Chapter 1859 The Confrontation
Finally, they arrived at their destination. Looking up, they examined the gaping cave in the side of the
towering mountain.
There was an open space at the entrance of the cave that was cloaked with forest.
Runesunched into the air every so often like fireworks, shooting fromrge array that had been cast
into the air over the open space.
On the outside of the array, hundreds of people were gathered around. Mixed in the crowd were people
dressed in ck; these were the Ji n.
The others were from the Western Sect.
Power almost radiated from the people joined together on the outside. They stood with confidence and
regality.
They both possessed cultivators that were at the Heavenly Grotto Realm: three from the Ji n and
four from the Western Sect.
Inside the array, the Peacock King, the Roc King, and the Flood Dragon King were all trapped. The
three of them were also powerful cultivators at the Heavenly Grotto Realm, along with a man who was
standing two-meters-high with them;
however, they didn''t have time to fight back before the array had beenid over them.
They were outnumbered by the Heavenly Grotto Realm masters on the outside and it would be difficult
for them to escape.
The one advantage they held was the three hundred people of the beast race that were also trapped
with them. If it were toe to a battle, they had more warriors.
"I don''t understand. I already told you that the ancient cave can be yours.
There''s no need for all these theatrics.
Take away the array and let us go!"
the Peacock King ordered in an authoritative voice. More blood seeped through his clothing as he took
a step towards the array. It was clear he had recently participated in a bloody battle.
"In your dreams, Peacock King! Do you really think that it is that simple?
Today, we finally had the chance to catch you. Do you really think we will let you go?"
one of the reclusive elders of the Ji n replied, holding his belly as heughed.
A feud had been going on between the Ji n and beast race for years and since they were such
powerful beings, it was rare that one of them got the opportunity to capture and torture the other.
"So, it''s a battle you want? You fools will lose everything,"
Roc King added, snorting.
"You are the foolish ones! We are the sessor of the Buddha and our Western Sect was created to
hunt down and kill demons like you.
Now that you''re trapped, we won''t hesitate to destroy you. The beast race must go!"
a fat monk with big ears yelled, pushing his way to the front of the crowd. His voice was malicious and
mocking.
He turned his head and looked at his fellow cultivators. They all burst into eagerughter.
"A battle it is.
And when we win, we will make it our mission to make all of the Ji n and Western Sect pay for the
things you have done here today,"
the Peacock King announced. The rest of the beast race nodded and murmured in agreement.
"Whatever! You can think what you want to but you won''t leave the Fallen Immortal World alive,"
a reclusive elder of the Ji n struggled to speak between bursts ofughter.
Meanwhile, under all of their noses, some of the trees along the mountainside rippled.
Space twisted and opened and a figure climbed through. Grinning, Austin stepped onto the soft forest
floor.
However, his joy was short-lived when he saw what was happening several thousand meters away on
the mountain. He activated his teleportation skill and appeared on the mountain behind the crowd
outside the array.
As soon as his feet touched the ground, he stepped into the tree line and used the Aura Disguising Skill
to hide.
He quickly discovered that the Aura Disguising Skill could not only change his appearance and hide the
aura of his spiritual soul but also camouge his body. He backed into the trees and blended in with the
green leaves and brown bark.
Peering between the trees, Austin watched the situation unfolding.
He had teleported Peacock Princess and the others into the ve Tower. When he needed them, they
could be transported to the mountain and help him.
For now, he waited. There were several masters of the Heavenly Grotto Realm and none of them were
fighting yet. He was prepared to wait for the best opportunity to make his entrance.
"It''s funny because you are the Peacock King. I bet you never saw thising, did you?
It doesn''t matter, after all. Today is the day you die!"
One of the reclusive elders from the Ji n made eye contact with the Peacock King and smiled
widely.
"Stop talking and let''s fight!
I''ve had enough of your games. I had enough when yourst n leader set me up and made me fall
into aa for hundreds of years.
Today, your Ji n colluded with the people from the Western Sect to attack us, but none of it matters!
If I make it out alive, someday I''ll bring the army of the beast race from the East Maind to tten
your Ji n!"
the Peacock King said coldly. If he got out of here and didn''t go after the Ji n, he would be followed
by them forever. They wouldn''t let him live.
"Ha-ha…
A beast race army from the East Maind! That''s hrious! None of you will survive today.
Let''s do this!"
the fat monk from the Western Sect yelled, stomping his feet into the ground as heughed loudly.
He was stocky and wearing a purple robe that nearly touched the ground but he was mighty. As his
smile grew, a golden light started to glow around his body. From it, the sound of countless voices sung.
It all sounded very serious and sacred.
If the light weren''t terrifying on its own, the ultimate magical treasure in his right hand was. He held up
the demon-ughtering cane andughed again.
"Om!" As he chortled, his mouth began to open.
It opened wider until a thunderous roar bellowed from deep inside him.
Boom!
The roar moved visibly through the air as if it was rippling it. It hit the array and shook the entire
outside.
Smoke rose from the peak of the mountain as the temperature rose. All around Austin, several trees
were uprooted and thrown into the sky; they flew out of sight.
Cracks opened sections of the mountain hundreds of meters wide but all of it was still protected by the
array so the beast race couldn''t escape through them.
More waves of the roar pummeled into the array.
"That is so cool!"
Austin eximed. He was d the roar was so loud so they didn''t hear him.
The move that the monk was using would be awful when it was used by a cultivator at the Heavenly
Grotto Realm.
Inside the array, the Peacock King frowned. He knew he was up against a great force but there had to
be a way to defeat him.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Since most of the beast race was weaker than the monk, the yell made them stagger as if they were
drunk, clutching their heads in their hands.
The weakest of the cultivators fainted and blood dripped from their ears.
Finally, the Peacock King was able to find a way to save his people. He waved his hand and his fingers
transformed into colorful feathers. Quickly, they grew until he could cover all three hundred of them.
Then it began shaking, shooting out runes that deterred the roar.

The beast race''s troops cheered and the ones that had fainted stood again.
"Move in!"
The monk started charging at the array. The rest of the Western Sect and Ji n followed him, flinging
their vital energy at the inside of the array.
It only took a few moments for the beast race to start defending themselves.
Due to the force of the vital energy colliding against the array, the entire mountain and the ground
around it started trembling.
"This isn''t fair!"
Austin sat back and wondered why the beast race was falling while the Ji n and Western Sect were
still whole.
Suddenly, it hit him. It turned out that the array had a limiting effect on the people who were trapped
inside.
The array had an effect that was limiting the people who were still trapped inside. Their vital energy
couldn''t break through it and reach the people on the outside.
However, the people outside could attack the beast race.
As a result, all the members of the beast race had no choice but to take the beating.
Austin had to step in or they would all die.
He removed his Aura Disguising Skill and stepped out of the trees.
"Brady, are you listening? I have an idea.
In a couple minutes, I will use the Space Teleportation and sneak up behind the people of the Ji n
and the Western Sect. Then I will ssh the seawater from the Immortal Burial Sea on the seven
masters at the Heavenly Grotto Realm, giving the beast race an advantage.
While I''m doing that, you will attack them secretly,"
Austin said.
The reason why Austin decided to do so was because he had an extremely powerful tool at his
disposal--the seawater from the Immortal Burial Sea!
Even the cultivators at the Heavenly Grotto Realm couldn''t withstand the power of the seawater from
the Immortal Burial Sea. Once it touched them, they would begin to decay and die a painful and ugly
death.
