Not just Little Schott and the other Wist youths, even Tong Duoduo and Tong Jinliang were dumbfounded and did not dare to believe their eyes. Tong Jinliang said in shock, “Duoduo, is this the disciple of the Spiritualist of Healing that you mentioned?”
Tong Duoduo gritted her teeth and said, “Yes, he’s Xia Fei.”
“So unreasonable?!”
“He’s truly very unreasonable. Back in Chaos Society’s branch office, at the slightest disagreement, he killed a guard. I saw it with my two eyes,” Tong Duoduo said.

At this point, Sun Dajin finally understood that Xia Fei was a ruthless character! He was different from all the others in the Aurora n. It seemed like he had no choice but to admit defeat.
Sun Dajin trembled fiercely and could barely speak. Xia Fei snorted coldly. “Since Master Sun is at home, you can return the money you owe the Aurora n, yes? Ten million pearls plus interestes up to forty-two million pearls.”
“Forty-two million!” yelled Sun Dajin in shock. This hurt even more than his wounds. It had been only been a little over a year, but ten million had be four times that! This was even more wicked than high-interest loans!
Xia Fei exined calmly, “The interest was calcted on a ten-one rate. You owe your debt over a course of thirty-two billing cycles, totaling up to thirty-two million pearls, and with the original loan of ten million, we get forty-two million pearls. Master Sun, if there’s something else you don’t
understand, please ask.”
Sun Dajin felt helpless. Ten-one was a term used by loan sharks, and it meant that every ten days resulted in an umtion of 10% interest. In other words, every ten days, a debt of ten million would rue one million pearls of interest, and if it rued until now, was that not forty-two million?

If there’s still anyone who won’t repay
their debt, we’ll just go house to house and st them out!”

The crowd grew restless, particrly those ns that, just like the Sun n, owed the Aurorean money; they quickly rushed back to their homes. Now that a monster like Xia Fei had appeared in the Aurora n, not returning the money might cause them to end up like the Sun n!
