I blinked numerous times and tried to move. Ryan pushed the door
and said,
“I am not getting out, Aunt Joey will see me, if I do. I willeter to meet her. I just came here to
drop you.”
I gulped and nodded at him. I did not know how he made me shut my
mouth in front of him.

I got out of the car and headed to my house without looking back. I was so lost in my thoughts that I
