    Qian Wanguan climbed up and rubbed on his chest, but he wasn’t angry. Instead, he looked at Jiang Yi in confusion. He saw that Jiang Yi was speaking honestly and asked, “Jiang Yi, didn’t Jiang Yunhai tell you about your status? ording to our spection with the information we have, you are definitely the son of the Western Garrison Liege Lord—Jiang Yiliu’s brother from a different mother!”


    Jiang Yi’s body shuddered, but he still didn’t believe Qian Wanguan. He scoffed, “Where is your evidence? On what basis are you saying that I am the son of the Western Garrison Liege Lord? I can even say you are my son!”


    Fattyughed involuntarily and shook his head. “Jiang Yi. You should have already guessed it, right? Or else, why would you be so angry? The only information about her was her family name, Yi. What if Jiang Yi was to return to the Jiang n and take over the position of the Western Garrison Liege Lord?     Seeing Jiang Yi in this state, he dared not convince him anymore. He nodded in agreement. “Alright. I promise not to tell anyone about this. His mind was in a mushy mess. His imagination ran wild for a moment, but he quickly sat up to rub his face. He forcefully calmed himself and analyzed the situation.


    Soon enough, he decided something. No matter if Jiang Bieli was his father or not, he would not acknowledge him. He had been an orphan for so many years and was used to it. The next thing was that he needed to find a way to see Jiang Yunhai—to get all the facts and conceal his status.


    His status had to remain hidden. If it was exposed or revealed to those that schemed against him, he and Jiang Yunhai would be in grave danger. It was because the Western Garrison Liege Lord had a son named Jiang Yiliu.


    If a direct and only heir was to find out that he had a brother from a different mother, and it was his father’s illegitimate son; wouldn’t he find all ways to eliminate him? To ensure his session?
