Chapter 579 Ruin Beasts

    Chapter 579 Ruin Beasts

"The least we would need is an airship at the intermediate stage of Spirit Level. Otherwise, it would be

destroyed purely by the gravity here," Terrence exined with desperation.

It was foolish to expect an airship to just appear out of nowhere. It was impossible.

"Are you talking about an airship? Do you mean that an airship at the intermediate stage of Spirit Level

is capable of moving freely in the Virulent Sand Flow?" Ricky asked with excitement, his eyes glued to

Terrence''s expressions. He was glowing with curiosity and enthusiasm.

"You''re right. An airship at the intermediate stage of Spirit Level can do that," Terrence nodded.

"Haha. Terrence, you should have told us earlier. We have been worrying for nothing." Terrence''s

confirmation made Soarugh wildly. He had ovee all his hurdles.

"What do you mean? Are you telling me that you have ess to such an airship?" Terrence failed

miserably to mask the confusion on his face.

    He couldn''t believe it.

Before Terrence could say another word, Ricky raised his right hand and Tina''s airship suddenly

appeared floating in midair. Itnded slowly on the sand delicately as opposed to sinking in it.

"Ricky, I told you that you would need me. You would''ve been in big trouble without me, right now," Tina

said to Ricky through the telepathic link.

"Haha, Tina, you''re right. You are my savior," Ricky replied affectionately. "Perhaps, God above will

    keep us together."

Tina couldn''t help but blush listening to Ricky.

"Haha." Ricky felt ttered watching Tina blush.

    ...

"It''s amazing that you guys can carry such an airship," Terrence said incredulously. He couldn''t believe

    what he had just seen.

An airship at the intermediate stage of Spirit Level was marginally inferior to an intermediate-stage

    spiritual space tool.

Everyone knew that Ricky had owned a spiritual space tool. However, to their great surprise, he

showed them an airship at the intermediate stage of Spirit Level. Who knew how many desirable

treasures he possessed? Even so, one would think they shouldn''t belong to a warrior as weak as Ricky

    appeared to be.

    Terrence found Ricky unfathomable.

"Wait. Your airship is much moreplicated than what it seems to be!" Terrence''s eyes were fixed on

the airship and he almost yelled out in shock.

His sharp senses were working hyper actively. He could tell that the power which emitted from the

airship was much stronger than usual.

"You''re right. It''s actually an airship at the Demi-sage Level," Ricky replied candidly. He didn''t want to

withhold any information from Terrence, which he would probably find outter anyway.

Although Terrence was a new friend, Ricky knew how knowledgeable he was, and that it was pointless

lying to his face. Besides, both Jasper''s and Cameron''s sociability with Terrence also convinced Ricky

of his honesty and other valuable merits.

"Wow!" Terrance was not prepared to hear that. Ricky''s words just caught him off guard. He took a

deep breath to gather himself and process that news.

A weapon at the Demi-sage Level was considered to be the best one in the whole Eastern Land, and

there were only a few of them known to the world. If other forces heard that Ricky possessed such a

rare and precious weapon, they would surely attack him for it.

"Ricky, you''re really awesome," Terrence said calmly once the shock subsided.

Even Madeline was a bit surprised with Ricky''s assets. However, she was ustomed to his

    unpredictability by now.

She wouldn''t have felt surprised even if Ricky had showed her any sacred weapons.

Ricky invited them to get aboard.

The protection of the airship couldn''t guarantee their safety though. The Virulent Sand Flow seemed to

have no borders, and the poisonous mists were spreading through countless regions. It was highly

possible that they might remain trapped there forever.

The toxins in the air were constantly invading their bodies.

"Terrence, can you get your bearings?" Ricky asked Terrence with a grim face. They had realized the

gravity of the situation they were now in.

"Only luck can help us now." Terrence felt dejected and helpless.

"But I have another idea. We can have the ruin beasts lead our way out of this dangerousnd. The

ruin beasts are not scared of the gravity here. They are much more familiar with this environment and

    its toxins," he added.

"Ruin beasts? Can they do that?" Ricky dubiously questioned Terrance''s idea.

"The ruin beasts are special creatures that are born in the Virulent Sand Flow and choose to live here.

Their bodies areposed of poisonous sand rather than flesh and blood. In fact, the Virulent Sandy

Core is their heart and the origin of their lives," Terrence answered.

"The Gods above never cease to surprise us. I have never expected such a creature to live among us,"

    Ricky sighed.

Before this, he had only known the existence of human beings, beasts, devils and some ghosts.

"I found out about the existence of such amazing ruin beasts while I was reading up on the Virulent

    Sand Flow," Terrence replied.

"The ruin beasts, no matter how strong they be, can''t transform into human figures. Besides, their

mental capacity is as much as that of a three-year-old kid. Also, they are ferocious creatures, always

angry, blood-thirsty and in the mood to kill. That is their true nature," he exined further.

"It sounds like they can''t be dealt with very easily," Ricky said reluctantly.

"But, since we have the airship, the ruin beasts can be either a disaster for us or an opportunity,"

    Terrence continued.

"A disaster? An opportunity? What are you talking about?" Soar was confused.

"If we are unable to find a way to subdue the beasts, they will surely tear us apart and swallow our

bodies. Hence, that will be a disaster. By opportunity, I mean their Virulent Sandy Cores.

If we could somehow get some cores and refine them, we would be blessed with a certain level of

resistance to the toxins here. At least, we wouldn''t have to be afraid of the toxins at the King Level,"

    Terrence exined patiently and earnestly.

"It''s quite good to hear you say that," Soar said excitedly, finally hearing a way out of that damned

    ce.

"No matter where you''re standing, dangers and opportunities co-exist," Ricky said, with a thin smile on

    his face.

    N?velDrama.Org owns this text.

However, he wasn''t interested in finding any opportunities, since he wasn''t scared of any toxins mostly

    thanks to his four zones.

Of course, he still had to help Soar, Terrence and Madeline obtain the Virulent Sandy Cores.

"Terrence. I just realized that you''re very talkative and smart," Soar said sincerely.

Suddenly, they heard terrible roars echoing. Before Soar could finish his words, the sand waves which

carried countless yellow giant figures were howling at them. They wereing towards their airship

    from all directions.

"Although I''m tempted to get some Virulent Sandy Cores as soon as possible, the appearance of so

many ruin beasts is really terrifying," Soar smirked. "I''m guessing there must be hundreds of those

    beastsing at us.

What makes it so much worse is that each and every one of them is at least as strong as an immortal

    warrior," Soar added.
