Chapter 1493 Raise A Challenge (Part One)
"How bold of you, you wretched beast! How dare you shame the Vasteras Holy Land! That''s
uneptable.
You are really an arrogant prick, aren''t you? Let me teach you a lesson on how to shut your mouth!"
Steward Gren broke into a rage for Austin''s impoliteness and recklessness. His furious eye pierced
through the young man.
Suddenly, Austin heard a massive st over his head. Looking upwards, he saw the air span
dramatically like a massive whirlwind filled with tremendous energy seething around it. It came from
nowhere as if the Heavenly God had sent out his punishment without notice.
A huge golden palm appeared in the middle of the whirlwind and stretched downwards at a fleeting
speed. With a rumble produced by the violent air circling it, the gigantic palm dashed downwards at
Austin at its full speed.
"The force of enlightening!
Steward Gren is a terrible opponent, Austin! The skill he is using is the force of enlightening. It''s
powerful than any forces you''ve ever experienced before!"
Austin heard the me Emperor exim in his Soul Sea.
''So this is the force of enlightening?''
murmured Austin to himself while staring at the bizarre disy above his head in a trance.
The gigantic golden palm seemed to contain a power equal to the energy of nature. It stirred the entire
were boiling while the roars of the whirlwind filled everyone''s ears. All spectators panicked at this
terrifying scene and backed off as quickly as they could.
Austin felt a mighty pressing force from above his head, rendering him immobile. He could not even
think straight as if his thoughts were imprisoned by such overwhelming energy.
"As an elderly warrior, don''t you feel ashamed in bullying your junior? Hmm?" said someone suddenly
in an indignant tone. Austin turned to check and saw the old man who had spoken in support of him.
His resonating voice caused visible rippling waves of air. With the help of vital energy force from the old
man, the airwaves surged into the sky at lightning speed.
A mild noise resounded as the airwave hit the golden palm.
Austin nced upward again and saw the golden palm immediately disappear into nothing under the
colliding force of the airwave. The sky then became peaceful as if nothing had happened. Not a sign of
a terrible hurricane was left up there.
As a result, Steward Gren''s face darkened as he looked at the old man with fury in his eyes.
"Every country has its own Martial Arts Tournament. They hold it to help each sect in the East Maind
select its desired disciples.
It''s funny that the Vasteras Holy Land has the absurd idea to have the champion of the tournament be
a servant in your sect.
This young man does not seem to be interested in such a stupid arrangement. Are you going to force
that to him?
You know, I have no time to talk nonsense. So, let me just make my announcement real quick––Austin
is a disciple of the me Holy Land from this moment on.
With that, I advise you to mind your own business, Steward Gren. Do not step into the affairs of our
sect or bother those we care for, or I''ll not be polite, lest civil, to you.
Let''s go, Austin!"
The old man immediately turned around as soon as he was done with his speech, leaving no chance
for the Steward Gren to rebuke his words.
Austin took hold of Caroline''s hand and followed the old man in his departure.
"Your disciple? That''s for the better, I guess.
N?velDrama.Org: owner of this content.
I''m not interested in rubbish anyway. Besides, I don''t think your treasured new disciple has what it
takes to be one of the best cultivators. He has no talent in martial arts.
Since you''re so fond of him, I''ll do you this favor and let him go with you,"
spoke Steward Gren in a measured tone, casting a long nce at Austin. He was fully aware that he
cannot threaten thetter further under the presence of the Mad Old Man.
"Yes, rubbish! Even pigs and dogs are better than that young man. Our Vasteras Holy Land doesn''t
need such useless warriors. They''ll just tamper the reputation of our sect if we ept them."
Howard stared at Austin''s back and supplemented those hateful statements through clenched teeth.
To everyone''s surprise, Austin suddenly stopped on his tracks.
He turned around slowly and cast Howard stern nce––a look that could send chills down thetter''s
spine.
The vicious words from Steward Gren and Howard had ignited the furious fire in Austin''s heart. After
all, no one would be d to be regarded as rubbish, especially by those filthy men.
"What do you want, rubbish? Do you think we''re wrong in calling you ''rubbish''? Got a problem with it?
You indeed have no talent for martial arts. You should have never practiced it because you stain the art
ofbat!"
Howard''s face was pompous and boastful as he spat those words to Austin.
"All right, Let''s say I''m rubbish, as you said. I admit that I have no ir for and stain the name of martial
arts.
How about you ept a challenge from me––someone who is rubbish in your eyes? Duel with me on
that ring when the next tournament is held next year. Let''s see who the real rubbish is."
Austin seemed glumly cold as he proposed that.
His words stunned everybody at the scene. A challenge ofpeting with each other one yearter?
Austin''s idea was beyond everyone''s expectations that even Caroline and the Mad Old Man was
surprised.
"What did you say? You''re challenging me? A warrior at the preliminary stage of Semi-holy Realm is
challenging a warrior at the premium stage of Emperor Realm? You really mean that?"
Howard''s tone was filled with mockery, evident that he was startled at the sudden proposal of Austin.
As a warrior at the premium stage of Emperor Realm, it was rather easy for him to kill hundreds of
thousands of warriors at the Semi-holy Realm. Never did he imagine that a cultivator with that
cultivation base was bold enough to raise a challenge against him!
"Yes! I am very much serious about it.
Do you have the guts to ept it?"
Austin rallied his vital energy force to have his voice resonate loudly. Like the roar of thunder, each of
his words ran through the whole arena clearly.
"Do you have the guts to ept it?" "Do you have the guts..."
Hisst sentence mightily echoed in the arena with an imposing manner. It went on and on as if it could
hover forever. Now, Austin was damn certain everybody could hear his sentiments.
"You have a great ambition, Austin. I''ll support you no matter what.
