    After rushing into the Nine Heavens’ Dragon mes multiple times, the two Devil Star Vines suffered multiple severe injuries and were finally afraid. They quickly withdrew back into the blood pools to recuperate and didn’t dare to pursue Jiang Yi anymore. However, it would constantly shiver and emit an ear-piercing sound, which would stimte the zombies to attack Jiang Yi and the Yazi Beast.

    There was a voice with hidden bitterness that echoed from below. Jiang Yi immediately realized it and shed beside the Yazi Beast. He sted out the mes to incinerate the nearby zombies before he quickly controlled the Fire Spirit Pearl to transfer a wisp of energy to the Yazi Beast.


    If this energy could protect him and expel the ck aura, it could naturally help the demon king as well. Once the energy entered the demon king, it immediately shivered and spoke with an ecstatic tone, “Good stuff! Give me some more of it, kid!”

    Jiang Yi threw the Yazi Beast into the Universal Pce without any hesitation and didn’t bother about its life or death anymore. He looked up at the giant ck pit and prepared to get out.


    This underground world was too horrific, and who knew what would happen if he continued to stay here? He better leave as soon as possible.

    His body had shifted to mid-air. After scanning with his divines senses, he was going to instant-shift upwards again. For a moment, his eyes suddenly lit up as he looked at the blood pool from a distance.

    He constantly shifted around the blood pool and continuously released the mes, forcing the Devil Star Vine to dodge incessantly so much that it didn’t dare to counterattack.


    Spotting an opportunity, Jiang Yi locked down at the Sweet g Leaf below and instantly-shifted to the side of the blood pool. He extended his hands and grabbed the two stalks of spirit herbs. Jiang Yi stored them inside the Fire Spirit Pearl and instant-shifted upwards without looking back.

    The Devil Star Vine on the other side had absorbed plenty of blood from the blood pool and recovered a little. It shot out again and pursued Jiang Yi!


    “You dare pursue me? This Young Master will burn you into crisp!”


    Jiang Yi kept on shifting up and through the tunnel. Every time he paused to shift again, he would leave behind a sea of fire that enveloped the entire tunnel. If this Devil Star Vine wanted to give chase, it would have to go through the sea of fire or wait for it to dissipate.

    The Devil Star Vine chose thetter option. It truly wanted to crush Jiang Yi to death, but it had to wait for the mes to dissipate before it could continue to scuttle up. Even though its speed was very fast, it was going to be impossible to catch up to Jiang Yi.

    Qian Wanguan and the others were alerted as they frantically rushed out from the cabin. When they saw that frail-looking figure in the sky, they all started to tear up. In the next second, their tears stop; and the emotion in their eyes turned into astonishment!

    There was a huge wave the erupted from the seawater below Jiang Yi. One of the Devil Star Vine burst out, but Jiang Yi remained calm. Both his hands lit up as he executed two palm strikes which extended out with mes. The seawater that burst out was immediately evaporated, and the Devil Star Vine which surged towards Jiang Yi fearfully withdrew. Jiang Yi then instant-shifted back without any hurry.


    “Those mes!”


    Even from a very far distance, the Demon Empress and the others could feel the horror of the Nine Heavens’ Dragon mes. Grandma Silver Flower’s eyes shrunk as she could imagine herself turning into ashes if she was engulfed by those mes.


    The Demon Empress and Shui Yon looked at each other while they both smiled. Jiang Yi was truly an uncanny prodigy. After narrowly escaping with his life again, his strength had another quantitative leap in improvement.
