Chapter 1531 Return To The Hometown
The woman was terrified and immediately sprinted into the house.
She barged in and her eyes were caught by the sight of a tall, charred figure.
"You daree in here! Don''t hurt Sunny! Get out!" She was so filled with rage that she felt as though
her eyes were about to burst from her head. She swung her sword and the sword intent surged out like
a wave across the ocean.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The powerful sword intent struck the tall, charred figure but seemed to have no effect and copsed
into nothing on impact.
The woman''s heart stopped as fear ran through her. ''What kind of monster is this? How is it so strong?
How am I going to save Sunny?''
"Who are you? What do you want with us?" the woman squealed, trying to hide her terror, but she
dared not make a move forward too rashly.
There was a moment of stillness. The charred figure seemed to be struck dumb, making no moves and
saying no words. This made the woman all the more nervous.
"Belle..."
Finally, she heard a choked voice speak.
The woman was now the one struck dumb.
The voice was so familiar, but who was it? She couldn''t quite ce it.
"Auntie, I like you very much. You''re so beautiful," Sunny said, seemingly talking to the air. Then, out of
nowhere, appeared a beautiful being.
Buzz...
When the woman saw the beautiful figure, her mind went nk and she began hyperventting. She
was short of breath and felt suffocated and overwhelmed.
"Elsa!" she screamed out. She trembled, struggling to believe the beautiful figure in front of her was
real.
"Belle." Elsa saw her too now and became emotional as well.
They had finally returned.
"No! This isn''t real. You''ve got to be a demon. Go to hell you!"
Belle seemed to have just woken from a dream, still unsure of reality. All this was so strange and
surreal. She thought a demon must have disguised itself as Elsa for the purpose of taking her daughter
from her.
Belle rushed over to attack, not hesitating for a split second.
Bang! The sword that was about to stab into Elsa exploded to pieces with a loud bang.
The massive counter-force rebounded Belle away.
"Belle!"
The tall, charred figure had vanished in a sh and, with his pure physical strength, mobilized his
speed to the limit. When he reappeared, he already held Belle tightly and tenderly in his arms.
"Belle, it''s me. It''s your brother, Darren." Darren couldn''t help but sob, with both joy and sadness, when
he looked on her face. It was no longer childish like he remembered but it was still so familiar to him.
"Let go of me, you demon! Don''t touch me! You''re not my brother. Don''t use your dirty tricks on me.
You''re not taking Sunny away! I will not let that happen!" Belle was still in a wild and confused rage, still
disbelieving. She knew her brother and sister-inw had gone to the Primitive Wilderness and would
nevere back, so it could not be them.
"Belle, don''t be afraid. It really is me, I really am your brother. Do you remember once when I was a
teenager, I almost died and was thrown into the woodshed? Andter I was hit by that strange stone..."
Darren spoke of the past, giving her as many details as he could to convince her of who he was.
These words were like a thunderp in Belle''s mind and made her freeze on the spot as her eyes
looked on nkly.
The tall, charred figure told her of the past exactly as she remembered it, a past when she had been
together with her elder brother. There were even details she could not recall herself until the charred
figure mentioned them.
"Darren... Is that really my elder brother? Don''t lie to me, I can''t take it anymore. I''m so scared..." Belle
couldn''t hold back her tears and emotion anymore and copsed and wept, tears streaming down her

"Yes, it''s me, Belle. It''s me. I came back through a dream, with the help of the Great Witchers. I had not
expected Elsa and I toe back through my niece''s dream though," Darren exined, regretting
having frightened his sister so much.
The voice, tone and aura were so familiar. Belle doubted it no more.
She choked from her sobbing and eventually passed out from all the excitement and being
overwhelmed by this so sudden surprise.
"Darren, now look what you''ve done! You''ve scared Belle so badly that you''ve knocked her out!" Elsa
scolded, her face twisted in displeasure.
"It was out of my hands. I didn''t expect that I would encounter the thunder punishment in a dream as
well. I didn''t have any god''s power in the dream. It''s going to take me a while to recover." This was why
Darren had been so horribly charred.
"Don''t say anything else. Just get your sister to the room first. By the time she wakes up you''ll have
recovered back to your original self."
"Mom...What''s wrong with my mother? You''re bad guys doing bad things." Sunny cried out when she
saw Belle faint.
"Oh don''t worry, Sunny. Your mom just got too excited to see your uncle. She''ll be fine after a little rest."
With Sunny in her arms, Elsa walked into the room together with Darren.
Six hourster, Belle finally woke up.
Darren had recovered to his original appearance. When Belleid eyes on him, she rushed over and
fell on his shoulder, crying.
"Darren, it really is you. Oh god I missed you so much..."
"I missed you too, Belle."
They had been apart for so many years. Whenever Darren thought back on the difficult times he had
been through with his sister, he couldn''t help but weep as well.
His sister, as well as his other rtives on the Lotnn Continent, had always been on his mind
through the countless days and nights in the Primitive Wilderness.
The two siblings sobbed for a long time before they finally managed topose themselves and calm
down.
"Belle, let''s not cry. It''s great news that we''ve been reunited. By the way, when did you get married?
Where is my brother-inw? Call him out here and let me have a look at him."
Belle''s face darkened and sank at the mention of her husband.
"Darren, we need your help. Please save Sunny''s father, my husband. I can''t hold on any longer."
Speaking of this brought Belle to tears again.
"Oh? Belle, tell me what happened?"
Elsa walked up to them with Sunny in her arms. She had already sensed that something wasn''t quite
right, but she didn''t want to disturb their reunion.
Belle exined the full story, in detail, to Elsa and Darren.
After Darren had left for the Primitive Wilderness, the Lotnn Continent had undergone enormous
changes.
Due to the different flows of time between the Lotnn Continent and the Primitive Wilderness, millions
of years had passed here.
During this time, they had witnessed the rise and fall of one super n after the other, as well as the
appearance of one genius after another. Some were iparably outstanding, while others perished
in no time at all.
Because of Darren, the Chu n had always been regarded as the highest of the ns on the
Lotnn Continent, at least for the first one hundred thousand years.
Eventually, due to the Chu n''s prosperity, internal shes broke out. During a long period of
struggle, the Chu n gradually declined and was surpassed by other rising forces of the time. A long
period of turmoil ensued and the Chu n was finally relegated to a n as ordinary as any other.
Darren''s exploits and aplishments had be the stuff of legend on the Lotnn Continent.
Fewer and fewer now believed in him as the hero he was said to be. All that had taken ce back then
were just mere stories now. It was difficult to know whether they were in fact true or false.
As all these shifts were taking ce, Belle had been cultivating in seclusion, hoping to one day enter
the Primitive Wilderness and reunite with her brother.
When she reached the Emperor Realm and came back out, she found a world totally different to the
one she had known. The elders of the Chu n had long disappeared. When she found out why, she
vowed to take revenge.
Her quest for revenge caused the Lotnn Continent to descend into chaos once more. After decades
of strife, several super forces finally invited the rising demonic monster race in to suppress Belle.
While escaping, Belle met her husband; a reclusive cultivator with strength at the top level of the
Emperor Realm. Spending time with each other, day and night, bonding and getting to know one
another better and better, the two of them quite expectedly fell in love and got married.
After that, Belle and her husband abandoned their ns for revenge. They went into hiding and lived a
peaceful life, until several years ago, when the powerful warriors of the demonic monster race found
them.
