    “What in the...” An and Vanessa all eximed in surprise. Fortunately they all did it through mindlink and were never able to


    express this outwardly.

    Cold beads of sweat rolled all over my body as my heart started pounding harder. Vanessa and the rest were all being searched


    one by one as everyone watched with fear.


    The more the time for me to be searched approached, the more | started to panic as | could see that Alpha Kain’s men ensured


    that nothing was to be missed in the search.


    | tried to put a brave front as much as possible while hoping that there would be another distraction that woulde and give me
