Chapter 4455 No Escape
"You guys take care of the battle arrays. I''ll deal with the governing gods of the de Cosmos
personally!"
Austin said in a message he sent out to the governing gods of the Sword Cosmos.
He had already broken many battle arrays on his own and knew his own warriors at the level of
governing gods could break them quite easily, without having to get involved himself.
Emmet, Warner and the governing gods of the three major forces of the Sword Cosmos were fighting
fiercely with the governing gods of the de Cosmos. But after receiving Austin''s message, they fell
back and retreated.
"Charge! Don''t let them get away!"
roared the governing gods of the de Cosmos as they dashed forward, a little surprised and amazed
by what seemed like a victory for them.
Whoosh!
Much to their surprise, they were intercepted by Austin, who stood sturdily in front of them.
"Humph! I''m your opponent now,"
Austin sneered, raising his hand high into the air.
Whoosh!
With a power like no other, Austin brandished his sword and used his Sword-converging Skill. His
movement was fast and precise, his aim trained keenly on one of the leaders of the de Cosmos.
"Get out of my face!"
roared the governing god of the de Cosmos, sensing the danger he was in and trying to muster
some bravery.
He held a machete firm in his grasp, emitting rolling de radiance andunching a desperate attempt
to block the attack from his fearsome opponent.
Boom!
Both attacks mmed into each other violently. The incredible energy that burst from the collision
spread out in all directions like a wild flood.
Bang!
Unable to bear the terrifying power pushing back against him, the governing god was thrown through
the air. Instantly, he spat mouthfuls of blood, painting his chest red as his body curled over itself.
"Go to hell!"
Austinughed maniacally as he stepped forward using a strange bodily movement skill. He gave his
enemy no rest, shing down hard with his mighty sword.
"Argh!"
The governing god could not believe Austin''s speed and screamed in horror, terrified by the monster he
was facing.
He was shocked and scared, unable to handle the relentlessness of Austin''s assault.
The energy Austin released overwhelmed him and sent him into despair. He was even short of breath,
watching in horror as Austin approached him with the most frightening power he had evere across.
"Help me!" he squealed through his panic and dread.
Faced with Austin''s attack, the governing god of the de Cosmos had lost all will to fight back. His
fate had long been decided; he was doomed.
Puff!
The long sword soared across the sky through the howling wind, slicing him to pieces before he knew
what was happening and leaving behind nothing more than a mist of his blood hovering in the air.
Whoosh!
Austin didn''t hesitate and used his bodily movement skill again to take on another. In the blink of an
eye, he appeared before another governing god with a devilish glint in his eye.
"To hell with you too!"
Austin preyed on his opponents viciously, not slowing his rampage for even a moment, like a starved
tiger hungry to kill. The long sword released hundreds of millions of beams of sword radiance that
hacked at the governing god with unrelenting determination.
He used the Soul-cleansing Skill at the same time. A massive invisible appeared and gave off a
ck mist, rushing forward to take hold of the governing god''s spiritual soul.
"Argh!"
The governing god of the de Cosmos was so terrified he didn''t dare even fight back. He turned on
his heels, sprang to his feet and sprinted desperately for his life.
However, Austin was much quicker than he was.
Puff!
Dazzling with mighty power, the long sword crashed down on his body, cutting it in half, right down the
middle.
"Everyone, look out! This bastard''s fighting power is too much for us. If we split for even a moment, we
stand no chance.
We need to work together to take him down!
Don''t give him the opportunity to break us apart and take us one by one!" shouted one of the governing
gods of the de Cosmos in warning to hisrades.
They felt united as one, with new resolve and belief, ready to fight back.
With the warning heeded and their spirits lifted, the rest of the governing gods of the de Cosmos
surrounded Austin in a joined effort against him.
They knew all too well that the young man in front of them was capable of killing even Supreme
Grandmaster Donovan and so trying to defeat him one on one would be impossible.
"Haha, that''s right! Come on then, let''s do this!
Fight me together. It''d actually save me some time!" Austin taunted with a smirk, standing still with his
sword in hand.
His eyes were as cold as ice and as savage as lightning. His clothes fluttered in the wind as he stared
at his foes with rock solid confidence and a power that was unstoppable.
"You''d do well to not get too cocky, you little bastard!"
"Kill him! Let''s get our revenge! For Supreme Grandmaster Donovan!"
"Fight side by side, stand together! He won''t be that hard to take down!" growled the governing gods of
the de Cosmos.
More than forty of them charged heroically at Austin with tremendous power and speed.
They knew Austin was the central figure, the core power, for the people of the Sword Cosmos. If they
didn''t get rid of him, no matter how many others they killed, they would not be able to im final victory.
"Quit stalling!
Get over here and meet your end!" Austin yelled, ring around at his enemies.
The look in his eyes was enough to make them all shudder. The auraing off him signaled their
forthing ughter and had all the creatures around him trembling uncontrobly.
Kaboom!
Austin made the first move. He swung his long sword through the air and it expanded constantly,
swinging inrger andrger circles until eventually it covered the sky above andshed out with the
most menacing force.
Boundless great cosmos force and endless sword energy were added to the sword. The grand
"I''ll fight you till the death, brat!"
screeched a tall man with dark purple skin as he rushed at Austin, still howling with great wrath in his
cries.
It was Rich.
He had gone head to head with Austin before and had been beaten to a pulp in an unconvincing
performance on his part.
Boom!
Rich yelled a battle cry as he surged forward like a raging bull. He held a golden saber in his hand that
gotrger with every step he took before he finally swung his arms and sent the de crashing down
on Austin like a golden meteorite plummeting to earth.
Austin was not threatened by the saber in the slightest and simply scoffed and waved his long sword to
parry the blow effortlessly.

Rich was no match for Austin and was forced to bounce away. His face twisted in dismay as he
tumbled over backwards.
Despite his extreme strength and long-cultivated skill, it was still not enough tobat Austin''s attacks.
He now understood just how enormous the gap between them was.
He realized how foolish he had been to have the audacity to look down on Austin and even boast lies
of killing him.
Puff!
The next second, Austin wielded his sword once more, throwing out what seemed to be an ordinary
strike. However, it contained the most exquisite swordsmanship in the world.
Rich found himself unable to dodge the blow.
"Argh!" he wailed in agony.
Provoked by Austin''s constant barrage of attacks, he transformed into a huge golden bird, radiating
golden light off every inch of its body.
He had nned to use his flesh and blood against Austin''s sword, but that was no longer an option.
When the long sword connected with his body, he could literally hear his every bone cracking as if they
were about to explode. There was no chance he''d be able to withstand the sword strike again.
"Argh!"
Rich yowled dreadfully, before his spiritual soul appeared not far away, trying to make an escape.
But it was no use and Austin caught hold of him.
Austin''s immense hand contained an astonishing energy, various kinds of original chaoticws and
even powerful spiritual soul power.
Rich''s spiritual soul struggled desperately to wrench free, but to no avail.
All his efforts were in vain and eventually Austin imprisoned his spiritual soul and tucked it away.
When the other governing gods of the de Cosmos saw this, terror washed over them all as they
broke out into cold sweats that streamed down their backs as they stood petrified and motionless.
Austin''s fighting power had made their hairs on the back of their necks stand up and their hearts
shudder in fear.
Before him, even a great master at a governing god''s level was like a mere infant!
"Only Supreme Grandmaster Donovan possesses such great strength.
Could it be that this young man truly is on par with Supreme Grandmaster Donovan himself?"
This thought ran through the minds of every remaining governing god of the de Cosmos, sending
shivers down their spines.
For a moment, they all considered retreating. Obviously none of them would dare attack Austin now.

"How dare you imprison a governing god of the de Cosmos, you insolent twerp! You''re asking for
trouble, and you''ll get it!" said an old man, stepping forward and ring at Austin with his hatred boiling
over clearly.
His eyes burned with resent and held a murderous stare. And yet, there was a hint of powerlessness
there as well. He seemed to know he was starting a futile battle and marching to his death.
"Humph! From the moment the troops of your de Cosmos invaded the Sword Cosmos, the destiny
between you and I has been sealed. You have only yourselves to me for the terrible situation we find
ourselves in!
Over the years, countless creatures of the Sword Cosmos have suffered and died miserably, all
because of your invasion.
Did you honestly think this would end any other way? That there would ever be a possibility of
reconciliation between the two cosmos, after all the horrific things you''ve done?" Austin replied cruelly.
His lip curled in scorn as he towered above his enemies as their majestic reckoning.
"It''s over now. I will bring you to justice today!
You have two options. Either youmit suicide; take your own lives.
Or I will personally take the lives of every single one of you, one by one!"
Austin barked ruthlessly at his pitiful foes.
Boom!
With these words, Austin made his move. He raised his hand and sword light shot out, bright like
nothing else in the world, tearing the void around them and ripping at the governing gods without
mercy.
"Charge!
We have nothing left to lose! Let''s fight him to ourst breaths!"
The governing gods of the de Cosmos summoned theirst ounces of courage that was left to them
and stormed to surround Austin.
Despite all their effort, they found there was no way they''d be getting out of this one.
The borative cross-border teleportation array guarded by the avatar of Supreme Grandmaster
Donovan had already fallen into Austin''s hands.
Their routes of retreat had been cut off. They had no way to leave the Sword Cosmos.
They literally had no escape!
A grand, intense final battle was on the verge of breaking out. The governing gods stood shoulder to
shoulder with only one thought in their minds; they had no choice but to go all out and fight Austin with
all their strength!
