Chapter 482 The Emperor Library
The Scorching Evil Fire on Austin''s finger was as red as blood. Suddenly, the fire doubled in size and
began to spread rapidly. The once soft, almost calming fire was now fierce, untamed and dangerous.
The me danced swiftly engulfing everything within its reach. In just the blink of an eye, everything
had been swept into the fire.
Austin crouched down to prepare andunched himself into the sky like an arrow at full speed. The fire
danced wildly on his right palm. He quickly approached a gigantic rock and without hesitation, he raised
his hand and hurled a fireball directly at it.
The me immediately engulfed the rock. Under the me, the rock melted into a waft of hazy smoke;
not a fragment left behind. Beneath where the rock was, a huge, deep pit formed. It was filled with
boiling magma, seething with thick smoke and a loud roar.
"Wow!"
Austin inhaled a huge breath of the hot air, clearing his head. He then lowered his head, fixing his eyes
on the huge pit he just created as a mischievous smile spread across his face. He was satisfied with
the power of the Scorching Evil Fire. In fact, it exceeded his expectations.
"Master, the Scorching Evil Fire is more powerful than we imagined. It''s invincible."
Violet stared at the deep pit and the seething magma with open-mouthed wonder. She never expected
that such a tiny me could possess such marvelous power.
"That''s it. The true way to manifest the Scorching Evil Fire''s power is to find the right tamer. The
tamer''s capabilities will determine the extent of the power of the Scorching Evil Fire. Angus told me this
is the true secret to its power.
I am far from being strong enough to activate the fire''s full energy.

Austin said with confidence.
Austin summoned the me back into his body. Then something strange urred.
The moment when the fire retracted back into Austin''s body, he and Violet simultaneously found that
the fire also went out when he did this.

Austin was stunned.
Since Austin had tamed the Scorching Evil Fire, he had no intention to linger any longer than he
needed to in the valley. After Violet had gone into the Illusion Bead, he suddenly leapt into the sky and
headed straight towards the entrance of the valley.
The scene shocked Austin, as the valley was empty, like an eerie, abandoned house. Its former
upants, those ugly fire beasts scattered over in great quantities, were all gone! Not one was in sight.
It seemed that the Fire Valley would soon disappear for its loss of the Scorching Evil Fire. Austin never
expected that his experiment with the Scorching Evil Fire would lead to such dismay.
Austin headed out of the valley in the blink of an eye.
He spotted the cave that Iris and Anna were hiding in and headed directly for it, yelling their names.
"It has been a day and a half since you entered the Fire Valley, Austin. Have you gotten what you
desire?"
Iris asked in a casual manner. She was fully aware of how dangerous the Fire Valley was. She and
Anna were only able to enter five or six hundred meters of the valley before the fires began to engulf
them.
But Austin had stayed in the valley for a whole day and a half! Austin was just a young man, the same
age as Anna and even a couple of years younger than Iris, but he was far more skilled than the both of
them.
To be frank, Iris and Anna were outstanding among all the disciples in the Pure Dream Convent. They
had even been sent to take a part in the Outstanding Talents Exchange Games on behalf of their sect.
However, their skills were nothingpared to Austin''s.
Iris felt frustrated every time she thought about this. In a low spirit, she gave Austin aplicated gaze.
She felt a mixture of things at once—anger, frustration and envy—she couldn''t decipher how to react to

Unlike Iris''sposure, Anna felt shy around Austin. She peeped at him from time to time from the
corner of her eyes. Her face turned crimson every time when she fixed her eyes on him.

Austin replied matter-of-factly.
Judging from Austin''s response, Iris understood his refusal to tell her more about his adventure in the
valley. She fell silent.
Suddenly, Anna shrieked.
"Look! The Fire Valley! What happened over there?"
Iris raised her head and looked in the direction of the Fire Valley. To her amazement, all of the fires had
ceased. It was now full of thick rolling smoke.
She still felt a hint of warmth in the air, seemingly the onlysting evidence of the former valley full of
fires.
"Austin, what happened in there? Why did all the fires in the Fire Valley die out?"
Iris spoke out all her doubts subconsciously, her voice full of surprise. She instinctively believed that
Austin must be a critical factor behind it. She had a strong desire to figure it out.
"Uhm..." Austin cleared his throat before continuing, "There have been some changes in the valley.
However, they are insignificant."
Austin''s answer was quite ambiguous.
Austin was quite sure that the changes were primarily because of the Scorching Evil Fire. All the fires
went out as soon as he tamed the fire and summoned it back into his body.
Austin''s expression wasplicated. His face betrayed him and Iris was able to get what she wanted.
Though she had no idea what exactly happened, she was sure that Austin yed a role in the fires.
She was in disbelief. Looking at this young man in front of her with widened eyes, she wondered what
the hell he was actually capable of. The Fire Valley had basically vanished in a matter of minutes and it
was because of him!
"Austin, what''s our next move now? ording to the notes left by the ancestor of the Pure Dream
Convent, there are several ces worth exploring in the first circle of the Mysterious Nether World."
Iris got over her initial shock and asked for Austin''s advice. There was no way for her not to believe in
Austin''s unique and astonishing strengths and skills.
"Our next move is to enter the second circle.
We will continue to learn and grow more in the second circle."
Austin said in a measured tone while looking directly at the entrance of the Mysterious Nether World.
