    She went downstairs. Her mom is cooking in the kitchen. She went beside her.


    " yes sweetie what do you want?"


    " mom, I wanted to ask you something"


    " No permission to go with your boy friend today. Because I can see you upset."

    " the what?" Mrs.Christi turn off the stove and looked back at Ze.

    With a low voice Ze said " but mom, there is something with this ne. I can see the future mom."


    " stop saying crap kid. I have no time to y with you. Go and read something."

    "You are not going to see that olddy with lot of secrets and craps to say."she pushed Ze away and


    warned her.

    " grandma didn''t do anything mom."


    "She acted weird and now you are acting weird. She use to hallucinate everyday and say things which

    " I told you to go to your room and study for your exams. You got me?"


    Ze rolled her eyes and went back to her room stamping on the floors while climbing the stairs and


    banging the doors of her room.


    " grandma where are you? I need you. You are the only one who can tell me everything."


    Ze couldn''t sleep that day. She had many nightmares. She had lot of questions without any answers.

    Days passed. Lance didn''t  show up in ss after that incidence. Ze was scared not to see Lance for


    days. Eli and Percy told Ze that she is acting different and gloomy all these days.


    " why are you behaving like this. Why are friends for. Tell us what is making you upset."


    " nothing. Im alright"


    Ze left the ss and went to Lance''s house. She rang the door bell. Merlin opened the door.


    " hi Ze" Merlin smiled at her.


    " hi, where is Lance?"


    " ohh. He is upstairs."


    " why didn''t hee to school?"

    Merlin took Ze inside and she closed the door and took her to the sofa. They both sat.


    " what happened to Lance."


    " nothing. He just took few days off."


    " but why? Is there any problem. Can I meet him"

    trouble because of him and not to meet you."


    " Mr. Peterson, why would he tell that ?"


    " well Lance is weak and he didn''t had any blood after that incidence. Ie to say that actually he


    didn''t had any blood these days. So he is weak and he might harm you due to blood thirst." She


    muttered " and he thinks that he will be a threat for you.we all think that he might be."


    " how can he be a threat when there is a real threat outside. I wanted to meet him, can I?"


    Merlin waved her the way to upstairs. Ze climbed up and went to Lance''s room. She knocked the


    door and entered inside. Lance wasying down thinking about someone most probably Ze.


    " Lance... why didn''t youe to ss these days?"


    " well.. I am not well,stay away from me Ze."


    " Don''t lie to me Lance.You are a vampire,So you don''t get sick."


    " why did youe?"


    " Are you avoiding me? You told me that you will protect me and now I didn''t see your face for weeks."


    Lance''s face was dull like he was hurt. He had a pain in his heart. He wanted to tell something but he


    couldn''t.


    " what is it Lance?" These words had great concern and impact on Lance.


    " Ze, I was being cheated all these years. I am not their son. But they never treated me like an


    adopted one. But I cant believe this." Tears flowed from his eyes.


    " Lance.." Ze sat near Lance.


    " the blood in my vein is an evils blood. My father was the most cruel vampire, ever seen. You are not


    safe here. Go away from me?"


    " its not the past that decide you Lance. Its who you are which decides you. I am not going anywhere. I


    am staying with you. Whatever you are vampire or human that doesn''t matter to me. I am in love with


    you and I cant live without you."


    Lance hugged Ze tight and they both kissed each other like they are meeting after a thousand years.


    They were in their own world being close to each other by every way. The sun was even smiling at


    them. Ze''s ne started shining bright and they were getting more closer. It was like they had


    some sort of connection before.  Ze got some more power as the ne was shining. She felt the


    energy flowing through her body. The things in that room started flying here and there. There was a


    intense luminous in that room. Her birthmark was also shining and her eyes became blue from green.


    Even his eyes changed into blue.


    They both nced at each other and noticed that her ne is shining and the things around were


    flying. Lance also noticed that her birthmark is shining too but this time without any burning sensation.
