    Savannah''s POV


    We walked at the back door of the pack house. Hardwick opened the door revealing a beautiful yard.


    He led me outside and I smiled when the fresh scent of flowers hit me like before. I don''t feel like


    puking again. But these scents make me rx.


    "It''s beautiful. I never knew there''s also a beautiful yard behind the pack house"


    "This is a secret. Others didn''t know about it and the back door was always locked" he replied.


    "Locked? Why?" I frowned.


    He looked at me then smiled. Without replying he walked towards the small flower bush and plucked a


    yellow flower. I looked at him with confusion. What is he doing? He walked back and tugged the flower


    in my hair.


    "Now you look more beautiful," he whispered.


    "Hardwi-'''' he mmed his lips on mine before I could finish his name. The warmness of his mouth


    melted in mine when he forced his tongue and sucked the hell out of me. I moaned and held his


    shoulder for support. My knees go weak and if I don''t hold him I would fall right on the ground. He


    sneaked his arms around my waist pulling me tightly in his embrace. Our body pressed to each other


    as we kissed like there''s no tomorrow.


    He bit my bottom lip then sucked it before thrusting his tongue again. I tried to fight with him but he


    didn''t let me take dominance and massaged my inner cheeks with his tongue like he is iming his


    territory and I had to give him all the liberty to process. I don''t know how long we kissed before he


    finally let me take a breath. I panted as I tried to capture some air in my lungs. God this man always


    knows how to leave me in such a state.


    "You are so beautiful and I can''t help but kissing you hard"


    I blushed at hisment. I looked up and threw a re while he just smirked at me.


    "Where are we?" I asked him, trying to change the topic. It was all a sweet and lovely atmosphere but


    this man had to change it into a hot and passionate one.


    "I told you I want to show you something"


    I nodded looking at him. He smiled and held my shoulders before turning me around. My eyes widened


    as I looked in front. Oh my god there''s a small beautiful house in the middle of a flower garden. I didn''t


    expect that there would be a house either. Why didn''t I see it before?


    "A house?" I asked.


    "No, a beautiful memory," he replied.


    "I can''t understand"


    "You will, nowe" he held my hand and led me towards the house. There was a small wooden fence


    gate then a small path leading to the house. The area was so beautiful like a dream. There are different


    types of flowers covering the house. The dark yellow-red coloured house looks beautiful. Once we


    reached the door he unlocked the door then opened it.


    As I stepped inside a gasp escaped when I saw the house from inside. The walls are covered with


    photo frames. In a different style. There was a woman, a man and a cute baby boy in the photos.


    "What''s this?" I asked as I reached out, touching one of the photos hanging on the wall. The woman


    looked so beautiful. Her brown hair was flowing like a river where her eyes were shining as she smiled.


    "Who is she?"


    "You can''t guess?" Hardwick stood behind me gazing at the photo. She? Who could it be? I frowned


    then something hit my head.


    "Your mom?"


    "Hmm..."


    "She is so beautiful"

    "And that is your dad" I pointed to another photo where there was a picture of a middle aged man. He


    was handsome with brown eyes. Looks like Hardwick inherited those beautiful brown orbs from his


    father.


    "Yes, he is my dad Neel Leon and she is my mom Idris Leon"


    "They are really a beautiful couple," I smiled.


    "They have a good romantic story. I don''t know much but I heard some of it"


    I turned around and looked at him with curiosity. He raised his eyebrows then chuckled "are you


    interested darling?"


    I nodded "tell me please"


    "Come" he held my hand and led me towards the living room where a set of couches were ced with


    a ss tea-table in the center.


    "Mom was a member of the enemy pack I guess. When dad became Alpha he wanted to invade his


    enemies and kill them all so that there will be no troubles in future. But at the end of the war he met


    mom who was the daughter of his great enemy. When he got to know that mom was his mate dad was


    stunned but it didn''t let his grudges to keep down and killed his enemies"


    "Oh god, what about your mom? I mean she lost her family" I gasped.

    mom was always stubborn. She would not give in easily. One day dad brought a woman, actually not in


    that way but he needed her to deal with one of his enemies. But that woman took his action wrongly


    and flirted with him. At then when that woman reached dad''s room Mom saw her"


    "Your mom stayed in the same room as your dad?" I frowned.


    Hardwick hugged me tightly from behind "no matter what your mate should sleep in the same room


    baby. This is the rule so dad will keep mom in his room for sure"


    "Then what happened next?"


    "Well that woman thought mom was another woman who was kept to warm dad''s bed. So she insulted


    mom and said she could leave the room because dad won''t be needing mom anymore"


    "Really what your mom did then? An outsider really had the gut to have such an attitude like that? " I


    shook my head.


    "Well I must say she had bad luck. Because mom was already frustrated because dad was keeping her


    against her will and now adding fuel in the fire another woman showed up insulting her" he chuckled


    again "I really wanted to see mom in her that fierce look"


    I rolled my eyes "stop keeping clip hangers just tell me about it" I pped his arm.


    "Fuck" he hissed "fine, mom was already so angry because of the current situation so she strangled


    that woman at once without any words being said"


    "Strangled? " Hearing the word an instant image shed in my mind. That day when Daisy came to


    confront me I was about to strangle her to death.


    "Yeah, that woman thought she was a wolf but couldn''t get out of her mom''s hold. By the time dad


    arrived in the room he saw mom was eating an apple. When he asked about the woman mom showed


    him the window"


    "Did she throw her out of the window?"

    "Cool?" He grabbed my jaw and tilted my head so that I could look at him sideways "what about you?"

    Hardwick threw his head back,ughed and I rolled my eyes.

    "Though I am curious to see that fierce look of yours but no I don''t think I can"

    He smirked, "So you mean I am handsome?"


    "You still want to hear it from my mouth?"

    "Yeah, I can see that" I rolled my eyes "so your dad didn''t say anything to your mom?"


    "What would he say? Dad already knows what would happen if that woman meets mom. He even


    warned her not to go anywhere but that woman went to find her own doom" he shrugged.


    "Hm... It''s good. How did they have feelings for eachother?"


    "They stayed together for a year like strangers. Though dad looked ruthless from outside, he loved


    mom because she was his mate. And he wanted to make her his but because of mom''s negligence he


    couldn''t move forward. He wanted her to give herself willingly to him. So one day the pack was under


    attack by some rogues. It was an unexpected sneak attack. Dad was not prepared at all. Because of


    this the whole pack was busy fighting. The rogues were cunning and they prepared a second n to


    defeat the whole pack. Dad was fighting and didn''t see his enemy were about to stand him from


    behind. But before the knife could stab dad it was blocked. Dad was surprised when he saw it but what


    surprised him more was the person who blocked it"


    "It was your mom, wasn''t it?" I smiled thinking about the scene.


    "Yeah. She blocked the knife and helped dad to win. Dad was already so into her and now that she


    saved his life it made him more amazed and he wanted to make her his in that moment. Later dad


    asked her why she saved him when she hated him to death. Mom said that even if she hated him she


    couldn''t see him die. Afterall he is her fated mate"


    "Their love story is really strange. From enemies to lovers. I think that''s the day your mom started to


    have feelings for you dad?"

    My heart ached as I looked at him. Hardwick looks cold and strict from outside but he has his pain too.


    Losing his parents and taking over such a huge responsibility it''s not easy to deal with everything. I

    I grabbed his hand "I am with you now. I won''t leave you no matter what"


    He held my hand tightly "I know. You are here, that''s why I am at peace. It has been so many years but


    I couldn''t find my mate and I was depressed. I almost thought I was not fated to have a mate, until that


    night when you fell into my arms is like a dreame true. I knew that you were mine right then. And I


    wanted to take you back to my pack but I knew I could not"


    "Hardwick-" I don''t know what to say to him. His face suddenly became so emotional.


    "Don''t say anything" he chuckled. "When I knew I had a mate I was so happy that I couldn''t wait to


    bring you back in my pack and shout to the world that I have a mate. Finally I am blessed with my


    mate. After my parents left I was alone. Ryan helped me to manage everything but when I walked into


    my room and found it cold and empty I felt lonely. It''s hard that I couldn''t show it to anyone but I had to

    "She had to because dad will never stop until she gives in. Nor would he let her go anyhow. She was

    I chuckled "if I could I really wanted to see them fighting then their love converting into an endless


    romance"


    "You really don''t want them to see darling. Did you forget our story started like that too" Hardwick


    chuckled. My face flushed as I thought about what happened to us when we first met.


    Neel kidnapped Idris and Hardwick kidnapped me. Like his parents we also had fights at first. I never


    wanted to ept this second chance but I also didn''t have a choice either. Whether I want it or not but I


    was tied to him the moment I rejected my first mate.


    I sighed "at that time I was heart broken. Whatever happened in my ex pack I really could not move on

    "So this house is the memory of your parents?" I looked around. The whole living room was filled with

    I nodded "your dad really loved you mom. I can see it in his actions" It''s so sweet that he made a house

    Before I could ask he pulled me up with him. Just as I stood up my head spinned suddenly and my


    vision got blurred. I couldn''t see anything. It''s all like spinning. Dizziness filled my body and I leaned on


    his chest holding my head.


    "What happened? Are you okay?" I heard his concerned voice.


    "I....." I couldn''t finish as my mind drifted to darkness. But before I could lose my mindpletely I


    heard Hardwick roar.
