    Tom would not have returned if his businesses crashing had not affected him. Even as he went to


    start over in other states, Alpha Nick’s destruction seemed to follow him even after paying his


    debts.


    Due to this, he could not just leave without some coboration, and he had chosen the day of the


    coronation because it was when a lot of guests were present and security was slightly loose.

    “Thanks to your affair with Charlotte, I got Sheridan so I would make the call but what do you know

    It concerned him that both bracelets had the unusual glow, making him feel they had a connection to


    Daisy’s destiny since she was the one attracted to them.


    “It was given to me by my grandmother before she passed away. She told me to only give it to the


    woman I loved so I gave it to Charlotte. I have no idea how it got here,” Tom exined, not having


    the slightest idea that the bracelet had any powers.


    “Charlotte gifted to Daisy,” Alpha Nick replied. Both men were speaking in hushed tones leaving the


    guests puzzled but Sheridan was calm, knowing that Nick was trying to get to the bottom of the root


    of the bracelet.


    “Charlotte? How possible?” Tom was surprised by the revtion, wondering what triggered the


    change in Charlotte. Nick did not keep it from him.


    “She’s pregnant with your child and she came herest night. Maybe, you should go look for her.”


    Tom was tormented by a blend of emotions. He hadn’t thought about bing a father anytime


    soon but with the opportunity knocking, he could not help the excitement cruising through him.


    Then again, talking with Nick like this, he missed his best friend but knew that bond of great


    friendship was broken.


    “I can’t enter the magic pack since I chose to leave,” he said sadly, Alpha Nick stared at him like a


    fool.


    “Did you forget your phone or the number of the woman you im to love?” Alpha Nick asked


    sarcastically, Tom felt like the fool he was.


    “You are right. I should call her.”


    The mystery of the glowing of the pearl bracelet remained unsolved but Alpha Nick was determined


    to keep an eye on Daisy and both bracelets. He would also ensure to dig into the mystery


    surrounding both items.


    The after party was amazing but due to Goldie’s condition, Sheridan left early with her, leaving the


    guests in Alpha Nick, Athena, and Tedmond’s hands. Alpha Ansaldo was also there to offer his help


    since they were now inws but Bree focused solely on Daisy.


    Dustin could also not leave his mate’s side and for the first time, had to take permission from his


    Alpha to skip the most part of the refreshment.


    Since most of the guests in attendance were Alphas, Dustin’s absence almost went unnoticed.


    “Doctor, is the test result ready?” Sheridan met the doctor at the doorway of Goldie’s bedroom and


    asked eagerly.


    The doctor smiled at her and shifted his attention to Goldie. “Yes, Luna, and we have good news.


    She is pregnant.”


    Sheridan sighed with relief but Dustin was so excited jumping like a teenager. “Aww, thank the


    goddess for this.”


    The doctor red at him with a stern warning. “I suggest Beta Dustin, that you allow her to have a


    lot of rest and that includes…”


    “I know, doc, I’m not vile,” Dustin cut him off jokingly, excited that his mate was pregnant. If he had


    to avoid s*x until she gave birth, he did not mind.


    After all, he spent his whole life waiting for her.


    “Great but that should only be for the first trimester. After that, you can go all you want,” the


    doctor teasingly said.


    Goldie was embarrassed by the doctor poking her nose into their s*x life, hiding her face behind a

    Charlotte was already asleep when her phone rang. She picked it up, regretting her forgetfulness to


    switch it off when she saw the strange number.


    After a little thought, she answered it. “Hello.”


    “Charlotte. It’s me, Tom.”


    Charlotte lifted herself to a sitting position. “Tom?” Her voice was already teary as Tom said,


    “If it’s not too much, can you meet me tomorrow morning? It’s very important that we talk.”
