Chapter 1481 I Yield! (Part One)
"Fine. You''ve had your chance, but now it looks like I''ll have to beat you right out of this battle ring. No
more games,"
dered the young man, who was at the medium stage of Semi-emperor Realm. Austin shrugged and
nted his feet apart, preparing for a fight. Anger bubbled through him likeva in a volcano when he
saw that Austin had taken his threat lightly. Powerful vital energy force surged through him and burst
from his body.
The wave that the vital energy force had caused swept violently towards Austin. Havinge from a
Semi-emperor Realm warrior, the wave was more powerful than anything he could possess. Austin
took one step backwards, watching as the force rushed towards him like a tornado, wreaking havoc on
the battle ring. Before he could move, the waves were closing in on him.
After he had managed to block Austin''s vision, the young man lifted one of his arms slowly. Through
the hurtling waves, Austin noticed that streams of dazzling, white light were flooding onto the young
man''s arm and spinning quickly around his skin.
The light curled together and grew brighter as it began to transform. Austin blinked, and by the time he
opened his eyes, a white, gigantic python had risen from the young man''s arm and rushed upwards
into the air. The beast had three heads and each of their jaws were snapping with dozens of gleaming,
knife-like teeth. The three of them whipped their heads around, clearly disoriented as they searched for
their prey. Their huge, ck eyes and their bright, red tongues darted out, smelling the air for Austin.
The crowd gasped in awe as the young manughed out loud. Austin could not move, partly out of fear
and partly out of amazement. It was clear that the young man had transformed the white light on his
arm into a beast soul of a three-head, white python, something else Austin was not capable of doing.
The fearsome creature uncoiled and raised itself so that it was looming over Austin. He recoiled as its
bright and poisonous tail thrashed. Behind it, the young man''s twisted smile was widening again.
Howl!
As the beast gave a terrible roar, it lunged towards Austin and snapped its jaws, narrowly missing him.
He jumped out of the way and stopped to look back up at it. It was clearly enraged as it turned and its
three heads parted to attack Austin from three different directions, this time, more fiercely and at a
lightning speed. His head whipped around as he tried to find a way out. The battle ring surrounded him
on all sides, trapping him.
Austin closed his eyes and forced his mind to think of a way to defeat the snakes. With a deep breath,
he activated the level six sword domain which caused small sword auras to spread widely throughout
the battle ring. Moving his hands, Austin intertwined the auras and formed a formidable sword domain.
It was his turn to smile.
Swish! Swish! Swish!
Numerous sword auras shot out from the domain and sliced through the python''s body, which was as
thick as an oak trunk. Its three heads began to weave drunkenly in the air as it tried to see where the
attacks wereing from. Its actions slowed down and it became still. Suddenly, in agony, it swept its
huge tail across the battle ring, making the ring shake. Austin increased the speed of the swords and
the more the beast struggled, the more cuts the sword auras left on its scaly body. Finally, it swayed,
confused, and started to fall.
"Well, well. I''ve never seen the level six sword domain in action before. I''m quite impressed.
But keep in mind that this is merely the warm up. I''ve got plenty more up my sleeve,"
the young man spat. He rolled his eyes and since Austin had proved that the white python was no
match for him, the young man waved his arm and pulled the creature in before it could hit the ground.
Whoosh!
The young man raised his hand high above his head and conjured a halberd with a sh of blue. His
palm held it as his fingers wrapped around the handle. Austin''s eyes grew wide. That weapon was a
primeval magic treasure!
As the halberd''s outline became clearer, a small, blue cyclone began to radiate from it and surrounded
the young man. This cyclone contained wind that was so strong that it was visible to the eye. Blue
lightning shot out from it in short bursts.
The crowd and Austin watched silently as the halberd''s power continued to expand, absorbing currents
of air into its point. Wind was sucked into the battle ring, but it was not regr wind. In fact, this wind
was made up of the powerful spiritual energy of heaven and earth. Austin raised his hands to clutch his
head, however, the wind ripped them away and back to his sides.
Within seconds, the halberd had nearly reached its full potential. Each gust of wind it released pounded
against Austin, knocking the air from his own chest. The halberd was now two timesrger than it had
been, meaning it had leveled up to pass any ordinary, high-grade primeval magic one.
"Go to hell!"
roared the young man as he stepped towards Austin. At his words, some of the mysterious, ancient
runes that rested on the halberd shone so brightly that they prated through the blue light and
blinded Austin. When Austin blinked, trying to see the shocking scene more clearly, he found that the

weapon was morphing into a dragon. Breaking through the wind, the dragon screeched and flew at
him. A huge shadow covered the battle ring as it spread its wings and wrapped Austin up, attacking all
his weakest spots. Austin cried out in pain.
Through his pain, Austin searched for the young man. He was standing at the other end of the battle
ring with his arms crossed over his chest. He looked smug while the dragon continued to defeat Austin.
This strike from him was fierce and merciless. It seemed that the young man had gone all out, wanting
to finish Austin as soon as possible.
The young man did not respect Austin, that much was clear. However, since his first attempt with the
snakes had failed, he had realized that he could not underestimate him. So, when he hadunched his
second attack, he had used his best power. He had been saving the best forst even though he was
aware he should be careful. Austin had made it to the final round. Out of three thousand contestants,
he hade out on top. He was skilled, but he did not possess a halberd.
Even when fighting a weak enemy, it was wise to use the most powerful weapons to ensure his defeat.
Besides, there was too much importance riding on the battle. It could be the decider of their whole
future.
Austin''s limbs jerked and swung, but he could not fend off the attacks long enough to find a way to
defend himself. Austin''s face darkened as he met the eyes of the dragon that was about to sweep
towards him again.
There was no doubt in Austin''s mind that the halberd was one of the most powerful weapons he had
ever encountered. Not only did it produce a massive dragon, but it also made the user stronger.
Doom filled Austin as he realized the young man''s strength had surpassed that of any ordinary warrior
at the premium stage of Semi-emperor Realm.
And the halberd skill he was disying now was of the strongest martial arts. Clenching his fists, Austin
decided he had to act or he would be defeated within minutes.
