    Savannah''s POV


    I woke up alone again. I turned my head to the side only to find the ce empty. I groaned as I sat up


    on bed. Hardwick''s leaving me in the morning is getting frequent. I really need to talk to that man. Last


    night he didn''t let me think for a second before ying with me with his ruthless hands making me cum

    Reese was lying on the ground with her half revealing night dress. The dress was too short to cover her

    Reese looked shocked as she nced around the crowd "I.... I don''t know. Last night something

    I folded my arms and looked at her drama. Didn''t remember? Sure enough it was the fastest lie she

    An hourter the game of thest day was set. As today is the final y, the elders wanted to make it


    kind of memorable and a little dangerous too. Shiny wanted to join it but I pushed her out of the way

    "This year was quite faster than thest one. I mean, it started earlier and is ending soon too. Thest


    time I went was quite long, " Tanea shrugged.

    Suddenly Tanea blushed which made meugh. Oh god, she definitely could not help herself in this

    I looked up and found Hardwick looking down at me "already?"


    He nodded "they are already there" he gestured to the side.

    "Dark forest" he replied shortly.


    My eyes widened. "Why them?"

    Soon the elders appeared and gave their speech about thest day''s game. The game was nned to


    to your opponent without causing any harm and pierce the target set behind them. For that there''s only


    one time opportunity and if lost then it will be losing the face before your pack. The elders exined it


    clearly and also pushed the pressure not to harm your opponent.


    Excitedly I stood at certain feets away from the target and prepared for the game. To my surprise it was


    Daisy who will be my opponent today. I don''t know why but this girl is too weird. She does not have any


    pleasant aura around her but it''s more like a dark and cold aura like she is trying to scare anyone who


    gets closer to her. The elders chose to use coin tossing to see who''s gonna get the first chance, after


    the toss I got the first chance to shoot. One of the elders gave a dagger which has sharp points and


    some flowery design at the bottom giving a good look. I took a breath and aimed at the target. Daisy


    looked at me with cold re. I frowned at her but didn''t let my focus slip from my target. Once the


    signal came I threw the dagger at the target. In a swift moment the dagger flew past Daisy and pierced


    the target in the middle. The people around me cheered with a loud p.


    Tanea raised her hands showing me her thumb sign. I smiled, shaking my head. Once my time is done,


    it''s not Daisy''s turn to take the action. Like me she was also given a dagger. I stood before the target


    looking at her. Daisyzily picked the dagger then aimed at me. There was something in her eyes that


    shed suddenly before the corner of her lips hooked up and she smirked at me. I frowned at her and


    before I knew she threw the dagger towards me. But the tip of the dagger was not pointing towards the


    target behind me rather it was pointing towards me. My eyes widened in shock and quickly moved my


    body as the dagger passed by my chest, almost scratching it. My heartbeat raced as I saw the dagger


    fall to the ground. I can hear the gasping in the background.


    What was that? I turned my head to look at Daisy who was clenching her fist and ring at the dagger.


    I felt an arm sneaking around my waist and my body was pulled into a warm embrace.


    "You okay?" Hardwick''s concerned voice filled my ear.


    "Yeah" I nodded, heaving a sigh.


    "Sav '''' Devak and Tanea ran towards me followed by Jion and Shiny.


    "Are you okay?" Devak asked, running his gaze through my body. I nodded my head.


    "What''s with that girl? Is she trying to kill you?" Shiny barked, turning her head and ring at Daisy.


    "Looks like I was not cleared myselfst time" Hardwick whispered as he looked towards Daisy.


    "Take her to the tent, I will clear the mess here" he said again.


    Immediately Devak held my hand and led me towards my tent. I turned my head to look at Hardwick


    who was striding towards Daisy with heavy steps. The aura around him changed into a cold and dark


    one.


    What''s actually happening? And why does Daisy want to kill me? Why does she have so much hatred


    towards me?
