    We are waiting for Nigel to get his ass here. When I say we, I mean the girls too. After the little episode

    a week ago, we had a meeting. We have all agreed that from here on out, we all work together. This


    also means that the girls can’t go off and pull shit, either. Rye dide and talk to his aunt. Chris and I


    were there with him. As it turns out, the warlock that took Araya and Einyn was not Nigel’s dad but his


    uncle. We still have no idea where Nigel’s dad is. I do know for a fact he is not dead. I have a feeling


    that he is mixed up in that damn ring. I rub my temples. I am starting to feel like Zeus and have to very


    strongly keep myself from releasing Mykenzie and Kni and telling them to have fun. I just want all


    this shit to end. Nigel finally struts in and takes a seat. I give a light chuckle. I can see Nymyra, Natalya,


    and Myka’s eyes go wide when they see Nigel. The other seven just roll their eyes. Mykenzie and


    Kni don’t even bother and keep eating their fries.


    “Ladies I thought you might need this,” Nigel says.


    He hands out coffee to the girls, and Kni raises an eyebrow as she takes the coffee. Nigel isn’t


    stupid. He knows how to get on their good side. The other three are still staring. This guy is crazy, and I


    know why the girls can’t speak. Nigel is not what anyone expects from what everybody thinks a fae or


    warlock should look like. Nigel is a contradiction in terms of 6’10” with waist-long tinum blonde hair


    and smokey grey eyes. He is covered in tattoos and looks like he should be in a biker gang (he isn''t in


    a biker gang) and riding a Harley, which is what has. He is a motorcycle guy through and through. I can


    tell the guys are nervous around him.


    “Draydon finally crawled out of your cave I see.” Nigelments.


    “Still a dickhead, I see,” Draydon replies.


    These two have never been friends. They have tolerated each other. Barely. I can see them sizing each


    other up. They really are evenly matched for each other. I am just getting ready to break this up when a


    very low growl is heard. They both back off and sit down. They might be evenly matched for each other,


    but they are no match for either Mykenzie or Kni. It was Mykenzie that gave that warning growl.


    “Ok let’s get down to business,” Donte says.


    Alexises walking through at that time and almost faces-nts on the floor. I am going to assume


    that one of the girls saved her since no one was around, and tacos were almost wasted. The food is


    ced on the table, and everyone getsfortable. The girls give onest warning growl, and we start


    talking.

    As predicted, the girls were unhappy when Nigel told them why he was asked to help in the first ce. I


    guess Chris and Rye forgot to tell them that we want an alternate way to find the location beside the


    animals. That started a fight between the triplets.


    “You seven came back bruised, cut, and scraped up. I am still surprised there were no broken bones.


    We need you not to go off half pissed looking for Asmoday and Vepar. Yes, we know the hunters were


    not nned, but for fuck sake, we need something that they won’t seeing.” Ashton says.


    “Those damn animals are so fucking huge that they know they are there. I have no doubt they know


    that animals are there before they can get back and let you two know. We need a less obvious spy.”


    Brandon says.


    “We can spy….” Kni starts.


    “ABSO-FUCKING-LUTLEY NOT.” Many of us yell at the same time.


    Nigel breaks out in hystericalughter at this. Both of them sit there and pout when they get told this.


    Why do I have a feeling that they are going to throw a tantrum for a while? I have a feeling many of us


    will be getting the cold shoulder. I sit there and keep my opinions to myself. Nigel calms himself down


    and starts exining what he has in mind. Well, damn, those are fantastic ideas.


    “I also know many on the inside, and I am still granted ess into some of the locations,” Nigel tells us.


    This perks the girls right up, and a very evil smile breaks out on their faces. I know those smiles. I shot


    Chris a look, and he gave his sisters a look. Nigel looks at them and tells them no. If he is going to go


    in, he has to do it by himself. He exins how things are going to go. I think this is a fantastic n. A


    littleter on, I take him over to Marcus’s ce and tell Nigel how we have a ton of high-tech things he


    might be able to use. This sparks his interest. Nigel has always been into tech shit. So I figured letting


    him get to know Marcus, Jason, Jace, and Zak better would be good. Maybe they can send him in with


    some type of microphone or something. I don’t hang around long. I don’t understand any of their tech


    talks. I walk into the packhouse to find my beautiful wife and twins in the kitchen. I take my daughter


    from Bryn and tickle her. She squeaks out augh, and it makes me smile. They are getting so big. I


    am excited to see what powers they might develop as they age. So far, they have not shown any


    development of powers yet. Poor Kaleb, Jordyn’s powers are popping up every day. Not that I am


    surprised. I have no doubt that the twins will probably start revealing their powers soon too. I think that


    the meeting went well. I really think Nigel can help.


    Mitchell


    I like how the guys think that they can stop the girls from spying or going and looking for Asmoday and


    Vepar. I agree with them that they don’t need to be running off and searching when so many of us will


    help. I think we finally got that through their brains today. Minus the brief possibility of a fight between


    Draydon and Nigel, everything went well. I don’t know Nigel that well, but I have no real issue with the


    guy. I still think that it is funny that tworge men back off when two small women just growl. Now


    granted, those two small women are dangerous beyond belief. We all decided after yesterday that it


    would be a good idea to have a nice rxing day. So we are all currently hanging out by the pool. All


    three bar - b - ques are fired up and in use. The kids are in the pool.


    “You can stop eyeballing him. She told him to stay out of the pool.” I tell Dustin.


    “I had to rece the fucking filter. I am not sure if the guy believed the lie I told him as to why we


    needed it reced.” He says.


    I look towards the pool when I hear squealing and see that Araya has one of Kni’s twins, and he is


    having fun being set down into the water. They are getting big fast. It’s interesting how much Kaycen


    looks like Kaleb except for the eyes. Those are all Kni. Dimitrus I really thought, was going to look a


    lot like Chris, considering he has the same hair and eye colour. His eyes are starting to darken just a


    tad, and I can see more of a mix of Kyani and Kaleb in him. It’s Jordyn that I worry about. She is really


    starting to look a lot like Kni, but I can see a veryrge part of Aphrodite in her too. She is going to


    have the boys after her as she grows up. Well, if they can get past Dominick. We all still find it weird


    that it became apparent that they are mates at such an early age. Ember finally gifted herst pup. I


    was not really surprised about who she gave it to. It was gifted to Dustin and Myka’s only girl Mariah.


    That pup never leaves that little girl’s side. I think Dustin likes that. I have a feeling that he thinks that


    she will keep the boys away when Mariah gets older. I know that all of us guys are having a talk


    tomorrow. Chris said he needed to let us know something. I have a bad feeling it has something to do


    with his sisters. I also have a feeling that no one is going to like what he has to say.
