Chapter 1436 A Splendid Event
The day of the ceremony arrived atst. Guests began to arrive early in the morning, pouring in
continuously with every passing moment.
Almost every single sect and n across the entire South Continent had sent their members to attend
the much-anticipated event. As such, the increasing number of people who kept arriving was not
particrly surprising.
The guests weren''t just ordinary guests, either. Most of them were the heads of the sects and ns
themselves, and they brought with them expensive and valuable gifts.
Of course, a grand event meant grand decorations as well. The entire headquarters of the Oracle Sect
was lined with colorfulnterns and streamers, easily drawing the attention of the guests and providing
a warm and festive atmosphere.
It didn''t take long before the continuous stream of guests that kept arriving since the morning began to
fill up the ce. Soon, there wererge crowds of guests chattering among themselves, making the
venue quite noisy.
With so many things to take care of, the disciples of the Oracle Sect were all busy from the moment
they got up that morning. There wasn''t a single second to spare for any breaks, because taking a
moment to rest meant not getting any work done.
These disciples were mostly members of the A.L. Army, and those who weren''t were new disciples who
joined the Oracle Sect within the past few months. Nheless, all of them were talented and had lots
of potential.
Within the magnificent pce, hundreds of people have gathered for the anticipated ceremony.
The pce served as the ce where the various guests were entertained.
These people were the leaders of all the various sects and ns. They had alle for the same
purpose, to congratte the Oracle Sect and to witness the ceremony themselves.
Every person on the event''s guest list was a big figure.
Majority of these people were at the Semi-emperor Realm, meaning they were likely the most powerful
people in the South Continent. It was truly an intimidating crowd fitting of such a grand and important
event.
Austin, as well as the five reclusive elders in the Oracle Sect, arrived at the pce to personally greet
the esteemed guests.
To be honest, Austin was the type of man who didn''t enjoy such asions. Despite that, he had to
different sects and ns of the South Continent in order to develop the Oracle Sect.
It was because of this reason that Austin had to set aside his unwillingness. For the sake of the Oracle
Sect, he had to be patient and talk to these guests, to mingle with them and to form connections with
them.
The queen of the evil shadow race herself took her ce at Austin''s side, where she smiled and
chatted with others.
All the sect and n leaders turned their eyes to watch them. It wasmon knowledge among all of
them that it was because of the queen of the evil shadow race that Austin became furious at the Sky
Sect and banished itpletely from the South Continent.
Such an event was not easily forgotten. With this knowledge in mind, no one dared to offend the
queen, fearing the same fate would befall their own sects and ns.
Angus had arrived at the Oracle Sect''s headquarters very early that morning for the event. Right now,
he was at the pce helping Austin to serve the sect leaders and n leaders who hade as
guests.
As Angus was currently ranked as the top pill refiner in the South Continent, everyone was hoping to
keep a good rtionship with him.
Austin, however, was overjoyed for a different reason. It had only taken two months that Angus'' vital
energy cultivation base was recovered to the premium stage of Holy Realm.
With this, Austin estimated he would recover to the Semi-emperor Realm soon.
Such a quick rate of recovery had truly taken Austin by surprise. After all, such things often took time,
and for it to happen so fast was rather umon.
All of a sudden, unexpected voices could be heard from outside the pce.
"Terrence Bai from the East Continent, together with other representatives of all the sects, to attend the
starting event of the Oracle Sect!"
"Talbot Gan from the North Continent, together with other representatives of all the sects, to attend the
starting event of the Oracle Sect!"
"Baird Sang from the West Continent, together with other representatives of all the sects, to attend the
starting event of the Oracle Sect!"
All throughout the pce, the voice announcing the new arrivals rang loud and clear.
Every single person inside, including Austin, was stunned to silence at the unexpected deration.
What was going on?
The cultivators from the other continents in the Prime Martial World hade to attend the Oracle
Sect''s opening ceremony as well?
It took a few moments for the news to settle in. All the various sect and n leaders in the pce could
do nothing more but breathe deeply, too shocked to do much else.
Not only had all the important people in the South Continente to attend the opening ceremony of
the Oracle Sect today, but those from the other three continents hade from far and wide as well!
The Oracle Sect was just a new one being opened up, but it had already influenced all the cultivators of
the four continents in the Prime Martial World.
Such an incident waspletely unheard of. One could ask any schr, and every single one of them
would say that such a thing had never happened in the entire history of the Prime Martial World.
Slowly, everyone''s gazes turned to Austin, their expressions a varied mix of awe, confusion, and
wonder.
How much influence did this young man have, exactly? Every single one of them had the same
question lingering in their minds as they looked at him.
They were all fully aware that many important people from the Prime Martial World hade to attend
the opening of the Oracle Sect all because of the fact that it was set up by Austin.
To be honest, all of this waspletely unexpected even to Austin himself.
"Please, invite them toe in!"
Austin then said hurriedly. At hismand, the new arrivals were allowed inside, and everyone turned
their eyes to watch them enter the pce instead.
"Ha ha! Commander Austin, how are you these days?" bellowed one of the neers. His voice was
loud and confident, being heard clearly throughout the hall. "All of us have been missing you very much
ConTEent bel0ngs to N?v(e)lD/rama(.)Org .
since youst left the East Continent.
And now, we discovered that you''re setting up the Oracle Sect, so I made sure toe right away with
others. Congrattions!"
The man who spoke, a thin and old man in a gray gown, was smiling widely as he approached Austin
quickly. His eyes were bright and gumptious, a reflection of the smile he wore on his face.
"Commander Austin," said another of the new arrivals, following the old man''s suit and stepping
forward to meet Austin, "I am Talbot from the North Continent. I havee, alongside others from the
North Continent, to congratte you on the establishment of the Oracle Sect!"
Compared to the small Terrence, Talbot was a towering bulk of a man, standing over two meters high.
Despite being middle-aged, his strength was apparent both in his height and in the way he carried
himself.
A third voice then joined in the mix. "I am Baird from the West Continent. I havee personally to
offer my congrattions on the opening of the Oracle Sect."
Baird, an old man with a dark face, approached Austin as well as he made his greetings.
The three men had previously gone to the South Continent to ask for Austin''s help in the three other
continents'' fight against the demon race.
All of them were at the premium stage of Semi-emperor Realm. As such, it went without saying that
they were each the most powerful person in their continent, enjoying a high position due to their
prowess.
Of course, none of them hade alone. Like they had announced, the three of them had brought a
crowd together with them, with each beingposed of the leaders of therge sects and ns of the
other three continents.
Every single one of them was at the Semi-emperor Realm.
Austin had previously taken the Southern Alliances Army to help those on the other three continents in
their fight against the demon race, where he had met these cultivators at the Semi-emperor Realm at
the time.
Now that they hade all the way here to the Oracle Sect, they all came over to greet Austin,
recalling the days they had fought together.
With this, there were nearly four hundred cultivators at the Semi-emperor Realm in the pce of the
Oracle Sect!
Not just that, but these cultivators at the Semi-emperor Realm were representative of the most powerful
cultivators of the Prime Martial World!
The clock struck nine. It was finally time for the opening ceremony of the Oracle Sect.
Truly, such a splendid event in the headquarters of the Oracle Sect had never happened before!
It was at that moment that all the cultivators were taken by surprise by yet another revtion.
The public was told that the head of the Oracle Sect was not actually Austin, but Godwin instead!
Of course, this was no random, spur of the moment decision. Rather, this appointment was the result of
Austin speaking to Godwin about the matter for several days.
Austin had already known that he would soon have to leave the Prime Martial World for the Divine
Continent, meaning that he didn''t have time to manage the Oracle Sect as its leader.
It had taken several pleas from Austin, but finally, Godwin had relented and agreed to be the leader of
the Oracle Sect in his stead.
For the rest of the day, the guests came to offer their congrattions over the news. There were so
many guests that the greetings took hours, and night had already fallen by the time everyone had left.
At longst, after a whole day of relentless noise, the headquarters of the Oracle Sect became silent
once more.
Just like that, the Oracle Sect then went on the usual way of developing itself.
Meanwhile, Austin realized the day for him to leave the Prime Martial World was soon approaching.
Before he departed, he gave Godwin all the resources he obtained from the treasury of the Oracle Sect
in the Barren Mountain of the Triangle Zone.
