Chapter 747 On The Way
The figure was Ricky. He had drawn all attentions from those who were present. Even Linda and Tony
forgot they were fighting against the runic power as they shifted their attention to the ck shadow.
"Who is he?" the warriors muttered to each other. They were all aghast.
High up in the sky, Harrison and two elders were both taken aback as well.
Theparison and huge difference was hard to deny and ignore for them. How could they forget that
the three disciples of the Casting Center took longer time to pass the sixth and seventh stages than
Ricky did?
''How is that even possible?'' Harrison thought in disbelief.
"How is that possible? How could he have passed the seventh stage and reached the eighth in no
time?" It was difficult for the witnesses to ovee their huge disbelief.
It didn''t help that Ricky directly jumped through the hundred-meter distance of the seventh stage and
reached the eighth.
The intense shock was immediately followed by a profound silence. Everyone stared at the ck
shadow, as if they were dreaming.
The deadly silence didn''tst long as Ricky opened his mouth andzily said, "It seems that the
Casting Path isn''t much of a difficult or challenging ce to get on. I simply took one step and now I''m
at the eighth stage."
Ricky''sment snapped everybody out of their reverie.
"What was that? He made the eighth stage sound extremely easy!" All the other warriors were not
really happy about Ricky''s words. They were infuriated.
"Where did this guye from?"
Several of them were still struggling to reach the fifth stage. The sixth and seventh stages were as
unreachable as the sky and they could only dare to think about it.
And yet, herees Ricky, a guy fairly unknown to them, who reached the eighth stage so effortlessly.
It was a stage that only casting geniuses would be able to reach. They had witnessed it with their
naked eyes.
Even the three geniuses of the Casting Center made tremendous efforts to get to the eighth stage.
Though Meade had already reached the ninth stage, he also found it extremely difficult to be where he
was, back when he was still at the eighth stage.
It was all too different for Ricky. He had not even broken a single sweat as he elerated to the eighth
stage.
The warriors present envied him. Linda and Tony werepletely forgotten. The two had likewise
forgotten what they were doing because they were distracted by Ricky''s deliberate disy of his
abilities.
"Where does this guy reallye from? How can he possess such excellent casting talent?"
Grumbling voices whispered and eximed left and right.
"Harrison, it seems that we have ourselves an extraordinary genius this time!" an elder eximed,

"The ninth and tenth stages are not easy. It is still too early to say whether he could pass the two
stages or not." Harrison was unfazed by Ricky''s easy ascend to the eighth stage. Though he would not
admit it, Harrison himself was also among those who were shocked.
Ricky hadn''t used the runic power to hold against the runic pressure at the eighth stage, which meant
that his talent exceeded that of the three disciples of the Casting Center.
"How about that, Pearl?" Ricky smirked, awaiting for Pearl''s reply.
As a man, of course Ricky didn''t want to be mocked by Pearl.
"Humph! Tell me that again when you''ve aplished the ninth and tenth stages and have your hand
on the opportunity," Pearl replied, seemingly unmoved by Ricky''s achievement. Deep down, however,
Pearl, too, was impressed and pleasantly surprised.
She was also aware of how the three disciples of the Casting Center struggled in this Casting Path.
"Is that so? Let''s wait and see!" Ricky smiled back, now donning a cold expression on his face.
He then turned his attention to the end of the tenth stage.
After some time, the envious warriors had finally calmed down. They had all resigned themselves and
decided to quit guessing the truth behind Ricky''s identity. They all wanted to know how far Ricky would
go, and whether he could surpass Meade or not.
Though the eighth stage was easy for Ricky, he could still feel the pressure.
The pressure originated from the runic power possessing invisible strikes that went after the souls of
the creatures that made it to the eighth stage.
In order to put an end to those invisible attacks, the creatures must dpose the strikes using their
understanding of the runes. This was a test for the casting talent.
If they were unable to use their understanding of the runes, the power would suppress their soul. Once
their soul was suppressed, then the body couldn''t move, leaving the body of the person taking the test
to be powerless to even take a step forward.
Boom! The momentum surged. Ricky immediately activated the massacring runes, instantly eliminating
the invisible attacks. He kept heading towards the end without much obstacles hindering his path.
All the other warriors who were initially envious of Ricky, were now used to witnessing him go about
smoothly over the challenges that awaited him within the eighth stage.
After activating the chaotic fire runes, Ricky sessfully passed the eighth stage and stepped on the
ninth.
"Is the cultivation of double runes the reason why he made it to the ninth stage without much struggle?"
several warriors whispered to each other.
However, they realized they were wrong right away. As Ricky stepped into the ninth stage, he activated
the devouring runes. The three runes surrounded his body.
"Damn, three runes!" cursed some of the warriors.
"Harrison, I heard that the three runes happen to belong to the genius that everybody''s been talking
about for the past days. Is this correct?" Just then, the two elders had already guessed Ricky''s true
identity.
After all, there wouldn''t be any other genius as talented as Ricky in the whole world.
"If so, then he possesses four runes. None of us have anticipated that he would return this time,
because many people are keeping their eyes glued on his holy legacy," Harrison stated.
"I didn''t think that he woulde. Though he doesn''t reveal his true identity, it is very courageous for
him to bring himself here."
Harrison then shot a nce at Ricky expectantly and curiously.
As he was at thest few steps of the ninth stage, Ricky activated the gale runes. Now surrounded by
the four runes, Ricky made it to the tenth stage unscathed.
When Ricky stepped onto the tenth stage and revealed his four runes, the warriors around him were
neither surprised nor caught off guard.
For one thing, they were already getting used to it. At the same time, they had also guessed his true
identity. Over time, the four runes had already be a signature of Ricky.
However, Ricky didn''t care about it at all. The only thing he had in mind was to get past thest
hundred meters and seize the very opportunity he had been setting his eyes on since the moment he
stepped foot at that ce.
He had to admit though that he had underestimated the tenth stage. As he set foot on the final stage,
he instantly felt pressure that was so intense, he got down on one knee.
All the other warriors wouldn''t believe it at first, but there were clearly beads of sweat that had formed
on Ricky''s forehead.
"Harrison, it seems that though he has the power of four runes, he has now started to feel pressure,"

final stage of the test.
"If it had been that easy to pass the tenth stage, then it will not be deemed as an opportunity for the
spiritual emperors and the casting masters of Demi-sage Level in the first ce," Harrison noted. "Let''s
see whether he can pass it or not."
