Chapter 567 The Gale Torrent Strike
Like an intricate dance, the ny-nine green swords started to spin around inside the Star Moon
Sword Array. Luna watched as the swords devoured the brimming energy in the air like a beast
starved.
With every second that passed, they absorbed more and more force from the surroundings. There was
no end to their hunger. The green swords grew sharper and bigger, as if to make room for the power
collected.
Standing inside the mouth of the Star Moon Sword Array, Ricky felt a strong wave of murderous intent.
He felt his skin prick with boundless icy rays.

thought to himself. His fingers clenched as he realized both his desperate situation and his resolve.
The die was cast. It was his own rotten luck that he managed to roll snake eyes. ''My immediate priority

With that thought in mind, Ricky activated the four zones. They swept forward and then upwards,
zing a path across the ny-nine green swords that now covered the sky. However, Ricky only had
a second to glimpse at the clouds around them. The swords continued their dance. They moved to
avoid his attack before slotting back in ce. In other words, they had him surrounded to the point
where he couldn''t even find the center of the array. All he knew was that the Star Moon Sword Array
was still active for the ny-nine green swords to work.
To break through the Star Moon Sword Array, Ricky needed to crush the ny-nine green swords first.
"Russell, you agreed to let me deploy my Star Moon Sword Array. And now, I want to repay you for
that," Luna said in a soft tone. She looked down on him, hovering as she did above him and the Star
Moon Sword Array like the God of War.
Her eyes narrowed, as sharp and cold as the des she controlled. "Now, I''ll activate the most
powerful sword array attack. If you can survive it, you will win."
"Ha-ha! Luna, thank you in advance. But I have the ability to break through this sword array," Ricky
said. Apparently, he was very confident of himself.
"You seem quite sure of yourself. Let''s both save some breath and start our contest!" Luna growled.
The rumbling in her throat echoed through the array as they glowed in time with her anger.
Like a foreboding heartbeat, Luna''s body was enveloped by the same light. She controlled the
enlightening power of the stars and moon. It surged up and spread across the air quickly in reaction to
her call. The action was as easy as holding out one''s own hand.

In more ways than one, it was an extension of Luna at this point. She had cultivated the enlightening
force as religiously as she trained her body. Deploying the Star Moon Sword Array had the same
sensation as releasing a long-held breath.
The enlightening force grew palpable as it spread across her body and the air surrounding her.
Hundreds of visible rays of green light wrapped around her body in the shape of makeshift armor.
"Attack!" With a delicate shout, Luna thrust her hand upwards to the sky. The dark rays of green light
followed the path of her extended arm and went further, reaching out to where she couldn''t. They met
the light of the Star Moon Sword Array and the rays mingled in perfect harmony.
Then, just as quickly, the wind whined as the green swords whizzed past Ricky''s ear.
It would have been mesmerizing if it wasn''t also a truly terrifying scene. The swords moved in a wild
but precise pattern around him, needles under the hand of an expert weaver. His head jerked left and
right as Ricky tried to follow the movement of each de. Within seconds, the threads wove into their
masterwork: the shape of the Eight Trigrams.
Suddenly, the electric sound of lightning piercing through the sky reached his ears. Instead of static,
however, a gigantic sword pierced the center of the Eight Trigrams. It shot out of the light that
contained it and began moving rapidly towards Ricky.
"What a powerful array force! Although the Luna''s enlightening power is weaker than that of Garrett,
the force of the sword array that she hasunched is stronger than Garrett''s," Ricky mumbled to
himself as he watched the giant sword''s murderous trail.
"How powerful and strong it is! It must be more powerful than Garrett''s!" Just as Ricky did, the warriors
around him could also sense the sheer power emanating from the sword. They watched incredulously,
unable to help the exmations that spilled from their lips.
"Let''s see if Russell has the ability to withstand this attack."
Hearing his men''s words, Garrett''s face grew darker as he too recognized that Luna''s sword array was
stronger than any attack of his. Fearing the bile that bubbled up in his chest, he bit the inside of his

All eyes turned to watch Ricky. Each pair waited eagerly to witness either his victory or his inevitable

Ricky sneered at their doubts and ill will. Half of him felt like entertainment on a show, but the other half
heard the challenge in their voices. His eyes zed, reflecting the intensity of his determination and
fighting spirit.
He was tempted tounch his Ultimate Golden Body and crush the Star Moon Sword Array, right then
and there. But it was too early to expose his true identity and his strength.
"It seems that the Nine-degree Body Refining Form is the best choice here," he sighed and
shrugged in resignation.
In the next breath, he activated the Nine-degree Body Refining Form decisively. As though it was
nothing but a game of tug of war, the massacring runes that enveloped him withdrew and were

following the Gale Strike.
The Gale Strike was mainly the embodiment of the Cloud Enlightenment. Harnessing the power of
sadness, it could infect the feelings of living creatures and ruin them.
Contrary to the Gale Strike, the Gale Torrent Strike was mainly the embodiment of the Wind
Enlightenment. It could build and collect the most violent forces of wind to attack the enemy.

A secondter, the boundless gale runes wrapped around his weapon, sharpening it to lethality. Ricky
thrust the Iron Destroyer forward, his eyes focused on the target in front of him.
The gale runes collected at the tip of the saber and followed the weapon''s shape to form a spiral
windstorm. It reached the hilt and extended further to wrap around Ricky''s arm before it shot a straight
path towards the giant sword.
The Gale Torrent Strike collided with the giant sword, forming a wall of force at the point where they
met. Ricky felt a solid tension in his hands before the windstorm surrounding him overwhelmed the
force of the giant sword. When the tension gave way, the spiral windstorm made a sharp turn in the air
to strike at the sword itself, the tip of its spiral and sharp as the point of a weather vane.

The Gale Torrent Strike could not onlyunch a powerful and violent strike, but it could also make use
of the opponent''s force and make it attack the opponent.

so many geniuses in the world?" Garrett murmured to himself. His face turned sour.
He was devastated by Ricky''s mind-blowing performance.
At the same time, Garrett paled further when he realized that Ricky had pulled his punches. He pulled
on his sleeve, suddenly feeling ufortable in his own clothes, his own flesh, and way out of his
depth.
The windstorm continued on its path of destruction above them. The second the giant sword shattered,
the ny-nine small swords appeared in their ces among the glittering sea of shards.
Ricky waved his Iron Destroyer as the gale runes spread across the sky. The power of the windstorm
crushed the ny-nine small swords in one fell swoop.
The Star Moon Sword Array that once loomed over the whole square followed in its wake. Within a
second, maybe two, any trace of the monstrous disy of force vanished into thin air.
