Chapter 5:The World Is No Fairytale


    The royal house consisted of only the pure blooded vampire. It was said that when a human vampire


    mates with a pure blooded vampire, a witch is produced and because of this reason human vampires


    weren''t allowed in the royal house. They were said to be unclean and that had been the rule for a long


    time in the Northern empire


    Human vampires had pale skins while the pure blooded ones had skins as white as snow.


    "She looks quite fragile for a pure blooded vampire" Alo said. He was a guard"She''s beautiful."


    Vador felt irritated at the guard''s word beautiful.


    "Her name is Ava and she''ll be staying here working as my assistant" Vador said gulping a bag of


    blood.


    "My lord,you brought a half blooded vampire into the royal house,isn''t that against thew?"Vandora


    asked.


    Human vampires are also known as half blooded vampires.

    "I''m sorry my lord," Vandora replied giving Ava a cold nce .She has been trying to get the lord''s

    After having breakfast Vador called Ava out of the royal house.


    "What do you need help with?" Ava asked.


    "Such confidence level," Vador murmured


    "I need to show you something."


    "Did someone die, what are we doing here?"

    "Thank you," she said in tears.


    Vador had the urge to hold her, to tell her everything was going to be fine.What was happening to him,


    he thought.


    "You''re going to be fine," he finally said.


    "Can I be alone?"


    "Yes," he replied stretching out his wings.


    "One more thing" Ava gasped seeing his wings.


    "Anything?"


    "Thank you for everything and I think you look better without the mask."


    “No one has ever said that to me.” Vador thought as he made up his mind to console the beautiful


    damsel “uhm,” he cleared his throat “I do not wish to leave you Ava” he felt awkward saying that but he


    really didn’t care.


    Ava was shocked,did the lord take a liking in her or was it just pity he felt for her


    “I believe that I do not need your pity,” she said without looking at him


    Vador sighed “i lost my whole family in a night too. I felt like the world was going toe to an end.


    The truth remains we can’t always have everything we want. Love,family,happiness,we certainly have


    to lose these things and adjust to reality.


    “Reality doesn’t have to be so cruel. Do not manipte me,” Ava hissed. “What kind of a person


    believe cruelty is well deserved and love isn’t. This lord is certainly twisted. Mom was right” Ava thought


    to herself.


    “A child cannot see what an elders said. That is why you are still so young,I do not expect you to


    understand the world but neither did I expect you to be this stupid. Do not shallow in your fairytale,the


    world is no fairy tale” and with that he disappeared into the air.
