Chapter 3423 A Member Of The Heavenly Court
After some time, they finally caught better sight of the pce. From the looks of it, that ce was
inhabited.
While Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone carefully surveyed the ce, arge, strong-looking man garbed in
animal skin suddenly appeared at the gates of the pce.
He looked at the three strangers with suspicion.
As he narrowed his eyes at them, the brawny man asked, "Who are you? What are you doing here?"
Several figures suddenly came rushing out from different sides of the pce.
"What''s going on here?"
In the blink of an eye, more than ten creatures showed up and surrounded Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone.
It turned out that they were all divine gods.
"Well..." As the creatures closed in on them, the three cultivators took a step back and looked at each
other, dumbfounded.
They nced at each of the divine gods in front of them and tried to size them up. In a hushed voice,
they muttered, "What now?"
''This is the Fallen Divine Valley.
As far as I know, this is one of the most dangerous ces in the Sea of Chaos.
If that''s the case, how could creatures be living here? Their auras make it obvious that they''re
incredibly powerful. They''re likely to be preliminary-grade and medium-grade divine gods, so what are
they doing here?''
All three of them thought the same thing in their minds.
Finally, Ingrammunicated with Austin and Tyrone through his spiritual sense.
"We have to deal with them with great caution, so we have to pay attention to whatever they''re doing.
These people seem to be very powerful. We''d better be careful not to provoke them."
"You''re right. We have to be on guard."
Austin and Tyrone both agreed.
After discussing, Ingram slowly walked up to the creatures before them.
He bowed his head and cupped his hands in front of him as a show of respect.
"Good sirs, we don''t mean you any harm. We came here by ident."
As Ingram spoke, Austin and Tyrone followed him and stood beside him.
A dozen divine gods looked at the three of them warily.
Finally, a middle-aged man responded, "I see. You must have just passed the test and went straight
here.
However, this pce is already crammed with people. There''s no ce for you here.
You may now leave and find another ce to live in."
He then motioned the three strangers to vacate the premises.
Hearing this, Ingram was stunned. "Wait! Find a ce to live?
Sir, you must have misunderstood.Copyright N?v/el/Dra/ma.Org.
We have no ns of settling down here. We have to keep moving."
Ingram tried to sound as polite as he could.
"Hmm. Keep moving? You can''t be serious.
Let me tell you something. I went through that test one million years ago. That damn Yaksha didn''t
make it easy, but I passed that test and came here.
At that time, I was also ambitious and prepared to keep moving so I could explore the Fallen Divine
Valley—like you three are doing now.
However, there would always be consequences for your actions. I came here, and yet I have been
trapped in this damn ce for more than a million years!"
the strong-looking man in beast hide sneered.
He was the first to spot Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone lurking by the gate.
''What? No way!''
Austin screamed in his mind. In his shock, his eyes looked wide open.
''He''d been trapped here a million years? Is this guy serious? He''s kidding, right?''
The brawny man looked impatient. "All right, all right. You''d better leave now.
You''re disturbing our cultivation," he said as he gestured at the three strangers to leave.
Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone stood there, perplexed. They had a million questions to ask. However, just
when they were about to open their mouths, the look on the strong-looking man''s face had suddenly
changed into a more fearsome expression. They decided to back off and give it up, so they cupped
their hands and bowed their heads, and hurriedly turned their backs away from the divine gods.
Before they could even leave, they heard a loud voicee from behind them. "Wait. Come back
here," a short and thin divine god called for the three. He then turned to the brawny man.
"Magee, I know you''re a good man. But rules are rules. No one can juste here and break them."
When the thin man shifted his gaze towards Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone, he added, "You three are new
here, so you have to follow the rules. There''s no exception."
His face suddenly looked grim. "The rule is simple. Neers should surrender every magic treasure
and cultivation resources they have in their possession.
And since you decided toe here,"
he said, gradually leering, "you have to hand them over to us."
Every word he uttered sounded so malicious while he talked to the three strangers in front of him.
The moment he finished his sentence, he released a terrifying aura and directed it at Austin, Ingram,
and Tyrone, as though he was threatening them to cave in.
He was thin and short, but his aura was so powerful that they easily recognized that he was a medium-
grade divine god. They had to step back.
"S-sir, what are you doing?" all three of them asked in shock.
His face looked serious and menacing.
"Cut the crap! Listen to me. That''s the rule. Consider yourselves lucky that it was us who found you
here.
If you had run into others—
Ha! They would not only take your things but also your lives." The thin man shook his head with a
sinister smile.
"Bill, that''s enough. From the looks of it, these guys aren''t bad people. Just let them go," the brawny
man Magee said with a frown.
He had been watching them feel threatened by what they were being told.
Hearing this, the thin man called Bill burst intoughter.
"Let them go? Magee, I am out of cultivation resources. These guys came here, so I''m pretty sure they
have plenty of resources I can use. I need to do something, or else I won''t make any progress on my
cultivation.
If that happens, I''m going to be trapped in this damn ce for the rest of my life.
Life is cruel, I tell you. You gotta do what you gotta do.
So, Magee, please don''t be so benevolent.
You have to let me do this," Bill defended himself.
Upon hearing his reason, Magee fell silent. He realized that Bill was right. Reality truly was cruel and
they didn''t seem to have any other options.
Since Magee did not say anything more, Bill took further action.
He conjured a big, ck g in his hand that had a strong, evil aura. Bill waved the g and it grew
bigger and bigger until it covered the mountains.
"Humph! Since you''re refusing to follow our rules, you will die," Bill dered with a cruel sneer as he
released the g.
It then came straight at Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone.
"Now!
But remember, don''t use the chaotic magic treasures unless your lives are at stake. Otherwise, they
will take them away from you.
Understood?" Ingram instructed Austin and Tyrone through his spiritual sense.
A cyan spear suddenly appeared in Ingram''s hand. It turned into a dragon and danced like lightning as
it headed to pounce on Bill.
As the dragon came for Bill, Tyrone made his move. He pped his hands, and thirty-six sabers
materialized around him. The sabers emitted dazzling lights as they stormed towards Bill.
Meanwhile, Austin had also drawn out his sword and waved it towards Bill, so its overwhelming sword
radiance charged on him.
Boom!
A loud noise shook the ground along with the mountains.
Boom! Crash! Bang!
Austin, Ingram, and Tyrone were all thrown backward at the same time.
They knew he was powerful, but they sincerely hoped that if they attacked him together, they might
stand a chance. However, Bill was a medium-grade divine god, so he had the upper ground from the
start. It would be difficult for them to win even if they worked together.
Every cultivator knew it for a fact that it would be quite onerous to defeat an opponent whose cultivation
base was higher than theirs.
"Humph!"
Bill snorted coldly as he felt his arms turn numb and weak.
He didn''t expect that they could even withstand his attack. In his eyes, they weren''t a match for him
since he was only facing two preliminary-grade divine gods and one who was a master at the Divine
Realm. They weren''t supposed to be strong enough to inflict damage on him.
"Ha-ha!" Bill pped his hands. "What do we have here? Looks like you have something up your
sleeve, huh?
No wonder you could pass that test and dared toe here.
Even so, you''re doomed.
Say your goodbyes because I''m sending you to hell!"
Bill spoke with a malicious sneer. He was so furious that he decided to kill the three cultivators in front
of him.
"Bill, wait!"
All of a sudden, a tall man who looked ferocious surfaced from the crowd and stared at Tyrone.
Although the man was emotionless, he was oozing with majesty.
He walked towards Tyrone and asked him like a gentleman, "Excuse me, are you from the three
thousand big and small universes?"
Tyrone replied, "Yes, I am."
He gazed at the man and tried to make sense of what was happening. He had a feeling he had seen
the tall man somewhere before.
The tall man couldn''t stop staring at Tyrone. He asked, "Are you Tyrone Ji, a member of the Heavenly
Court?"
Tyrone was stunned and confused, yet eager to find out who the tall man was.
"Yes, you''re right! That''s me.
May I ask for your name, sir?" Tyrone asked nicely. He looked so animated.
He was slightly trembling with excitement.
"I am also a member of the Heavenly Court.
My name is Otis Wen," he replied slowly.
Upon hearing his name, Tyrone rushed forward and got down on one knee in front of the man without
any hesitation.
"I knew it! You really are Mr. Otis.
I''m honored that you recognized me. It''s a pleasure to meet you, sir!" Tyrone was filled with
enthusiasm.
He then turned to Austin and Ingram and said, almost yelling, "He''s from the Heavenly Court!"
Both Austin and Ingram looked surprised and pleased.
