    “I''m pregnant!” She announces and the words jar in my ears like loud music sting from a big


    speaker. I freeze on my spot and gape at her like a fool. Mouth and eyes wide open in shock. A

    face Alina again.


    “And why are you telling me?” I ask with furrowed brows.


    “Because you''re the one responsible for the pregnancy.”
