Chapter 32


    Amelia''s POV


    I woke earlier to do breakfast for the both of us. I was doing pancakes, bacon and eggs. As I was


    setting up the table, I heard himing.


    I look up to see him frowning. "Good Morning." I chirped. "Bad morning." he said with his sleepy, husky


    voice. "Why?" I asked confused. He sighed and shook his head while nuzzling his face in my neck.


    "You weren''t there when I woke up." he said hugging me tighter, his warmth engulfing me. "Sorry. I


    wanted to make breakfast, before you woke up."


    "You don''t have to do any of this." he said. "Well, I wanted to." I said smiling. "Not that Iin. I love


    your food." he said getting to the table, like a kid.


    Iughed and served the both of us breakfast. We started to eat our food, while talking andughing at


    random things. I was literally crying due to his jokes.


    "Oh my goddess. I can''t believe you and Nathan did that." I saidughing hysterically. "Howe he


    never told me any of this?"


    He just shrugged his shoulder. Once we finished eating, Xavier insisted that he washes the tes. I


    said I can do it, but he wouldn''t let it.


    "Hey, you never answered my question." I asked waiting for him to wash the dish. "What is it, little


    one?" he asked.


    "Whose cabin is this?" I asked him looking around. "Its my parents. They used toe here, in the


    weekends." he said turning around.


    His form was rigid and tense. I guess he is remembering his father. I walked to him and hugged him.


    He sighed and hugged me back.


    "What was he like?" I asked him, still hugging him. He pulled away and smiled as if he was


    remembering happy times.


    He led me to the couch and we sat down. "He was the best Dad." he said still smiling. "He loved both


    my mum and me so much"


    "He used to train me. He always saw me as a strong warrior. We even used to go to the zoo, when I


    was younger. I will sit in his shoulder as he brought me around."


    He was glistening with tears. "I miss him so much, little one. And then when mum left me also, I was


    alone. I never want to be alone again."


    He hugged me. He wasn''t crying or sobbing. He was just scared. And I would be too if I were to be in


    his shoes. I took his face into my hands.


    "I promise, you''ll never be alone again. Ever." I promised him. He just smiled at me. He trusted me that


    I will never leave. And I never would either.


    We ended up watching movies the entire afternoon. Soon evening came around. "Hey, you wanna go


    for a walk?" I asked him. He kissed my forehead. "Sure."


    We wore our shoes and went out. Xavier seemed to know his way around. We just walked around


    without saying anything, just enjoying the silence.


    We stopped near a pond and sat down there. "Thank you for this. I had fun today." I said leaning my


    head in his shoulder.


    "Anything for my little one." he said kissing my forehead. I had my eyes closed, when I felt on me. I


    opened my eyes shocked.


    Xavier was standing inside the pond with a smirk. I looked at him with my eyes and mouth open. He did


    not. I quickly went inside the pond and started sshing water at him.


    We both sshing water onto each other whileughing at each other. Suddenly the both of us fell into


    the pond. We stood and stared at each other before burst outughing.


    It was starting to get cold so we headed back home. We were freezing by the time we headed back


    home. Xavier quickly put wood and fire.


    After changing our clothes, we went to the firece to get ourselves warm. I was getting myself warm


    when I felt his stare at me.


    "What?" I asked him blushing. He quickly grabbed my face and kissed me. It was soft and passionate.


    He started trailing kiss down my neck. He stopped right above the mark.


    I could feel his breathe lingering over my mark. He slowly peppered kisses in my mark. "I love you so


    much, little one." he mumbled.


    "I love you too." I mumbled back. I know he was holding himself. He was definitely restraining himself. I


    heard him growling. He slowly pull himself back.


    He took in a few deep breathe. Once he calmed down, he looked at me and smiled. "Wanna head to


    bed?" he asked with a smile.


    I slowly nodded my head. We went back to our room andy in each others arms. I was thinking about


    just now.


    I have no idea why am I holding myself from him. I love him. I will always love him. I was just scared. I


    have never been this intimate with anyone before.


    Going with him to the next level was something I was so shy about. But it doesn''t matter I guess. He''s


    my mate. The man I am going to spend the rest of my life.


    I turn around to see him still awake with his eyes closed. "Xavier?" I whispered. He opened his eyes


    facing me. "What is it, little one." he asked turning around.

    My face started to blush, knowing what I was about to ask. "I love you." I said hoping he''d get the hint.


    "I know. I love you too." he said oblivious to what I say.


    "I mean, like, I love you, I love you. Like, urgh" I said getting frustrated. He scrunched his face in


    confusion. Finally when he understood, his eyes went like saucers.


    "Oh." was as all he said. I nodded my head to his unasked question. Suddenly he was hovering above


    me. I squealed in surprise.


    "Don''t y games with me little one." he said with a husky voice. His eyes has turned dark. "I''m not. I


    love you Xavier. I am ready for you. Always have been." I said holding his face.


    He wasted no time and started to kiss me.
