the Spiritual Emperors in the audience off guard because Ca was a well-known aloof
beauty. It was difficult for any man to get close to her, let alone talk to her. Yet Rocky managed to make
that happen. It was hard for the Spiritual Emperors to believe that he could encourage her to greet him
first with a smile on her face!
Eunice thought the entire situation was odd as well. She immediately asked, "Since when did you two
know each other? Why wasn''t I informed about any of this?"
"We just met a few days ago," Rocky replied with an understatement.
"Really?" Eunice asked as she suspiciously looked at Ca again.

"It never urred to me that you''d know her in private. Tell me, what exactly are your intentions?"
Eunice continued to prod with her questions.
"I''m innocent! I assure you I''m nothing less than a gentleman. What other motives would I possibly
have? Furthermore, it was Miss Yu who took the initiative to make my acquaintance," Rocky revealed
intively.
"He''s right. I initiated our meeting with each other," Ca exined in his defense.
"I see! It''s all cool with me, then. Ca, I''d steer clear of this guy if I were you. He''s dangerous!" Eunice
deliberately exaggerated with a shrug of her shoulders.
"Okay." As she nced at Rocky, Ca knew Eunice was joking. She didn''t take her warning seriously.
"Well, I guess introductions are unnecessary since we all know each other. Now that we''ve met, let''s go
ahead and take this exam together. The Imperial Soul Testing Array is more exciting and interesting
than the Myriad Illusionary Array," Eunice suggested. She already took the test in the Imperial Soul
Testing Array after she was promoted to low-grade Spiritual Emperor. She proved in that test that she
had the potential to own an Imperial Soul. This gave her an even deeper understanding of how it would
feel in the Imperial Soul Testing Array.

Hall Leader Chen soon noticed Rocky and Eunice. He had seen them before the opening of the
Spiritual Emperor Contest and was surprised to discover they would be participating in it as well. Later,
he asked around and found out they were both Spiritual Emperors of the Di n. He didn''t dare to
mess with any of them. Rocky had yed tricks on him during theirst encounter with a poisoned
needle which greatly embarrassed him. He grew angrier this time when he saw Ca, who he admired
dearly, by Rocky''s side.

Wasting no time, Hall Leader Chen couldn''t restrain his anger any longer. He walked up to Rocky with
a vehement re and shouted, "You''re not going to escape from me today, boy!"
"Hello, Hall Leader Chen of the East Grand Sect. It''s nice to see you here!" Eunice greeted at once. To
be honest, she wasn''t surprised to see him here. She expected him to show up.
Hall Leader Chen shot Eunice a nce. He didn''t intend on stirring up any trouble since he knew she
had a special position in the Di n. Rocky, on the other hand, was merely a low-grade Spiritual
Emperor of the Di n. It just seemed easier to find this single fault in Rocky.
"Hello, Hall Leader Chen. What can I do for you?" Rocky asked nonchntly.

Leader Chen dered resentfully.
Their argument caused quite amotion among the other Spiritual Emperors that they ended up
looking over in their direction.
"If I remember right, you offended Miss Eunice first so I decided to fight back," Rocky responded calmly
with a smile.
"Humph. What nonsense are you talking about? I''d never dare to offend someone as esteemed as
Miss Eunice. You yed tricks on me because you were jealous of me being close to her, didn''t you?"
Hall Leader Chen insisted as he tried his best to twist the truth.
Hall Leader Chen''s words caused quite amotion among the crowd. Everyone present began to
gossip with each other.
After all, Hall Leader Chen was not only a Spiritual Emperor at the middle grade from the East Grand
Sect, but held a high position in the Ethereal Region as well. His words were certainly convincing.
