Knowing that Tasha would follow up, Rocky walked straight ahead without turning back and looked up
once in a while at the direction of the strange light.
Just then, two figures appeared from the mist and blocked the way. It was hazy, so Rocky couldn''t see

Rocky took a close look at the two huge beast shadows and found that they were a male and a female
Heavenly Poisonous Manticore. Both of them were of the third grade of the four-star level which were

"Stay here, don''t run or I will really leave you alone if you get caught. I can''t risk this," said Rocky. Then
hemanded Uriah and Rubygon to join him. All three were fighting with the Heavenly Poisonous
Manticores at once. They had to use their best abilities to fight such powerful creature.
If someone dared not to fight, he would be trapped in a hazardous situation as wild spirit-manipted
beasts wandered in the deep valley all the time.
When one was powerful enough, the best way was to attack and defend oneself. There was no choice

Seeing that there was no chance of winning the battle, one of the Heavenly Poisonous Manticores
turned around suddenly and rushed towards Tasha who was standing not far away out of Rocky''s
notice.
Tasha turned pale and was too frightened to react in that moment seeing the Heavenly Poisonous
Manticore rushing towards her. She froze and her eyes turned red in shock.
Rocky frowned and ran after the beast when he caught the sight. He wanted to save Tasha. Rocky had
great presence of mind in such situations.

At this moment, the Heavenly Poisonous Manticore swung its long scorpion tail violently. It shed its
sharp edged tail and tried to instantly attack Tasha.
Tasha was totally in shock and was unable to hide. She couldn''t do anything as she was shocked by its

Seeing that Tasha was in danger, Rocky rushed forward and covered her with his muscr body. He

Then Uriah soared up to the sky, covered Rocky and roared angrily at the Heavenly Poisonous
Manticore. As its momentum grew the Heavenly Poisonous Manticore immediately let out a strange
scream and fled away with the other Heavenly Poisonous Manticore in an instant.
"Are…… Are you okay? Oh my god! You are bleeding heavily," said Tasha nervously.
She couldn''t look at Rocky''s blood drenched arm anymore. She felt sorry for Rocky thinking that Rocky
had to suffer as he decided to protect her. Rocky was a brave soul and knew how to handle hardships.
But it still hit her hard. It was the second time Rocky saved her.
Although she hated Rocky''s guts, Tasha was always moved to see that Rocky saved her regardless of
the danger without hesitation. She admired Rocky and found him to be a selfless person.

took out a bottle of magical saliva and gulped a drop.

"Let''s go. The longer we stay here the more dangerous it will get. We need to rush," said Rocky with a
serious face.
Tasha stood up immediately.
Rocky let Uriah and Rubygon lead the way and told Tasha to follow them closely. They continued to
pass through the horribly withered dark forest. It was pitch dark that they couldn''t see clearly. The
destination seemed to be far away.
The whole valley was shrouded in mist and they didn''t know the time. They just felt that the light went
dim. But in the position of the strange light, the sea-blue light was getting more dazzling and lightening
the foggy sky.
