    I knew when I saw Nigel and Draydon walk back in after their little conversation that something was up.


    I knew Draydon had been entertaining the idea of him or one of the other dragons being bait to draw


    out Asmoday. I knew he had nned on talking to Nigel today about it. I was actually d when neither


    came out with bruises or wounds. It was no secret that they don’t like each other. I believe the mutual


    fear they have of my sisters kept the fight at bay. I could tell they were both thinking something and I


    had a bad feeling that they hade up with a n.


    “Hey we need to talk to you, Rye, and Dimitri now,” Draydon tells me.


    “OK where?” I ask.


    “Not here. Somewhere without them.” Nigel says.


    I knew what he meant was that they wanted to talk to us before proposing the idea to the rest of the


    guys. The “them” that they were referring to was my sisters. I knew then that this n was dangerous. I


    told them that we could talk tomorrow. I told them where and they agreed. I was just hoping my sisters


    didn’t get wind of this. I told Rye and Dimitri about it. Rye gave me a look. Usually, that look would


    concern me but the fact that my best friend still has sparkly lime green hair kinda took away the heat of


    the look. In fact, Iughed.


    “You are an asshole,” Rye says.


    “Yes, I have been told multiple times over thest 2500 or so years by my sisters.” I retort.


    I got an eye roll for thatment. It was true though. My sisters called me an asshole a lot. I honestly


    didn’t even react to it anymore. The three of us were more than hyped to hear what theye up with

    “What do you think they came up with?” Rye asked.


    “I don’t know, but the fact they don’t want my sisters to know has me greatly concerned,” I told him.


    Yeah, I saw the look of concern on his face too. If they want to hide this from my sisters then it’s


    dangerous on so many levels. I have a feeling that it is not one of the dragons that they want to use as


    bait either. I just hope whatever they havee up with I can get the rest of the guys to agree with. I

    Have these two lost the fucking minds? Chris, Rye, and I sat there while Draydon and Nigel exined


    their n. First Nigel told us what he had overheard some of the guys in the ring say. I was not


    surprised that they would want to find Einyn. What did surprise me was that they would want Myka.


    Then I thought about it. Of course, they would want her. With her unique heritage, she was special.


    Even I knew that. I mean you have fae, phoenix, and the blood of the most powerful beings ever in one


    person. That would be a prize for anyone. I had no doubt that Mykenzie and Kni followed the bears


    here, but I think that it was more than that. I think they could sense Myka and they knew they


    needed to be here. Now, was anything else that happened nned. Absolutely not.


    “You two have lost your fucking minds,” Chris says.


    “Ok, I agree this n is good, but do you have any idea how big of a disaster this will probably turn


    out?’ Rye asks.


    Because that is exactly what will happen. This n while brilliant is going to end in disaster. There is no


    way that Mykenzie and Kni will not feel the minute that Myka might get taken. They will also know


    when Einyn is taken. I feel a monumental migraineing on.


    “We know but this n is the best so far,” Draydon says.


    “We know they want those two. Shit, they really want Mykenzie and Kni, but they know that it is


    impossible.” Nigel tells us.


    HA, good luck getting your hands on those two. That will never happen. My migraine is getting worse


    listening to this idea. They exin it in better detail. I wonder if there is any way to locate the main


    building using Einyns link to her mother?


    “Could we use Einyns link to her mother to locate the main building?” I ask.


    “Possibly, I could use her blood and her uncle’s to try. I can’t guarantee it. If this does work and we


    locate the main ind it’s going to be heavily protected. Minus two of us, none of us will be able to get

    Yeah, I know which two he is referring to. Either way, Mykenzie, and Kni are going to lose their shit.


    My migraine is getting worse. We decided to think this over for a couple of days. Either n is a giant


    fucking disaster waiting to happen. We also have to convince the rest of the guys. I need to talk to


    Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. Get their opinion on all this before we even y with this idea. Fuck my


    head!

    When I got back to the packhouse I had to take like six fucking aspirin. That whole discussion gave me


    a serious migraine. I am now convinced that both Nigel and Draydon need to be checked into the


    psychiatric ward somewhere. They have both lost their fucking minds. I have to admit that the n that


    they came up with is actually a great n. However, it has major disasters written all over it. I think they


    want those two to blow up the. Because that is exactly what would happen. I might need to get


    drunk tonight.


    “What do you think of Dimitri’s idea?” Chris asks me.


    “I think it’s better than the shit that Draydon and Nigel came up with,” I answer.


    The two of us are at the bar. Yup, we both needed a drink after that conversation. I saw Chris take a


    few aspirins as well. Yup, I have no doubt he had a migraine from hell too. We both knew Dimitri was


    gonna discuss the whole idea with Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. I wonder what they will think about this


    idea.


    “I think we should try Dimitri’s idea first,” I tell Chris.


    “Yes, that is the least dangerous option.” He says.


    This day had started out so well. Then it turned to shit. I wonder what else could possibly happen to


    add to the cluster fuck that was brewing.


    “Well look who it is.” A voice says.


    Both Chris and I look up. Fuck, seriously he is thest person I want to see. Standing there is none


    other than in and n. They are two pureblood vampires. n I like, in I would love to drive a


    wooden stake through. The third guy looked familiar but I couldn’t ce him. He smelt damn good


    though. He smelt like two of my favorite things which are cinnamon and coffee. That’s when it hits me.


    No way fuck I think he is my mate. I look at him and I think it hits him at the same time. This is thest


    thing I need right now.


    “Hey, I need to go,” I tell Chris.


    “Ok, we can go.” He says.


    He does give me a weird look. Chris tells Bain they’ll talkter. They actually get along. I tell nter


    and we leave. I know it’s awful to leave the other guy hanging but I can’t right now. I need to get my


    head together. Besides, he is part of Bain’s coven. I am not sure how that would work considering Bain


    and I would happily kill each other. I tell Chris when we get back. He is not happy I left the poor guy


    hanging. There are just more important things to think about right now.
