Xia Zonghai was shocked. He simply could not believe that in just the two weeks since Xia Fei began cultivating the Law of Speed, he would actually be on the brink of mastering the first level of thew!

It was extremely difficult and could almost be called insanely difficult! Xia Zonghai could not recall anyone in the n who managed to make a breakthrough in the span of two weeks. Could Xia Fei be the first?!
His heart was filled with both shock and doubt, but Xia Zonghai firmly believed Wuye’s assessment. For the old man to have called him over in the dead of night, telling him that Xia Fei was on the verge of promotion, this was most definitely no mistake!
Xia Zonghai threw up a screen and examined the scene from various angles. He realized that the energy control Xia Fei was demonstrating had achieved a very miraculous and magical state. There would always be a strange phenomenon present when a Law Adept was at the precipice of making a breakthrough withw powers, and this green glow was none other than what the Law of Speed would disy!
Xia Wuye lightly nodded, as he ced a finger on his lips to mime the shushing posture. He was indicating for the pair to watch silently and not to disturb Xia Fei’s cultivation.

Xia Fei was not only the rare few in the n who began learning Law after achieving max level with their speed ability; he was also a freak who attained level 1 Law of Speed in fourteen days! Even in the Skywing n where experts gathered, this was an extraordinary feat!

Xia Fei gradually slowed down and arrived before Xia Wuye and Xia Zonghai. He had only noticed Xia Zonghai’s present at this point.
Xia Zonghai very animatedly grabbed Xia Fei by his shoulders. “Fourteen days! You actually managed toplete Law of Speed’s first level in just fourteen days! That’s practically a miracle!”
Xia Fei scratched his head and nonchntly said, “It can’t be that ridiculous, right? At first, I was unfamiliar with how thew worked, so I found it quite strenuous. Xia Fei nodded solemnly. Xia Zonghai was right. Though his buddy Gigawolf was famous for being a hooligan, he would turn into a mouse that saw cats whenever he met Wuye and Xia Zonghai, not in the least bit awe-inspiring but very afraid that he was figuratively quaking in his boots, instead.
Xia Zonghai very casually asked what he came around for, only for Shunye to reply, “Today’s the day for the Sunnis’s trade fair in Goose Pagoda Constetion. Xia Fei’s interested in going there. I’m worried that he won’t know the way, so I came over to take him there. I won’t be going myself, since I still have to work at the Law Enforcement Board.”
