Chapter 569 The Stctite Cave
"Josiah, are you really going to break the pact that our three halls built?" Scar asked in near threat after
seeing that Josiah was very hesitant to give him the Blood Essence Stone of the Spear Hall.
Upon hearing that, Josiah then looked at Garrett through his peripheral view as if he was trying to get
Garrett''s opinion on this.
But Garrett only shook his head slightly as he sensed that Josiah was eyeing him. Then, he said
something to him telepathically.
Josiah just smiled coldly at Scar and said, "Scar, the Spear Hall doesn''t have the audacity to break the
pact agreed upon by our three halls."
Josiah then threw the Blood Essence Stone to Scar with a gloomy look.
"About damn time! Thank you Josiah!" Scar caught the stone and thanked Josiah. He then said, "Rest
assured that I will return your stones intact as soon as possible."
"It''s all right, Scar!" Nora said softly. "Congrattions, Scar. Now that thepetition is over, we are
leaving now."
"In that case, farewell, Nora!" replied Scar.
Then, Nora led the disciples of the Sword Hall to the exit and took off without another word.
Meanwhile, Luna had reminded Ricky repeatedly toe to the Apsara Pce once he refined the
Quintessence of Heaven and Earth.
With such an assertive reminder from the beautiful Luna, many warriors grew jealous of Ricky.
All except for Tina, who stared at him with mncholy. On the other hand, Ricky was still confused as
he could still not make up his mind about how he truly felt for Tina.
However, there was one thing that Ricky was sure about—he cared a lot about Tina''s feelings and that
he would never allow any other men to get any idea about courting her.
"Rx, Tina. I am not going to the Apsara Pce. It was just wise that I said yes to Luna''s invitation.
After all, I was in such a difficult position to refuse such offer. Don''t worry, we will leave this ce right
after we refine the Quintessence of Heaven and Earth," Ricky said as he sent a message to Tina
through telepathy.
"Hmmp...I couldn''t care less whether you go or not!" Tina replied instantly, with shyness in her voice.
"Well, if you don''t care, then I guess I am going." Hearing Tina''s voice, Ricky still pretended that he did
not notice the shyness in her voice. Instead, he kept messing with her.
"Hey! Don''t go!" Upon hearing that Ricky was still going to go to the Apsara Pce, Tina had finally let
go of her shyness and instead, she mustered up the courage to beg him not to push through with his
ns.
But after she said what she wanted, Tina''s face turned bright red out of embarrassment. It had just
urred to her that Ricky was just pretending to go. Tina was so embarrassed that all she wanted that
moment was to be sucked by a hole in the ground, or even to disappear, just to save herself from the
humiliation.
"Ha-ha, all right then. Since you asked, then I am not going," Ricky responded with a sly smile on his
face which only made Tina blush even more.
Soar noticed the cute scene and asked Tina, "Hey Tina, what''s going on with you two? Is Ricky
showing you his affection? That would probably exin why you look so shy!"

While they were joking around, all of the disciples from the Sword Hall already left with the disciples
from the Spear Hall. Garrett and Jim did not forget to bid farewell to them as they led the whole team
out.
Garrett then looked at Ricky with a smile on his face and said, "Russell, see you next time. I''m looking
forward to our nextpetition. Please feel free to visit the Garuda tribe anytime you want. In fact,

"Then I will take your word for it. Thank you for the invitation, Garrett!" Ricky thanked him with a salute.
"''See you next time'' is a good phrase. What does he mean by that?" Ricky whispered to himself.
He believed Garrett must have meant something in between those lines.

Meanwhile, at the end of thispetition, Ricky got what he had always wished for—the right to use
the Quintessence of Heaven and Earth.
After they returned to the Saber Hall, Ricky immediately went back into the chamber to confer with
others.
"Ricky, these three Blood Essence Stones are the keys to the ce where the Quintessence of Heaven
and Earth is stored. Since we already have what we need, when do we set off?" Scar asked Ricky
impatiently.
Although he was almost as powerful as Ricky, Scar still considered Ricky to be his master due to the
bonding contract and his admiration for him.
"I think that we should set off as soon as possible! I don''t like any more surprises!" said Ricky after
thinking about it hard. "I guess that Garrett and Jim would not simply let this opportunity slip through
their fingers. I think that they must have been nning another way to interfere with our task."
"I think that the three halls are no longer in control of the Three-hall City. Especially given the
involvement of the Garuda tribe and the Apsara Pce." Madeline weighed in her thoughts.
"I guess you''re right about that. We should spare no time and head for the stctite cave tonight," said
Scar.
"Stctite cave? Isn''t this the ce where the Quintessence of Heaven and Earth is located?" Ricky
asked.
"You got it right. It is naturally created out of natural order, which is the only ce where the
Quintessence of Heaven and Earth could be found and collected," Scar answered.
"Scar, please bring some of your disciples to apany us in the stctite cave. After all, we still
need some young men to strengthen our force."
"Thank you Ricky for letting us join in it. It would be my pleasure." Pleased with Ricky''s request, Scar
did not hesitate to take this opportunity to thank him gravely. After all, It would be hypocritical of him to
turn it down for this was the opportunity that he had longed for.
"Don''t mention it!" answered Ricky nonchntly.
Ricky still had his ambition of establishing the Misty South Pce even in the Oriental Realm where
many powerful forces existed. And the Saber Hall was the foundation for him.
Maybe Scar would not willingly surrender his force to Ricky at that moment. After all, Ricky believed
that Scar would definitelye around once he grew stronger.
It might be farfetched as of now but Ricky wanted to give his best to make the idea of having his own
pce at the Oriental Realm happen.
But apart from his hopes and dreams, something still bothered him deep in his heart—he still could
never get over the fact that Grace had already left him for good.
He believed that he could take on the Phoenix tribe all by himself. However, establishing his own force
would provide the extra security and assistance that he needed. And with this approach, he could save
a lot of time and money.

After they had decided, Scar led their way from the Three-hall City as quietly as possible so that they
would not attract any attention, and headed for a ravine near the city. This area, however, was the area
where the ancestors of their three halls discovered the stctite cave.
Scar then decided carefully and hand-picked three loyal and gifted innate disciples for their excursion.
Located at a dested gully, the stctite cave was covered by dense foliage. It was in a well hidden
area that no one would have noticed it if they had not known that it was there.
He then tore through space directly and led the whole team through the dense foliage to the ce
where the sunlight could not even reach. It was a good thing that this low visibility would not affect any
of the innate warriors.
When they reached the area, a giant stone door made of stctite weed them, waiting to be
opened.
Scar then lifted his hand and felt the magic power on that door. Upon examining it, he could say that it
was clearly rigged with some sort of array.
Stopping at the door, he then took out the three stones and ced them against the door, using his
enlightening power. Afterwards, a drop of blood essence appeared on each of these stones. These
blood droplets then entered the array on the door, which then afterwards, came back into their
respective stones.
Tumble!
By the power of the blood essence, the powerful array on the door was immediately disarmed, and
then door slowly opened all by itself.
