Chapter 1353 Hunting (Part Two)
But Austin soon felt the air behind his head stir violently. This was not good news. The noise was
bing louder and louder.
He peeped back and caught sight of a ck figure not far behind him. It darted towards him, like a
ck spear, at a fast pace. With its lightning speed, the vast distance of hundreds of thousands of
meters, which separated them, was gradually shortened in the blink of an eye.
Austin heard something dashing in his direction a few meters behind him.
He swiftly dodged aside just in time to avoid the iing attack.
''Damn it! He''sing already. Can''t he simply leave me alone?
He would seriously not stop until he kills me! What a stubborn old man.
He is so close that I can even sense his breath!
He is definitely one scary enemy.
I''ve exerted my Diabolic shing Skill to this extreme. Each leap can cover as far as over fifty
thousand meters in distance.
This is the most extraordinary speed I can do under such circumstances, an impossible feat during
normal moments.
Despite of that, he will soon overtake me. His speed is seriously much faster than mine. And he is able
tounch attacks at me in spite of the tremendous amount of energy he must exert in order to achieve
that speed.''
Austin ran desperately with his all that he had as he murmured secretly in his heart.
He suddenly heard a loud wave of wind passed by him.
The demon race ancestor had sped up as well.
He was already closing in on Austin and would soon overtake him.
The distance between them shortened inch by inch every second that passed by.
"Surrender, sniveling human boy!
There''s no way you can possibly escape from me again. Stop wasting your energy and ept your
death already.
No matter what you do, your fate will never change. So, stop struggling already. I might give you a
quick and painless death if you do!"
sneered the demon race ancestor in an arrogant manner. Although Austin only caught some of his
words clearly, he understood perfectly well the gist of the old man.
"Stupid human! You dare ignore me? Then have a taste of my giant demon soldier!"
said the demon race ancestor angrily in response to Austin''s disrespectful behavior.
The air around them stirred and changed dramatically as soon as the demon race ancestral god
finished speaking.
A shadow of the demon ancestor, several meters high, appeared right before Austin all of a sudden. It
had three heads and six arms, and stood on two huge wheels burning with ck mes and seethed
with thick waves of smoke. It held a forked spear emitting fire in each of its ends. Its faces were
distorted in anger, an extreme killing intent written all over them. It shouted and dashed towards Austin
in the blink of an eye.
A ray of light suddenly shed in the air at the same time.
Austin initiated his Dominant Spiritual Sense Swordsmanship instantly. A ray of invisible sword aura
immediately darted towards the giant shadow. It mmed at its body and produced a hissing sound.
The attack from Austin only stopped the shadow from advancing for a seconds. It soon rallied its force
and resumed its attack. It was as if it was only hit by an insignificant force and didn''t even left a dent on
its body.
Its master, the demon race ancestor, watched its advance at ease. He stood on the head of the giant
ck demonic dragon and crossed his hands behind his back in a leisurely manner as if he were
simply watching a wonderful show.
He was having so much fun as he observed the fight unfolded between the two sides. It was rare to
encounter such a talented human warrior after all. It was definitely interesting to see how the talented
human warrior would die as his toy after he tortured him to death.
The sight of Austin scrambling away in a hurry from the shadow''s attacks brought a brilliant smiles to
his face. He was definitely crazy for enjoying and having so much interest in ruthlessly killing his
enemy.
The game of chicken onlysted for a couple of seconds.
The giant shadow that was several hundred meters high had finally overtaken Austin atst.
It suddenly waved its huge spear with mes and aimed it straight at Austin with great force. It was as if
it intended to skewer Austin with the spear.
A loud voice suddenly filled the air just as when the forked spear was swung in the sky.
Something flew straight at the spear at the same time.
Austinunched an attack with his Dominant Spiritual Sense Swordsmanship just in time to ward off the
attack of the spear. He would have been dead if he were toote for even a split second.
It knocked the spear with a clear nk which echoed throughout the area.
The forked spear stopped temporarily after the sudden impact, but soon resumed its attack again as if
Austin''s attack was nothing.
Austin then used his other skills, the Diabolic Sealing Skill and the Diabolic de, to defend himself
from the iing attack.
Austin''s demonic avatar exerted the two skills in quick sessions to ward off the continuous
onught from the forked spear.
Austin''s attack was so intense and powerful that the forked spear with mes froze in mid-air for a
short while.
But it eventually mmed at Austin''s body. The force was too strong for Austin to stop.
Austin suddenly felt an extremely painful sensation and a strong force pushing him.
He was thrown so far away, as if he were only a sack of potatoes. Hended with a loud thud a
hundred meters away, and blood oozed from his mouth to no end.
The force of impact was so strong that Austin got so badly hurt inside his body. He suffered internal
bleeding from a couple of busted organs, broken ribs, and a very hard concussion in the head.
"Escape!"
Austin was frightened and dared not linger a second further here. During the moment when he was
thrown away, he used the Diabolic shing Skill again with all his remaining energy and escaped fifty
thousand meters away.
"Good job surviving that attack, humand. Go on and try your best to escape for a chance to survive. I
have many other powerful attacks up on my sleeve, and I''m pretty sure one of them will definitely kill
you.
Let''s see how many more times you can seed in escaping from me like this!"
The demon race ancestor who was so pumped with the situation urged the huge giant ck demonic
dragon under his feet to chase after Austin again. And he was soon closely behind him again in the
blink of an eye. He couldn''t help but burst outughing as he sensed the uing victory.
Since Austin was so badly injured, it would be so easy to kill the feeble human being in snap of his
fingers.
"Damn it! There''s no way I can escape from him now in this state.
It''s simply impossible. I must try something else. Think Austin! Get that brain of yours to work."
Austin sensed the aura of the demon race ancestor closely behind him and a stab of anxiety slipped

through his heart. He was already shaking and sweating in fear.
But a great idea suddenly struck him.
Austin thought of the City model in his pocket.
His spiritual sense had just been at the Astral Realm level when he obtained the City model.
As far as Austin could remember at that time, the City model could only be useful in isting itself from
the spiritual sense of other warriors below the Astral Realm level.
But as his spiritual sense grew stronger and stronger, Austin realized that he had made a mistake in
arriving at such a conclusion.
Currently, Austin was almost close to the Semi-Holy Realm level in terms of spiritual sense.
He discovered, to his utter surprise, that the City model now could even shut down the Semi-holy
Realm warriors. It was impossible for them to sense anything with their spiritual sense once Austin hid
inside the model.
So he became puzzled and wondered to what extent could the City model protect itself from the
spiritual sense of other warriors. This thought remains to be a mystery.
Austin thought of the City model under such a pressing situation because he could not think of any
other way to escape unscathed.
"God help me. I have no other choice but to try this, whether it would work or not. But I have to find a
sandy area and hide the City model among the rocks. God knows whether the demonic bastard will find
it or not. I just need to have faith.
I''ll think of another way to escape from him if this doesn''t work."
Austin made his decision despite of his doubts. But it was either this or got killed by the psychotic
demon race ancestor.
What else could he do under such a circumstance?
It was one hell of a risk he was willing to take.
