Chapter 2216 Altar In The Fallen Continent
Austin hade to the Divine Continent with several purposes in mind.
First and foremost, he wanted to help the me Emperor rebuild his body. This goal had already been
aplished. He was making excellent progress, since his goal to find Ivy and Sue had also been
achieved.
Thirdly, Austin had traveled to a more advanced world in the hope of pursuing the highest levels of
martial arts. But this aim was still unfinished.
There were a wide range of cultivation skills to learn, and several realms to break through; Austin knew
that he had a long way to go before achieving this third goal.
However, he knew that he still had to go back to the Prime Martial World again.
That was because he had made several friends, learnt from several masters, and even founded a sect
there.
Now, he hade up with an idea. He was going to go back to the Prime Martial World and take all his
people to the East Maind. There, he would settle them up in the me Holy Land for further
cultivation.
After all, the Prime Martial World was a small world and the vital energy of heaven and earth there was
all but nearly exhausted. It was no longer suitable for warriors to cultivate in that ce.
But the time wasn''t right yet.
He knew that he was not strong enough at the moment.
"Sue, don''t worry. As soon as the time is right, I will take you back to Prime Martial World. We''ll meet
Mike there,"
heforted Sue.
"Little beggar, when are you going to marry us?"
Sue asked.
N?velDrama.Org holds ? this.
She was an innocent, straightforward girl, who still called him "little beggar", and she spoke out
everything that was on her mind freely.
Her words made Ivy and Caroline look at Austin with expectant eyes. They loved him too.
They also wanted to know when they would get lucky.
"That day is not far off.
When I''m strong enough to protect you three, I''ll marry you all.
Before that, I will go back to the Prime Martial World and bring all our friends over from there. That way,
they will also bear witness to our wedding,"
Austin answered after thinking for a while.
"Okay,"
Sue replied obediently, as her delicate body gently leaned against Austin''s. She loved this man, a lot.
Caroline and Ivy also stretched out their hands and took Austin''s in their delicate soft grip.
"Boy, the recruitment of the Immortal End School is going tomence in a few months.
Are you going to give it a try?
From what I can gather about your skills and strength, you will absolutely make it through!"
the gnome suddenly asked.
"You''re right! And yes, I will enter the Immortal End School."
Austin nodded.
He was quite confident about his abilities.
He knew that if he could not enter the school, then there was no young man in the entire Divine
Continent who could.
After staying at Violet''s cultivating peak for a couple of days, Austin said goodbye to her and the
gnome, and went back to the Blue Dragon School with Caroline.
In the following days, Austin spent half of his time at cultivating; and the remaining half, he spent with
Caroline, Ivy and Sue.
Sometimes, when he got the opportunity, Austin took the three to meet Stacy in her training mountain.
She got along well with Caroline, Ivy and Sue and they enjoyed each other''spany.
However, sometimes Stacy couldn''t help it and felt sad seeing the intimate expressions on Austin,
Caroline, Ivy and Sue''s faces whenever they looked each other.
Truth be told, the rtionship between Austin and her was very subtle.
Stacy obviously had some feelings for Austin, though he only treated her as a friend.
After learning that Austin hade back to the Blue Dragon School, Harold came to see him in
person.
He exined to Austin that the Summer Sect''s leader in the Rose Finch School was also his
However, the leader of the Summer Sect of Rose Finch School ignored him and did not agree to
protect those students from the East Maind, who had a rtionship with Austin.
However, the leaders of the Summer Sect from the White Tiger School and ck Tortoise School
protected those who had any sort of rtionship with Austin.
Days passed rapidly and pretty soon, an entire month passed like the blink of an eye.
One fine day, out of the blue, there was a loud bang in a secret chamber on one of the training peaks.
Bang!
Amidst a boiling golden light, a shining arhat arose. Then, the arhat shaped figure appeared in the
secret room, both shadow like and physical in appearance.
It was the figure of a brawny man, who held a sevenyered pagoda in his hand, giving off some sort
of formidable aura which enveloped the entire secret chamber.
This was the Arhat Holding a Pagoda!
"Wow! I have sessfully mastered the fourth movement of Eighteen Arhat Form!"
Austin looked at the Arhat Holding a Pagoda and gave a satisfied smile as he summoned it back.
The Eighteen Arhat Form was one of the most important omnipotent skills in Buddhism. It was so
terribly powerful that it was considered as one of the most formidable sect-protecting skills.
Although Austin just started to practice it and had only learned a little about this Buddhist skill, he could
still feel the frightening power hidden deep beneath its potential.
Settling down, he unleashed his spiritual sense and saw that Caroline, Ivy and Sue were sitting in a
pavilion on the top of the mountain and chatting with each other.
Seeing that, he also went to the top of the mountain and joined the three in their chats.
Meanwhile, in the Fallen Continent on the Immortal End World, something strange was happening.
The Immortal End World was a huge world which was divided into eight heavens and thirty-six small
worlds.
Among thirty-six small worlds, there were several worlds that werepletely deserted and not a
single living being resided there.
One of them, the Fallen Continent, was apletely abandoned continent whose very air was dead.
The whole continent looked lifeless and gloomy.
However, countless resentful souls faintly walked around this ce, haunting the fabric of the
continent. They were screaming and whining all the time and an endless murderous will could always
be felt in the sky.
Right now, on an extremelyrge piece ofnd in the Fallen Continent, where not a de of grass
could be seen, and the entire ground was covered with nothing but ck gravel, movement began to
take ce. The wind, which was already blowing fast became more sinister, and the dark sand began
to blot out the sun.
In the center of this wastnd, a tall white altar was erected.
The altar was so wide in area that the heap of bones atop it resembled a mountain.
Human beings, beasts, demons, who knew what sort of creatures had fallen to their death here.
Countless ghosts had surrounded the altar and now lived there, screaming eerily all the time, and
whining in agony out of their restless nature.
On this altar, array gs of various colors had beenid out, all fluttering in the wind and emitting an
eerie malicious aura.
Eight hazy figures stood beside the altar, glitching out of existence for a few seconds every moment or
so.
Each figure was in the void, constantly swinging, it seemed to be very unstable.
"It has taken us so much effort, but we have finally built the altar atst.
Now we can report this to the grand leaders."
one of the figures whispered.
"Can those grand leaders really enter the Immortal End World through this altar?"
another figure asked with curiosity.
"I suppose so. And I think it will be only one grand leader, sending his avatar here!
The Immortal End World is so weak that if a grand leader really came here, he would destroy the very
fabric of this ce.
It''s unrealistic."
A third one spected.
"Yeah, I agree with you on that.
I have heard rumors that a grand leader will enter this ce in a specific way. They need to find
something that has been lost in this world. Treasure or trophy, nobody knows!"
the first one said.
"Something lost in this ce? Good luck finding that!"
The rest of the people looked at the one who had spoken.
"Never mind. Let''s stop guessing.
We are going to activate the altar now, ready to lead a grand leader here.
We''ll know what''s going on real soon."
The figure changed the subject.
"Yes, you''re right."
The remaining figures nodded in agreement.
