Chapter 883 You Get The Jade!
Alyssa seemed to be acting quite normally again, so Rocky just shook his head and smiled. He opened
the Magic Spiritual Space and momentarily stepped in. Fortunately, he still had some clothes left in the
Drawing out those clothes from the space, he turned and handed them to Alyssa. Then he turned back
around prudently to allow her to change into them.
As he heard the sound of rustling clothes behind him, he tried to organize his thoughts to things more
rational; there were just too many things he could imagine happening right now.
"Alright, you can turn around," Alyssa finally spoke behind him.
Rocky nced back and found Alyssa dressed in men''s clothes rather charmingly. Her messy mop of
hair was pulled back now, making her appear almost too pretty to be a man.
"How long had I fainted?" Alyssa asked immediately as she made the final touch-ups to her
appearance.
"Just two hours. Not too long," Rocky replied.
"Well, the enchanted barrier I''d set up can at least stand for another four hours. That gives us two
hours to figure out a n to get out of this ce," Alyssa sighed in response.
"First things first. The spiritual power inside you is still a mess. You''ll be unable to use the power
temporarily. So you''ll have toe up with some way to get out of here without using it." Crossing his
arms, Rocky eyed her.
At that, Alyssa gritted her teeth and looked frustrated, shaking her head. "Damn it. Then we''re not
getting out of here unless the Divinity Surrounding Enchantment vanishes. But the enchantment can
hold for about eight hours. And starting from the moment it was ced until now, it''s only been four
hours. Counting the time span on the enchanted barrier outside, it can only protect us for another two
hours. We''ll have to try and hide for another two hours, hoping those two guys outside don''t find us. Or

Beast Encyclopedia in the Wild Spirit Land, but there hadn''t been any record of a guardian beast in it.
The Beast Encyclopedia wasprehensive as it even had a record of the Soul-shadow Beast. But
there hadn''t been any record of guardian beasts from the spiritual race. It could be an indication that
whoever wrote the book didn''t want people to know about such beasts. After all, the secrets of the
spiritual race were not something that mere humans could explore. It would make sense if that was the
case.
"Really?" For a moment, Alyssa hesitated, but she finally decided to exin. "I can''t really tell you
anything about Moon Fox right now. The more people know about it, the more dangerous things can
get for me. But what I don''t understand is how the Heavenly Demon n would know about the secret
of Moon Fox too... Even within the Wood n, only the chief and a few selected elders even know
about that secret."
Her words made Rocky suspicious now. He recalled the memory he recalled back to the time he saw
the dragon-shaped jade in the Myriad Spirit Tomb. At that time, the witch from the Holy Dragon Empire
happened to mention the legendary guardian beast, Moon Fox. That was also the name of Alyssa''s
guardian beast. Were they the same one? Or did they have some sort of connection?
This was still merely Rocky''s conjecture, of course. But he couldn''t probe into this matter now. The
many secrets of the Myriad Spirit Tomb were beyondprehension, after all, and he didn''t want
Alyssa to think twice about him in a situation like this one.
"Oh, I almost forgot..." Alyssa suddenly spoke up, as though a thought had urred to her. She locked
eyes with Rocky and asked, "How on earth did you get the Dragon me Pearl that you''d used to save
my brother?"
"The Dragon me Pearl?" Rocky''s eyes narrowed at her.
"The Dragon me Pearl was one of the three treasures the Roaring me Empire once sent to our
Timber Deity Empire. The other two treasures are a secret manual of the Heavenly Stage, and a
treasure map. If the pearl is in your possession, then it stands to reason that the treasure map is with
you too, doesn''t it?" Alyssa raised an eyebrow and looked askance at him.
Upon hearing that, Rocky was rather surprised. He hadn''t expected that the treasures he had
somehow procured on the Gehenna Border were actually tributes to the Timber Deity Empire from the
Roaring me Empire. And yet there he was, with all of them in his possession.
"Wait, what treasure map?" He was quick-witted enough to y dumb. But he knew that map well
enough; it was the treasure map that led him to find the Myriad Spirit Tomb. Moreover, clearly, Alyssa
cared deeply about that particr treasure map. She likely already knew that it had something to do
with the tomb, and was seeking it out as well. If Rocky''s guess was right, he just couldn''t admit that he
had the map. This was one card he had to keep close to his chest for the time being. If Alyssa knew
he''d already been into the tomb, there was no telling what the consequences might be.
"Don''t y dumb with me, Rocky. Hand over the map this instant. And it''s useless for you to keep
holding onto it anyway. If you give me the map, I''ll give you the Dragon me Pearl in exchange."
Obviously, Alyssa was already certain that Rocky had it.
"I don''t have it, honestly. I didn''t know there was such a map! Look, if you don''t believe me, you''re
wee to search me." Rocky held out his arms. It was true; he didn''t have that map anymore. He had
already burned it just after he left the ck Sand Abyss. With the route keeping in his mind, he didn''t
need it anymore.
Of course, she didn''t believe his words, but she wouldn''t search him. After all, he was quite smart and if
he had hidden the map, it was impossible for her to find it out.
"Fine, forget it. We''ll talk about thister. Right now, the most important thing to do is figure out a way to
get out of here. I''ve consumed too much of my spiritual power, so it''s hard for me to recover soon. If I
can restore at least half of my spiritual power, maybe we will have a chance..." Alyssa said in a worried
tone. But the more she thought it over, the worse her worry became. Shaking her head, she added, "It
won''t be possible to regain that much spiritual power in two hours, though."
At that, Rocky frowned slightly. Still, he hesitated before finally taking out the Sea Blue Magic Jade,
shining in its crystalline brilliance. "I think you can make it easily, if you use this jade."
"What is this?!" Alyssa''s eyes widened to their limit as she felt the emanation of strong spiritual power
from the jade.
"I guess based on how experienced you are, you already have an idea of what this thing is." Rocky
smiled.
"Is... Is this the Sea Blue Magic Jade that showed up in the Myriad Beasts Ground?" Alyssa asked, jaw
hanging open. She was knowledgeable enough to appraise the jade and its origins immediately. Prior
to this moment, she herself had sent out a team of spirit maniptors to seek out the treasure in that
