In a corner, a man stood up, looking delighted. “Perfect, I have something to discuss with my
father.”
He was Felix Wilson, Old Mr. Wilson’s second son and Henry’s uncle.
Felix walked to the door and just shouted ‘Father‘ when he saw a fair and beautiful girl standing there.
“Uncle.” Evelyn raised an eyebrow. “Long time no see.”
“Heh.” Felix’s face immediately darkened, questioning David, “Henry wouldn’t let this woman
take over his work, would he?”
David remained nomittal.
People familiar with Felix immediately joined in.
“Handing such an important secret to a woman? Can The Wilson Group still see the sun
tomorrow?”
“I don’t look down on women, but for something even Mr. Wilson can’t solve, what can a
woman do?”
“David, go and invite The old master toe back. I’ve been working hard for The Wilson Group for so

The assistant nodded, picking up the documents and getting up. However, just as his hand. touched

Evelyn’s gaze was cold as she scanned everyone, slowly curling her lips.

“Evelyn.” Felix shouted angrily, “Are you here to help or to cause trouble? What right do you have to
make decisions for thepany? Who gave you the authority?”
His voice was loud, almost echoing through the entire boardroom.
Evelyn tapped the tablezily, “Anyway, it wasn’t given by you”
“After all, you hasn’t got the right yet!”
In the early years, Felix had caused trouble for the Wilson family, indirectly causing the death
of Henry’s father and leading to more than two years of turmoil. If it weren’t for Old Mr. Wilson’s
protection, Henry would have sent him to a remote ce long ago.

aplish this, and you think it can be redone in six hours?” Felix sneered at Evelyn. “I don’t
agree,
the directors won’t agree, and my father definitely won’t agree.”
He finished speaking and called Old Mr. Wilson directly.
Putting the call on speaker, Old Mr. Wilson’s voice rang out after a moment.
“What’s the matter?”
“Dad, someone is trying to harm The Wilson Group. If you don’t take action now, The Wilson Group will
copse.” Felix exaggerated the situation and deliberately mentioned Henry’s
difort.
There was a long silence on the other end of the phone, then an old, angry rebuke came through.
