    If the students of ss 20 had announced to the entire high school that they’d want to improve their grades, they would’veughed at them. After all, this motivation would vanish, and they’d return to their carefree ways.


    But it was different now.


    As time continued to pass, they still persevered.


    Although the ss was still as noisy as before, they were no longer talking about picking fights or ying games. They were talking about the discussion.


    They were still as cheeky as before.


    But their grades were practically soaring. They were continuously improving, and their average was rising.


    They were able to surpass the other sses..


    All of this made the other ssrooms feel pressured. They couldn’t help but wish that the students of ss 20 would fail. Others couldn’t help but wonder if this miracle could really happen.


    However, there was another point of discussion about ss 20. It was about a group of students who hadn’t returned in an extremely long time.


    These students were often at the bottom of the rankings.


    There were a couple of people who had guessed that they had left ss 20 because they didn’t want to drag down the entire ss. They turned the idea down initially.


    But the more they thought about it, the more it made sense.


    During their lunch break, the students of ss 20 saw a post on a school forum. It was posted anonymously.


    “I’m curious. Are the five students from ss 20 still absent? Are they noting to take the monthly exam? Do they really think they can escape their inevitable doom if they just removed five students?”


    His question immediately attracted the attention of different students.


    As soon as Meng Yang saw it, he nced over at his friend. “Sister Tang, how are Yan Yuand the others recovering? Will they be taking the monthly exam?”


    Yao Tang furrowed her eyebrows.


    She had forgotten about them after everything that happened in the past few days.


    However, after she had done some mental calctions, she turned her head. “He’d be fine now. The effects of the medicine would’ve already taken effect. The rest is up to him.”


    After hearing her affirmative reply, he logged in and replied,


    “Don’t worry. They’lle back and prove you all wrong.”


    A satisfied smile slipped into his lips as he rxed behind his desk.


    However, what he didn’t expect was for his reply to gain some traction.


    The other students of ss 20 gleamed with pride. While they didn’t have much confidence in themselves, they were confident in their other ssmates. They knew that Yan Yu and the others deserved to prove all of them wrong.


    Yao Tang nced at her phone. How were they?


    She sent them a message, “How are you?”


    “We’ve recovered a lot thanks to you. We’d be able to return to No. 1 High School before the monthly exam.”


    After chatting with her, Yan Yu and the others smiled.


    “I really thought that Yao Tang had forgotten about us. I didn’t expect that she’d text us out of the blue,” Lu Mingsaid softly. “She really does care for us.”


    “She does things one at a time.” Yan Yu nodded affirmatively.


    “Then we have to make the best use of our time to recover. We can’t let her or ss 20 down!”


    The five of them straightened their backs.


    Just then, one person hesitated. “But we’ve already finished all the medicine that Yao tang had sent us. Should she give us more?”
