Chapter 621 Win Or Die

    Chapter 621 Win Or Die

    "Die!"

Now that Martin had used the Ghost Resentment Compass, he wouldn''t allow Ricky and his

from both the Ghost Corridor and the Resentment Corridor into thepass.

''That strike is too powerful for Terrence and Soar to block. I am at the end of my wits to stop Martin in

the corridor, '' Ricky thought to himself after he felt the intensity and power of Martin''s attack.

In an instant, Ricky enveloped Terrence and Soar with his spiritual power. He then transported the two

    into the Mind Pce Model.

Ricky had also entered the Mind Pce Model. He felt it was alright to expose the spiritual space tool

because others were already aware that he had it.

Upon seeing the Mind Pce Model, Martin restrained himself. Since he had expected it, he didn''t jeer

    at the space tool.

"That spiritual space tool is really worthy of its reputation!" Martin said greedily. "That''s why I must have

    it, Ricky!"

    Boom!

A strong pressure flooded out of Martin as soon as he dered his desire. The ghost power of and the

resentment power encircled him. Two marks emerged on his dark forehead.

The marks that emerged were the symbols of mutants.

Martin had evidently had the Ghost Mutant and Resentment Mutant.

    "Ghost and resentment, show yourselves!"

As Martin yelled, the unyielding ghost power of and the resentment power filled the Enlightening

Corridor and turned the ce into hell.

    Martin was dominating the ce.

Worse, he had used the power of the Ghost Corridor and the Resentment Corridor to lock up the space

    within the Enlightening Corridor.

"Ricky, I''ve already locked up the space around this ce. You don''t want to spend your entire life

    N?velDrama.Org content.

hiding in the spiritual space tool, do you?" Martin jabbed after he sealed the Enlightening Corridor.

But he heard no response from his enemy.

The silence of his enemy did not faze him at all. While he floated in mid-air, Martin folded his legs and

    sat.

He patiently waited in silence. He believed Ricky would emerge from his spiritual space tool any

    second soon.

"Is that true?" Soar asked worriedly. From inside the Mind Pce Model, they could hear what Martin

    had just said.

"Yes. I''ve tried getting out and discovered that the whole space in the Enlightening Corridor has been

sealed by Martin. We can hide in the spiritual space tool, but we''ll never be able to make it out of here,"

    Ricky said with certainty.

Then, he conveyed his message to Soar using telepathy. "Soar, one more thing, I failed to get out even

after I used the Chaotic Fire Zone."

Soar''s heart dropped to his stomach. The Chaotic Fire Zone used to be their trump card, but now...

Soar had every reason to feel the shadow of gloom and despair take over his thoughts and feelings.

"But...Martin is no more than a spiritual king, where did he get the power to lock up space?" Soar asked

with confusion evidently painted on his face.

"That''s right! How could an innate spiritual king lock up space?" Terrence was also stunned by the

    magnitude of Martin''sst move.

"That''s impossible, indeed. But, the Martin we''re looking at now is not the same as the one we used to

know before. Do you see the two marks between his eyebrows? That exins everything," Ricky

    exined to hispanions.

"Right. Those are the marks of mutants. However, I''m aware about the origins of Martin and the Golden

Leopard Valley. I know them well enough, and I''m sure he didn''t possess a mutant in the past."

Samson collected his thoughts and his earlier memories of Martin.

"That''s correct. It is his body that has been changed in the Ghost Corridor. He probably has two

mutants now—the Ghost Mutant and the Resentment Mutant," Ricky said. Their chances of surviving

had somehow gone slimmer as he vocally affirmed what had happened to Martin.

"If I''m guessing things right, the two mutants have granted him the power to control the Ghost Corridor

and the Resentment Corridor. That''s why he could easily lock up the space within the Enlightening

    Corridor.

But, Ricky, if your guess is correct, then what are we supposed to do now?" Terrence questioned, his

    voice a low, serious murmur.

"We have two options. One is to cultivate here till our power reach a level that could rival Martin''s

current power," Ricky began. "Our other option is to go and fight him now. We could win and escape; or

we can die here and this ce could turn into our graveyard."

"It will take quite a long time if we choose to cultivate here." Terrence looked quite depressed. "I''ve

never been a coward in battle."

"Me neither. I want to know what on earth was in the Ghost Corridor that changed Martinpletely."

Soar fumed. He hated being at the losing end of the fight.

"If you don''t want to bebeled as the coward, then perhaps we shoulde out now and fight." Rocky

smiled. He was d to know that hispanions were not just about to back down and give up.

"Ricky, are you sure you want to fight with him?" Terrence asked. Despite thepromising position

that they were in, Ricky''s tone was still oddly calm and decisive.

"Did it sound like I was making a joke?" Terrence''s question just made Ricky feel even more excited

that he couldn''t help but quiver a little.

"Don''t be impulsive!" Soar opposed, trying to convince Ricky to change his mind.

"Think twice, Ricky!" Samson added. "Martin has locked up the entire space within. Once you go out

there, it''s either you win or you die in Martin''s hands.

And, judging by the current situation, your chances of dying are unfortunately higher.

My words may be harsh, but that''s the truth. I''m telling you this now because you''re my friend."

"Huh! So you finally admit that you now consider me as a friend!" Rickyughed in amusement upon

hearing Samson refer to him as a "friend."

"Don''t change the subject! If you''re sure you want to go out, then I''ll dly go with you," Soar

    proimed assertively.

"Soar, you know me. I don''t take that much risk. Also, I don''t engage in fights that I know I''m doomed to

lose." Ricky confidently gave Soar a friendly reminder.

"The moment I came in here, I''ve made up my mind that I would use this fight as a stepping stone for

me to be a middle spiritual king."

Ricky''s confidence was overflowing that Soar and Terrence were instantly moved.

They were surprised to witness just how determined Ricky was.

"Are you sure you want to do that?" Soar reluctantly queried. Though Ricky''s willpower was so moving,

he still couldn''t help but be bothered by the danger and threat posed by Martin''s newfound power.

"Soar, I need you to trust me," Ricky collectedly uttered before he leaped out of the Mind Pce Model.

"Such a hurry, this guy," Soar sighed at Ricky.

"Maybe that''s just the boldness of an ace genius," Terrence muttered as he watched Ricky get out of

the Mind Pce Model. Ricky''s unwavering confidence made Terrence admire him even more.

He knew Ricky was not trying to show off.

Meanwhile, Samson felt the same way.

He now harbored as much admiration as Terrence had for Ricky.

"There you are! Did you stay there to get rid of your burdens?" Martin nudged as he stood. He didn''t

seem surprised at the sight of Ricky emerging from his spiritual space tool. The expression on his face

    reflected excitement instead.

"They''re not burdens, they''re my friends," Rickyughed, correcting his enemy''s words.
