    Long Sijue had said that her younger brother was also a man already, and that she was not allowed to sleep in the same room as him.


    In the end, Su Qianxun kept her younger brotherpany until he fell asleep before she left the room. Only when Su Qianxun gently closed the door did Su Jiye who was supposed to be asleep widened his eyes abruptly. His dark eyes were overwhelmed with pain.


    When Su Qianxun returned to her room, Gu Mian had already finished showering. She was lying on the bed reading a book. When she noticed Su Qianxuning into the room, Gu Mian immediately sat herself up and asked, “How’s Jiye?”


    “I have no idea why, but he’s been mad at me recently. It is probably because he has grown up, and he has too much on his mind now.” Su Qianxun took her pyjamas as she prepared to enter the bathroom.


    Long Sijue did not visit her for the next three days. Su Qianxun was kind of absent-minded no matter what she did. She wanted to send Long Sijue a message. But that ancient phone of hers decided to stop working.


    On the fourth day, Long Sijue went to thepany’s headquarters. Upon his arrival, it was as if a great earthquake had struck Long Corporation. Every single person in thepany, including the janitor, could sense the intensely unsettling atmosphere


    IT was as if Long Sijue had swallowed gunpowder. He scolded a lot of people, including those in the Project Department, the Finance Department and the secretaries working in the CEO’s office. None of them had escaped the fate of being reprimanded by him. The female secretaries cried for the entire day after getting scolded by him.


    When Tang Zui arrived, he anxiously looked at therge door before him. He was too frightened to go in. He went over to Zi Fan’s desk and asked, “Doctor Zi, how is Jue’s condition?”


    Zi Fan had just gotten scolded by Long Sijue, and her hands were still shaking. SNever had she seen Long Sijue throw such a tantrum before. She shook her head.


    Tang Zui was truly feeling helpless. It seemed that he would not be able to escape the fate of getting struck by lightning. He paced back and forth right outside the office for a while. Then, he gathered all of his courage and walked right in.


    A ck folder was hurled at him. Tang Zui weighed it for a moment. ‘That folder is light, and even if I were to get struck by it, I would only get a scratch on my skin’. So, he took the risk of standing still without dodging the folder.


    Tang Zui merely felt a brief pain when it struck his forehead. He groaned in an exaggerated manner. Long Sijue nced at him with an annoyed gaze. “Get out!”


    “I will show myself out after I am done reporting to you.” Tang Zui smiled as he picked up the folder and walked right in.


    Long Sijue did not say a single world this time. He just picked up a cigarette beside him and started smoking. His expression remained horrifying, though. Tang Zui sat down. When he saw the cigarette butts in the ashtray right beside his hand, he wondered how many cigarettes Long Sijue had smoked throughout the day.


    Tang Zui decided to go all out. He would only be smacked at worst. He must ask and find out what was really going on.


    “Jue, what happened between you and that chick this time? What did she do to provoke you?!”


    “Do not mention that name in front of me!” Long Sijue suddenly raged. He pushed everything on the table down to the floor, including a small and intricately designed notebook.


    Tang Zui was so terrified that he shivered. Right after that, what Tang Zui predicted earlier happened. Long Sijue dragged him towards the gym so that he could be a “human punching bag”.


    All along, Tang Zui had to do his best just to barely match Long Sijue’s skills. But today, Long Sijue was tremendously strong and horrifying. Tang Zui was only able to withstand five moves from the man before he was stuck down to the ground.


    If Si Mancheng and Ye Gu had not arrived in time, Tang Zui might have been beaten until he was disabled.


    Tang Zui quickly fled on all fours. He whipped out his cell phone while he was at it and called some bodyguards over to serve as Long Sijue’s punching bag.


    By the time Si Mancheng and Ye Gu arrived, both Long Sijue and Tang Zui were already injured. Tang Zui sat at the sidelines along the two men who just arrived and watched as Long Sijue acted like a madman.


    Su Qianxun borrowed Aunt Zhang’s phone to make a call to Long Sijue. But it seemed that numbers from unknown callers were not able to get through to his phone.
