    When Dimitri asked us toe to the meeting, we knew it was serious. When the three of us walked


    into the room and saw all the guys, I knew something was seriously wrong. None of the girls was


    present. I did notice someone that I hadn’t seen in a very long time.


    “Well in it’s been a while,” I tell him.


    I was indifferent to in. I knew the triples liked him. At one point, during a drunk poker game, a few of


    them bought an ind together. It’s a beautiful ind too. I go there a lot when I need to get the hell


    away. Poseidon is there a lot as well.


    “Nice to see the three of you again.” He replied.


    “Where are the girls?” Hades asks.


    “They are not going to be present for this meeting. This is something we need to discuss with you.”


    Dimitri says.


    “We would also like your opinion,” Chris tells me.


    Now I know this is bad. Why do I feel a migraineing on? Haze walks out at that moment. Well fuck


    me, they found him. Chris exins what happened and how Haze was found. Of course, those beasts


    were involved. Chris then exins what the girls found out when they visited the underworld. That was


    not surprising news. They exin that maybe by using some of Einyns blood to help locate her mother,


    which might be on Asmoday’s main ind. Ok, that n sounds feasible and rtively easy. Then


    Nigel and Draydon decide to tell us about the idea of their n.


    “Have you lost your minds?” Poseidon and I ask at the same time.


    “No, but it makes sense. I heard a couple of guys talking about some mix-breed that was beyond


    powerful. They also want to get something back that was taken long ago.” Nigel says.


    “What they really want is Mykenzie and Kyani, but they know that is not possible. Plus it is deadly.”


    Nigel tells us.


    Yeah, I’d like to see them try and kidnap my nieces. That would end in utter chaos. The other n is no


    better. Seriously, if either of those women got touched, my nieces would know immediately. As much as


    I want to tell Mykenzie and Kni to get them, I also want the world to survive.


    “They are not touching Myka.” Dustin growls out.


    “They are also not touching Einyn.” Brandon says.


    Well, Dustin’s reaction, I was expecting. Brandon’s, I was not. Guess he found his mate, as they call


    them. Now I understand why they didn’t want the girls here. I had never heard of such idiotic ideas in


    my life.


    “When was thest time any of you have seen the girls?” Hades asks.


    “Not since this morning. Why?” Marcus asks.


    It’s now night, and no one has seen them since this morning. I also noticed none of the animals was


    there. This is a terrible sign. I point this out to everyone. I hear Chris swear under his breath. All the


    kids are with Aphrodite, Imyra, Satyira, and Persephone. I saw my grandbabies before I came here. I


    wondered what was going on. We head back to the packhouse. Nymyra, Einyn, and Natalya are the


    only three there.


    “Where are the rest of your little group?” Brighton asks.


    “Don’t know.”Natalya answers.


    Again Chris swears, and I know she is telling the truth. This is a terrible sign. Where could they be?


    Kni


    Oh, I know the guys are going to be pissed off. They will get over themselves. Besides, we are just


    visiting Reecie’s parents. Well, sort of. We stopped in and saw them, but we came here for Greg. That


    is Einyn’s uncle. Well, his name is a lot longer and hard to pronounce, so we gave him a name that we


    could actually say. We are here with him, and I have to say it is good to see him.


    “So any idea where Trent and Pa might be hiding?” Mykenzie asks.


    “Unfortunately, I know for a fact that Pa was captured. It had to be right before Einyn was born. Trent


    could be hiding in three possible ces.” Greg says.


    Greg was down not too long ago and met Einyn for the first time. She was so happy to meet someone


    from her family. He was overjoyed to see his niece. He and Pa are siblings.


    “How do we find them?” Mykenzie asks.


    He told us the ces that Trent could be. Those ces were easy to find. Then he exined how to


    locate Pa. That’s if she is not being kept underground. That’s the issue. Unicorns, like a phoenix,


    need sunlight to thrive. They get weak if they are kept in the dark for too long. Well, that could be a


    problem. The other issue is unicorns are also somewhat tied to an element. Einyn has a particr love


    of metal. Trent was tied to water. Pa was tied to darkness. For some reason, her soultched onto


    everything that was in the underworld. She is super sweet, but when ites to dark things, she loves


    them.


    “Hey, Alexis we are gonna need you,” I yell at her.


    “Ok, what do I need to do?” She yells back.


    “Not sure yet.” Mykenzie answers.


    Shit, we are going to have to figure this out. We said goodbye to Greg and headed off to look for Trent.


    Myka


    Wow, meeting Greg was amazing. I mean, I know Einyn, but I have never seen her shift into her


    unicorn. Greg shifted for us, and it was gorgeous. I had always thought that unicorns were white. I was


    wrong. Greg was actually a very light grey with beautiful blonde hair. I wonder what Einyn looked like.


    “Hey, why has Einyn never shifted?” I asked.


    “Probably because she doesn’t know how to. She was never taught.” Bryn answers.


    All of us are currently in Italy, and it is gorgeous. Oh yeah, we are definitelying here for our


    honeymoon. Dustin can suck it up and deal. This country is unbelievable. I was standing facing the


    ocean. The view from where we are is indescribable. This was the second ce we had looked for


    Trent at. We still hadn’t found him yet. I knew there was one more ce to look.


    “Let''s just say that Trent somehow found out that Pa was pregnant before or when she was


    captured. Would he go looking for her or the child?” I asked.


    “Actually he might. I have no idea if he knew, if he did then maybe he did go looking for Pa.” Jailynn


    answers.


    “I wonder if that’s who the warlock was gonna meet when he took Einyn?” I ask.


    Mykenzie and Kni give each other a look. I know that look.


    “We need to get home. I have an idea.” Kni says.

    We walked out of Marcus’s and Jason’s house, and all the girls were gathered around what looked like


    a birdbath. I shot Dustin a look, and he shrugged his shoulders. We all walked over to see what they


    were up to. We got within three feet and a ring of fire surrounded them. What the actual hell? Hades


    put a hand on my shoulder to stop me. I knew this fire was different.


    “That’s not from Mykenzie and Kni. That’s from Alexis.” He told me.


    I watched as Haze walked through the fire and up to the bowl or whatever it was that held the water.


    Mykenzie and Kni suspended the sphere of water in the air as Haze released a shot of bright red


    fire. We all watched as the water turned to what looked like ss. It was amazing.


    “Tye we need Einyn.” Kni says.


    I could see him look at Brandon. Brandon nodded and when to get her. He walked back with her, and


    her eyes widened when she saw what was happening. It was actually cute. Mykenzie and Kni


    walked out of the circle through the fire. I actually cringed when she did this. I know it won’t hurt her, but


    still.


    “Shift,” Mykenzie told Einyn.


    “I don’t know how,” Einyn said quietly.


    Kni looked at me. What the hell? I can’t help her shift. I help the pups in the pack shift for the first


    time when they get old enough. I can’t help her see her unicorn. Kni came over and grabbed my


    hand, and we walked over to Einyn. I look at Dimitri for help.


    “Dominick was able to control metal. I was able to control fire. I lost my ability to an extent when I was


    bitten. We received our abilities from Aphrodite when she made us.” He exined.


    Ok, that someone makes sense. Then it dawns on me. I am metal Kni is water.


    “I’ll exin after. Just trust me.” She says to me.


    “Gorgeous I trust you with my life,” I tell her.


    Einyn stood there while Kni, Mykenzie, and I formed a small circle around her. When Einyn started


    shifting, I was speechless. There, in front of us, stood a golden unicorn. Damn Einyn is beautiful.


    “Touch the water Einyn.” Mykenzie told her.


    She touched it with her horn, and a weird type of shock wave fanned out in every direction. That was


    fucking awesome. I heard the girls say something, but I couldn’t understand it. Then Einyn shifted back.


    Yeah, we don’t want her staying in her unicorn for long. The fewer people that know, the better. She is


    definitely a target. None of us knew what to say. Tye and Draydon had huge smiles on their faces. That


    was the most amazing thing I had ever seen.


    “You are amazing,” I tell Kni.


    “I know. Ites with being a goddess.” She says smugly.


    I give her ass a p. She is so sure of herself. I see her throw a smirk over her shoulder at me and run.


    Oh, I know what she is up to. She is so damn sexy and naughty.

    I have no idea what I just witnessed, but it was fucking mind-blowing. These girls never cease to


    amaze me. They are capable of the coolest shit. When Einyn shifted, I stood there with my mouth


    open. I think we all were speechless.


    “I thought unicorns were all white?” I ask.


    “Some but not all. Unicorns have a tie to different elements of weather. Einyn has a tie to metals. Her


    father has a tie to water. Her mother has a tie to dark things.” Alexis exins.


    She then exined that dark things meant the underworld. Somewhere back in Einyn mother’s


    bloodline, a very long-ago rtive mated with a demon. She then said that her mother was for sure


    captured. They also exined that it is possible that her father knew about Einyn, and he went


    searching for her. They think that her father was meeting the warlock that had taken Einyn but


    something happened, and the warlock was forced to ce Einyn on Draydon’s doorstep.


    “I think the warlock thought that Draydon would bring her to us,” Mykenzie says.


    “We had no idea that Draydon had her,” Kni says.


    “If you had she would have been with you?” I ask.


    “No, we would have left her with either Reecie’s parents or with Dimitri and Imyra. Those are the two


    safest ces.” Mykenzie admits.


    “You all bounce around too much,” I say.


    They agreed. Then I remembered that they had disappeared all day. That started a whole argument. I


    got the death re from the girls, and I wondered if I would end up with coloured hair or worse. I


    remembered what they did to Seth, Zak, Colin, and Peter. That shit was hrious. Of course, I don’t


    want any of that to happen to me. I shot them my killer smile, which by the way didn’t work. Well fuck!
