ra’s only response the spiteful words of the people around her was to purse her lips and go to the
reception table to get a ss of champagne.
She knew that everything about the hotel incident had been nned by Steve. He was also behind the

the scenes.
She estimated that everyone in J city now knew about her glorious deeds.

ra didn’t care about what they said. She just wiped her face and clothes with a tissue. When she
was about to go, a tall man stopped her.
Steve asked lightly, “This is an exclusive dinner party. How did you get in?”
“It doesn’t concern you.” ra’s tone was a little cold.
Her sorry figure was reflected in Steve’s eyes. Her wet hair rested on her pale shoulders, making her
