Smiling, I walked towards my mate who was waiting for me with open arms.

Disappointment washed over me at what we didn’t find here. Yes, I knew that it couldn’t be that easy
but it wasn’t wrong to hope.
Titus wrapped his arm around my shoulders as we started walking together and kissed my forehead
“It’s okay, there’s still time” he whispered trying to calm me down, he knew the disappointment I was
feeling right now.
Walking into the pce, Titus stopped and looked into my eyes “Do you want to eat right away or take
a shower first?” He asked gently.
“Do I smell?” I pouted.
