They also do not actively try to recruit new members, which makes them a very small faction in comparison to others. When someone wants to join them they have to find one of the members and try to convince them to teach you and recommend you to others. Even though it doesn''t sound convincing and they seem as a very badly managed group they are still known as one of the more powerfull organizations, due to their bloodthirstiness and fighting abilities. It comes from their fighting style, which is based on fighting abilities of more brutal monsters. Thanks to that they are very unpredictable and are known for their survival skills.
