Chapter 651 Breaking The Promise
"It''s simple. Command it to kneel in front of you. If you are truly its master, it will follow your order. The
Rainbow Glow Unicorn is the king of spiritual beasts; it will never follow an ordinary man''s order that
isn''t its master," Alyssa suggested.
Rocky hesitated. He didn''t want to force the Rainbow Glow Unicorn to do anything against its will. He
knew that getting it to kneel down wasn''t easy, but that it would ensure that the beast was under
Rocky''smand. If the Rainbow Glow Unicorn refused, then he would lose the battle and lose his
face to Alyssa. He would have to order a retreat.
''Alyssa has always been a brilliant strategist. But that is a particrly clever one of her. She now has
the ability to turn the tables in her favor, '' Rocky thought to himself. He was initially aiming to win this
round of battle with the help of the Rainbow Glow Unicorn. Once they did, he could force the Timber
Deity Empire to sign a truce agreement. However, Alyssa suddenly spected that the Rainbow Glow
Unicorn wasn''t truly Rocky''s rightful beast.
"Alright, I''ll give it a try," Rocky said with conviction. He looked so self-assured that everyone looked at
him with expecting eyes as he walked towards the Rainbow Glow Unicorn.
"Foodie, get down on your knees if you are willing to make me your master," Rockymanded the
Rainbow Glow Unicorn.
However, the imperial beast merely stared back at Rockypletely unmoved. It held its head high like
the king that it was.
"I don''t know how you managed to trick that beast into helping you, but it looks like you aren''t truly its
master. But we have now seen through your trickery. You might as well give up now!" Alyssa sneered
as if she was dering victory.
Rocky''s lips tightened. He stroked the unicorn''s head and exchanged smiles with it. "Don''t worry. I don''t
want to force you. You are my best friend. You are more important than winning." Rocky turned to
Alyssa ready to confront her.
Before he could, the Rainbow Glow Unicorn roared and called Rocky''s attention. Then, as it was face
to face with Rocky, it lowered its head and kneeled down on its knees. Holy light shone out of its body
and bathed the entire vige with the color of the sun.
Then, the clouds above shifted into majestic colors. Everyone''s jaws dropped to the ground.
It was a sight to behold for everybody.
"Impossible! This is impossible. I must be dreaming." Alyssa shook her head, her eyes wide in
disbelief.
Rocky was also surprised but hid it with augh. "Are you convinced now, Commander in Chief
Alyssa?" he asked Alyssa.
Alyssa''s anger only increased.
"A deal is a deal. Now, sign the truce agreement," Luce interrupted. A signed truce agreement would
represent the victory of the Holy Dragon Empire and save the face of the Crimson Dragon Army.
Alyssa replied with piercing stares. She had overwhelming hatred for Rocky and his beasts. She was
eager to tear him apart and finally get him out of her hair.
"Alyssa?" Woods looked worried. He knew that a signed truce agreement meant all their hard work
leading up to that day would go down the drain.
Alyssa bit her lips. They had exhausted all means to buy more time yet it still resulted to their defeat. If
they signed then, their ns would fall through the cracks. She knew they could still win it, they just
had to buy more time.
"Princess Alyssa, are you really going back on your word?" Rocky could tell that Alyssa was nning
something else. She seemed hesitant to sign the truce agreement.
Rocky looked at Allen. "Please order the Crimson Dragon Army to continue attacking the defensive line
of the Timber Deity Empire," he ordered. Rocky would not let Alyssa get away easily.
Allen and Alyssa exchanged worried looks.
"Rocky, you''re being arrogant." Alyssa red at Rocky with piercing stares.
"You already had your chance but you wasted it," Rocky said coldly.
"If you insist," Alyssa sneered and waved her hand. Then, as if on cue, spirit maniptors from the
Timber Deity Empire rushed towards the scene.
"Princess Alyssa, are you seriously viting our agreement?" Lance asked in disbelief. Though they
weren''t in good terms with Alyssa, he did not think she''d be the type to break a promise.
"Did you really think I was trying to make peace? I was just stalling. And that''s what we''ll continue to

do!" Alyssa dered with resentment. Then, she turned into a bright spiritual light and sped towards
Rocky.
"Watch out!" Lance screamed and dashed in front of Rocky.
Alyssa closed her eyes and harnessed her spiritual power. Then, a gigantic beast appeared in the sky
and strong winds gusted. Thick clouds covered the sky. It looked like it was about to rain heavily. With
all the courage in him, Lance summoned his own spirit-manipted beast, the Roaring-thunder
Dragon, and prepared to fight against the iing beast.
Two high-star-level spirit-manipted beasts fought in the sky. Everyone was watching from the ground
in astonishment.
Below, Alyssa and Lance, two masters of the Divine Stage, engaged in their own battles. Their
Rocky stood in the vortex of the spiritual battle where spiritual pressure was the most felt. He looked
fearless as he watched the fight between Alyssa and Lance.
Soon enough, spirit maniptors from both sides joined the battle.
"Commander in Chief Rocky,e with us. Let''s get you out of here." Allen appeared next to Rocky.
Rocky agreed and proceeded back to camp. He knew he may cause more harm due to his poor
condition. He also knew they needed to prepare another attack n and break through the defensive
line of the Timber Deity Empire.
Of course, Alyssa would not let him off easily. She had a n.
Rocky and Allen''s escape was stopped by the sudden presence of Rufus and White, the two masters
of the Supernal Stage.
"I''ll stall them. Leave when you get the chance. Hurry. I can only distract them briefly," Allen whispered
to Rocky anxiously. Allen knew that it would be difficult, if not impossible, to stop the two masters of the
Supernal Stage by himself, but he had to try.
