"Dante please," venus moaned out, as she tossed to her side in their bed, the alpha stood next to the
foot of the bed and shook his head, unable to see his mate in pain.
"Hush venus, have the painkiller please," sophia cooed,
"Thats not gonna work soph and you know that, unless theyplete the mating process shes gonna
be going through this, how about we put her in an ice tub, that will take her heat down a bit," James
suggested.
As Venus looked at Dante through the tears in her eyes, he clenched his jaw, hating that he wanted to
take her pain away but he couldn''t, she wasn''t ready.
While Venus in her mind was crying for herself, she thought Dante didn''t want toplete the mating
process because he wasn''t ready to finish the bond, that maybe he was having second thoughts about
her.
A whileter they had venus settled into the ice tub, her pain waves went down a little because of it
while Dante threw himself into work, she was looking at him earlier in a way that broke his heart, sophia
and James were keeping herpany now.
After a few hours sophia came into the office and informed Dante that they were leaving, and that
Venus was asleep.
Slowly he walked into their room to see her sleeping in a baby pink satin nighty, as it has bunched

already alluring and he barely had any control, this sight had him fighting back for self control.
He has his eyes clenched shut, he didn''t realise venus had woken up and was looking right at him.

moaned into his mouth with delight, running her fingers through his hair with every plunge of his tongue
into her mouth, raising her head off the bed to get more of him, but he pushed her back down onto the
bed, bracing his hands on either side of her, kissing her deeply.

had done something that made him stop.
"Dante what happened," she asked
"Nothing," he said angrily, angry at himself for treating her in such a way, she deserved it all to be
perfect, not the way he dealt with her.
Her eyes watered upon hearing his tone, and the look of pure anger he wore on his face, and now her
heat struck again and she doubled over, clutching her stomach as she moaned in pain.
Dante rushed to her side but she held her hand up,
"Stay away from me," she hissed out through her waves of heat, as tears of pain and hurt shined in her
eyes, Dante felt a twist in his gut upon her words.
"Venus-"
"STAY AWAY FROM ME," she screamed when he trieding forward again, she hated that he didn''t
want her.
"I know you don''t want to finish the bond with me, don''t pretend that you care suddenly, you pity me
right now thats what," she said in anger, as tears ran down her face and she looked at Dante
usingly.

He frowned upon her words.
"What?" He asked in disbelief over that fact that she thought he didn''t want her.
"You think I don''t want you Venus?" He asked again, as he approached her slowly, as her lower lip
trembled.
"Venus i want every part of you, i wanna kiss and touch all of you, i want to make your soul and body
mine, and if you think i don''t want you that''s why I''m notpleting this bond then you''re wrong, you''re
not ready yet, and i don''t want our first time to be because we''re forced due to a situation," he growled
out, as he picked her up and threw her over his shoulder as she squealed in surprise.
"Dante put me down," she hissed out, but he ignored her.
He took her into the bathroom and made her sit on the marble b as he while all the while looking at
her took his shirt off, he stood in front of her shirtless.
"Touch me," he said, his voice hoarse from the strain of controlling himself.
Hesitantly she ced her hand on his chest to see his muscles flex under her touch, she gasped and
he growled.
"Don''t you ever think i don''t want you venus, this is just what your mere innocent touch does to me, i
crave you venus," he growled out, cing his hands on either side of her thighs, as he leaned forwards
and ced his forehead on her chest, breathing heavily.
Venus softly started running her fingers through his hair to help calm him, she then held his face in her
hands, made her look up at him and smiled.
She leaned forward and firmly ced her lips on his.
