"The Qi n?" Although he wasn''t familiar with the Qi n, he frowned upon hearing its name. He
seemed to attract a lot of trouble recently. He had been harassed by a group of guys and three Earthly

time, a tall, fat man came out from behind a tree.
Rocky threw a quick nce at the man that just appeared and thought he must be the one who had
thrown the hidden weapons at him. He could tell that the man was also a Heavenly Stage master,
although he was a little weaker than his brother.
"You two are perfect for each other. Like peas and carrots!" Rocky said with sarcasm.
"Come on bloke, just tell us how many people the Cao n are going to select from the Xiao n to
the Beast Master Contest so that we can get this over quickly. Although the Xiao n is weak, their

Xiao nter." With a sinister look in his eyes, the short, thin man gave a nod to his brother as he
finished speaking.
Without a second to spare, the two brothersunched their spiritual martial arts at Rocky.
"Mount Tai Culmination…" The tall, fat man rose high into the air with his rounded belly. And then a
spiritual power encased his whole body, turning him into a human bomb, which then came falling down
unto Rocky. Judging from the size of the bomb and its strength at the Heavenly Stage, suffering a
direct blow from it would surely do irreversible damage.
Upon seeing this, Rocky stepped back calmly to avoid the human bomb attack. But the short, thin man
saw through Rocky''s n and appeared behind Rocky in an instant.

As he shouted, he turned into a furious wolf shadow, howling and biting at Rocky''s back.
Rocky knew that the short, thin man would attack him from behind while his brother attacked from the

The tall, fat man was dashing towards his brother, unable to change his trajectory.

The fat man howled in pain after he was attacked by his own brother''s spiritual martial arts.
The short, thin man was caught off guard that Rocky used his brother as a shield against his attack.
But after realizing what happened, fear once again enveloped his heart as he remembered that he was
fighting against someone who was at the seventh grade of the Heavenly Stage. Never in a million
years would he have imagined that the Cao n would send such a powerful Heavenly Stage master.
Meanwhile, Rocky had already thrown the tall, fat man into a huge stone, breaking it into pieces due to
the force of the impact. However, the fat man was much stronger than expected. After struggling for a
while on the ground, he got up, looking embarrassed.
"Brother, are you alright?" The short, thin man asked his younger brother, as he rushed towards his
side.
"I''m fine. This guy is stronger than we expected. Shall we retreat first?" the tall, fat man said as he saw
that the situation was unfavorable.
The thin man looked at Rocky hesitantly. He knew that even with their strengthbined along with
their spirit-manipted beasts, they would not be able to defeat Rocky.
"Let''s go." The brothers signaled their retreat.
"Oh but you already know my true strength. You want to leave? In your dreams!" Now the tables had
turned. The two brothers wanted to leave, but Rocky wouldn''t let them go. Rocky couldn''t afford
everyone knowing of his true strength. Although he was neither a member of the Xiao n nor the Cao
n, he knew that the Qi n would not let him get away so easily. The Qi n was one of the
greatest ns in the Timber Deity Empire, so they would surely keep an eye on him. They might even
try to kill him if they decided that Rocky would pose as a threat to their powerful n. The best choice
for Rocky to protect his secret was to kill these two brothers.
